This includes everything from new property setup and properly staging a home for short-term rentals, to marketing the property globally, to greeting guests, providing concierge services, handling all paperwork and billing.
Elite has a team of more than 10 full-time dedicated Reservations Managers, Property Managers, Guest Services Managers, Concierge Managers and Accountants. Vacation Rentals are typically rented out by the week or month and management fees are based on a percentage of the rental rates collected. These comprehensive services can be customized for every property to meet the needs of the owner and their guests.

Properties that are rented for 6-12 month periods or longer will fall under the category of Long-Term Rentals. Elite offers complete management and marketing services for furnished or unfurnished long-term rentals, with management fees based on a percentage of the rental rates collected. Estate Management is an important yet often overlooked aspect of owning a second home or vacation home in Hawaii. Estate Management is designed for properties that are not rented and/or frequently left vacant. Having a dedicated management team to care for such properties provides owners with the peace of mind they need while they are away.
Services include everything from consistent property inspections, overseeing cleanings and maintenance, managing vendors that service pools, spas, ponds and landscaping and providing detailed reports to the owners about the property. Other services can be added upon request and customized to meet the owner’s needs. Estate Management is typically a monthly fixed-rate program based on the frequency of the visits and the scope of the services provided.
