Our fantastic retreat welcomes you through a lush, tropical courtyard with a floating walkway and beautiful, serene koi pond. As you enter the great room you will be delighted with the custom woodwork evident throughout this home. From the vaulted ceilings to the beautifully framed windows, the tropical style and high end, comfortable furnishings will delight your senses. The spacious great room offers spectacular views throughout this open concept home. The pocket doors open the great room to an amazing lanai equipped with all the amenities for comfortable, high end outdoor living. Play in the gorgeous pool or relax in the spa. Have a glass of wine under the pool side gazebo complete with a wet bar and gas BBQ grill. A pass-through window to the kitchen, again, brings the indoor amenities outside! With friends and family, you will enjoy comfortable chaise lounges, and a convenient outdoor dining area. Grill up some local mahi-mahi or ono from the local fishermen, then sit back and enjoy the sunset!

Located off the great room is a media/entertainment room. Here you and your family can enjoy all the modern technological conveniences. Watch a movie, relax listening to music, all at the touch of an iPad. This home is a Smart House and boasts an iPad in every room. The entire house is controlled by iPad. On the other side of the great room is a formal, gorgeous dining room, which also opens to a tropical garden. Next, you enter a custom chef’s, gourmet kitchen. This kitchen includes high end Mele appliances, a built-in coffee/expresso machine, and a breakfast bar. Along with beautiful cabinetry and countertops, the modern conveniences of this incredible kitchen will delight all your culinary wishes!

The sleeping accommodation in our home are spectacular and very priavte. All three bedrooms are like master suites. The large master bedroom overlooks the pool and spa, as well as the golf course; it has a king-sized bed, rainfall shower and a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom, which is located across the home from the master bedroom; has a King-sized bed, and a spacious en suite with rainfall shower and deep soaking tub. The third bedroom is located just outside the front entry way by the Koi Pond, it boosts a comfortable king size bed and an amazing on suite bathroom with a rainfall shower. Additionally, the media room can accommodate 2 extra people.

As you venture out of our villa, you will find the Mauna Lani Resort has much to offer. The Owner’s Beach club is extraordinary! With its beautiful white sand beach, spectacular snorkeling, a great restaurant/bar, and rentals conveniently located right on the beach, you will find everything you need for a superb day! Next, pamper yourself at the Mauna Lani Spa. With natural lava saunas, a Watsu pool, and a mired of spa treatments, you will find everything you need to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. The shops at Mauna Lani present superior dining and shopping. Dine at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and then take in a sunset at Tommy Bahama’s Tropical Café.

In addition, you will find Foodland Farms Market conveniently located in the shopping center. This is a fantastic local market that will take care of all your grocery needs. Approximately one and a half miles north of the Mauna Lani Resort is the Malama Trail, featuring a hike in the petroglyph fields. The ancient petroglyphs are rock carving left on the lava by the original inhabitants of Hawaii. 

At the nearby Waikoloa Beach Resort are the King’s Shops and the Queen’s Marketplace with Tiffany and Co., Louis Vuitton, Macy’s, and many more top rated stores. Also, included at this location are fantastic restaurants! Nearby, find the sandy shores of Anaeho’omalu Bay, fondly known by the locals as A-Bay. The turquoise blue water, and unsurpassed views make this a popular destination for all. Charter a boat and swim with the dolphins, schedule a special tour on the island or just relax at the beach.
