Self Check-In We love greeting you at our properties when we can, but want you to have the option to self check-in in order to minimize contact with our staff and uphold social distancing measures. We will accommodate your preference.
Training You can rest easy, knowing that our entire team of vacation rental property managers and housekeepers have completed training regarding proper cleaning and disinfecting techniques.
Proper PPE Usage Every housekeeper, inspector, maintenance technician, or other Elite Pacific associate will wear masks and disposable gloves upon entry into the property and is trained on how to use them correctly.
Products and Equipment All the products we use are on the EPA list of approved disinfectants for use against COVID19, and effectively eliminate 99.99% of bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens.
48 hour vacancy periods between bookings For the next several months, we will be adopting a 48-hour waiting period between check-ins and check-outs which will not only allow extra cleaning time, but ensure the vacancy of the property for a significant time frame before your arrival.
