3BD Hali'i Kai (12G) at Waikoloa Resort

Our family group of six (4 year old, 6 year old, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents) had a wonderful few days here. The pool is terrific (and close!), the supply of beach toys and accessories is extensive, and the views are beautiful. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were a huge help when we accidentally left something behind. Thank you for a great stay!

This property is absolutely amazing. Its as beautiful as it was in the pictures. I HIGHLY recommend this location. I cant say enough; they thought of everything to make you feel like home. Shampoo/conditioner and lotion in all bathrooms. Soap and laundry supplies. Everything for the beach. The views are amazing! The golfing ⛳️ was amazing. The pool and gym, bar are literally right next door. The Hilton is along a beautiful walking path, very close.

Great VRBO. Excellent location with a great view of the golf course and ocean in the distance. Could see the sunsets at nights. The Condo was in excellent condition, immaculately clean and beautifully appointed. Everything was available, appliances, 3 ways to make coffee, and all the utensils you would need. The restaurant next door was excellent and everyone we met was very nice. Didn't seem to have any bias to VRBO renters,

Absolutely fantastic. Everything exactly as described or better. A beautiful property on a lovely development. Would highly recommend. We were a group of 4 adults (2 x couples). The property could comfortably accommodate 6 adults. The hosts were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient before, during and after our stay. Exactly how an AirBNB should be.

This is an excellent property if you’re looking to stay somewhere with his peace and quiet, wonderful views and lovely sunsets. The pool, bar and restaurant are an added bonus. The unit we stayed in was one of the best I have stayed in an all of Hawaii. It had everything we needed for our 12 day stay. We picked this unit because it had the gold membership at the kings golf course, which we really appreciated as it saved us a lot of money and we played the course five times. We also played Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea, but all of us enjoyed playing at the kings course the best.

I should not give this a good rating so I can increase the chance that it is available next time we visit. Great place. Exactly as advertised. Beautiful view; next to the pool; close to shopping and restaurants.

Excellent host labelled every cabinet, and thought of everything that one could need or want, including beach chairs, towels, etc. The property was beautiful and meticulously maintained. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone!!!

We had an outstanding experience renting through Elite Pacific Vacations. The condo in Hali'i Kai was gorgeous with all the amenities we needed for a terrific vacation. The rental company was very easy to work with from start to finish. We would absolutely rent through them again.

Great, well maintained, clean condo with amazing views. Very convenient to pool, restaurant and beach walk. Lots of useful items (beach towels and chairs, coolers, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) meant less to drag from home .

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit had an incredible view of the ocean, was equipped with all the amenities and there was plenty of space. We loved the master suite! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our second trip to the Big Island and if are lucky enough to come back, we would stay there again!

A wonderful location. We watched whales every day from our lanai. Halii Kai is much more serene than many other Waikoloa properties. The rental was very clean with a well-supplied kitchen. Especially with paper products, spices, etc.

All in all, a wonderful stay here! We’ve been to the BI many times and love this area. First time at Hali’i Kai. Can’t beat the view from the pool/bar area! Stunning! Watched the whales spout all day long. Be aware that they stick very closely to their rules at the pool/bar area. They will confiscate any liquids (including a water bottle) you bring in. One day I was reprimanded for coming too close to the bar without a mask, yet sat at the bar the night before chatting it up with the bartender without one. Same distance away. There was an inconsistency about getting a table for dinner one night from the waitress. She wouldn’t give us a straight answer except to say she was maybe saving it for an owner. She did seat us but was pretty vague at first. As a ‘renter’ you can feel a bit unwanted here. It is a rare thing to have a bar/restaurant at your condo complex which is great in many ways. Happy hours were 2:30-5:30 and the mai tai’s were fantastic! Food was very good also. Minor glitch with keyless door code when we arrived but it was settled quickly. Our unit (12G) was very clean, kitchen well-stocked (& had 6 beach chairs and plenty of beach towels too) and a wonderful partial view of ocean from the lanai. The pictures are exactly what you get. We loved it!

We had a perfect vacation in the perfect accommodation. This property was beautiful, clean and fully set up for a great family vacation,. Our family of three teenage boys and two adults had plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped and the closet of beach accessories was ideal. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms had plenty of soft towels. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing place - views of the ocean and sunset and the home is well stocked with any amenities you would ever need. Kirsten (property manager) was prompt in responses and so helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

This is a great property. They have everything there you will ever need besides your food & drinks. The sunsets were amazing from the 2 decks. I would recommend this condo for a great vacation.

This was our 3rd visit to 12G and we were pleasantly pleased with the changes/upgrades to the unit. Gone was the somewhat beat couch and warn/dirty stairway carpet, replaced by a very comfortable sectional and hardwood flooring up the stairs and in the bedrooms. As before, 12G has absolutely everything you need for your vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped, plenty of towels, soap/shampoo, and all kinds of stuff for the pool/ocean. With one of the best views in the complex, 12G is a great destination for those who want to avoid the hotel option.

House is beautiful, location is amazing, has EVERYTHING you need and more.

Fabulous location. Condo was perfect for our family of 5 and provided all the advertised amenities plus many more. We will be back.

Amazing condo with everything you need including beach gear and a well stocked kitchen! Great location and beautiful pool. The decor was beautiful and beds were comfortable. Check in and check out were simple and hassle free with code. Parking spot in front and 2 balconies with golf course and ocean views! Highly recommended for your stay here.

We were very pleased with the large the open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room. The three bedrooms were comfortable and well decorated. The three bathrooms made getting out in the morning very easy. The pool is nice although shallow, and our friend had the best fish sandwich at the adjoining restaurant. The views from the 2 lanais are also amazing! We would definitely recommend this condo and the property to anyone staying on the Big Island.

Very spacious and well equipped!

This is our second time staying at the Hali’i Kai Condos. Incredible location - convenient to shopping and this condo specifically was very close to the pool and Hilton for a day pass and dinners. It also has amazing views from the deck. We spent breakfasts watching whales play in the ocean and drinks/dinner watching the sunset. 12G was very well stocked and furnished. I would very much recommend this property and condo.
