This upscale estate can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably thanks to its unique 3-bedroom and 3.5-bathroom layout. The villa features a private pool and hot tub, perfect for a refreshing dip or a relaxing soak after a long day exploring the island.
Walking into Aloha Villa, you’ll delight in its open-concept floor plan with expansive, vaulted ceilings and air conditioning throughout. Each room provides amenities that truly make this Kauai vacation rental your dream Hawaiian home-away-from-home. From its large, plush couch that transforms into a pull-out within the main living area, al fresco indoor and outdoor dining spaces, an upgraded and modern kitchen with a coffee bar and large kitchen island, and an in-home laundry space, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay and more. A complimentary bath kit is included within each of the ensuite bathrooms and personal laundry and daily cleaning services are available to you for additional costs.
When you’re ready to wind down for the evenings, you can draw the window shades for extra privacy and those delightful mornings that allow for late wake-up calls. If you’re staying in the primary bedroom, you have direct access to the private lanai where you can end each day with views of the vibrant island sunsets or greet each morning with visuals of the crystal clear pool and jacuzzi area against its tropical landscape. Soon, it will be time to prepare for yet another exciting day in paradise so you’ll step into your amply-sized ensuite bathroom and ease into your morning routine. Each bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom, so all of your guests can enjoy the opportunity to do the same.
While residing at Aloha Villa, you’ll be close to renowned Hanalei Bay and the quaint, bordering town of Hanalei where you’ll find a variety of restaurant options, art galleries, and surf boutiques. If you're looking for a little more adventure, you’ll be able to find plenty of rental and tour shops for snorkeling, hiking, boating, stand-up paddling, and golf opportunities nearby on the north shore.
Please note, mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. Please contact management for more information if needed.

Beautiful home . Well equipped with all amenities you could need . Convenient location close to beaches , Hanalei , restaurants . Bikes were great to get around . Neighbor was a little grumpy but that really was the only negative

Absolutely beautiful home in Princeville. Yen was very accommodating with our requests. No doubt I would stay here again. My only recommendation would be putting a dresser in the southern guest room to put clothes in.

Super clean house with plenty of space for our family of four

by Elly SAbsolutely beautiful house!! We’ve stayed in many airbnbs and this is one of the best. Very spacious areas to hang out inside and outside. Kitchen is well stocked and gorgeous. Beds are super comfy. Location is super!! Walked to queens bath and Happy Talk and Hideaways beach. Pool and hot tub are fantastic. Couldn’t ask for more!! Would come back in a heart beat!!!!
1st trip to Kauai

Amazing house with a big pool and hot tub
by Justin SAmazing house with a big pool and hot tub, was perfect for us! We stayed in the master with our 1 y/o and our friends took another room and their two kids stayed in the third. Took full advantage of all the beach equipment they provided in the garage (very nice beach chairs and umbrellas, kids toys, cooler, boogie boards and snorkel gear). Would stay here again in a heartbeat, was a super easy walk to Queens Bath and Hideaways Beach is one of my favorite spots on the island now! Air condition kept the house nice and cool on hot days and the huge tv in living room was also nice after long days out exploring.

The host has every amenity you could possibly need from scissors to batteries to Tommy Bahama beach chairs, they’ve thought of it all. Brand new home in excellent condition in a super quiet, upscale neighborhood. So safe and beautiful we slept with the (many) sliding glass doors open listening to the ambiance. I would absolutely recommend booking this place for your vacation. Located on the north shore, there are restaurants and shops within walking distance along with the most beautiful beach (Hanalei Bay) you’ll ever see in your life. THANK YOU, hosts! We can’t wait to visit again. WOW!

Amazing place to bring the kids and relax regardless of rain or shine. We really enjoyed all of the amenities including ice chests, boogie boards, and pool toys. Walking distance to hideaway beach, queens bath and others. Very clean, very nice, so much fun.

Stunning and immaculate. Beautifully-maintained and such a lovely place to stay. It's in the heart of Princeville, which allows for some wonderful walks and views. Yen, the property manager, was a gem! Super helpful and speedy with responses. Would definitely recommend!

This was a terrific stay. The home is very clean and included everything to make our visit excellent. The pool and hot tub were great fun for the family and complimented our many trips to the beach. The availability of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys etc were much appreciated. We also appreciated some staples like salt, pepper, and sugar, as well as some spices. Each bedroom has its own temperature control and it’s own bathroom. This accommodated individual preferences. It was like going into our own home designed to make our stay specifically pleasurable for each of us. My only minor recommendation is to perhaps place hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet, used towels. The location was ideal and views were beautiful. There are great walking/running paths right outside the home. Its short ride to multiple beaches where my grandchildren enjoyed learning to snorkel and surf. There is a grocery store within a mile and numerous restaurants. Communication with property management was prompt, responsive, and accommodating to our needs. You all have paid attention to every detail and gave us a great backdrop to lifetime memories. We are definitely considering another visit next year. Thank you!
Great house in a perfect location for Princeville. The house was just as pictured. Clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. We loved the pool and the big open living space. Perfect for our group of 6 to relax and enjoy. Close to grocery shops, great beaches and golf.

We spent a week here and really enjoyed it. The house is amazing; we loved the open concept of the kitchen/living room and spent a lot of time out on the patio and pool area. There were some little things like no salt& pepper and no extra blankets, but those things were minor (And we left some S&P for future guests). Would def stay again!
