Whip up delicious meals for the entire group in the expansive gourmet kitchen, which is equipped with a wide variety of modern, top-of-the-line appliances to make any chef feel right at home, as well as a center island that is perfect for entertaining while cooking. The kitchen overlooks an informal dining area with a table that seats 6 guests, as well as the spacious informal living area that is furnished with chairs, couches and a large television set for a splendid night of entertainment. This entire area of the home enjoys a wealth of natural light shining through the entire day, and views of the backyard pool and gardens. For your convenience, one of the guest bedrooms is located just off the kitchen and informal living area.

Adjacent to the ascending grand staircase is the formal dining area equipped with a large circular table and an overhanging chandelier that seats 8 guests. Enjoy a divine meal at the table, and later unwind in the lounge area that is outfitted with a variety of seating arrangements, large television set, and views out towards the beach. The grand staircase leads up to 4 of the guest bedrooms as well as the office space which includes a large wooden desk, cabinet space, and views out to the garden. The billiards room includes a full pool table, seating and a television set. The fitness room on the lower level includes several professional machines for getting in shape in the privacy of your own home. The theater room is the perfect space for entertaining; it comes with a large projector screen, surround sound, dim lighting and ample seating, and is adorned in classic movie posters. Just aside from the theater room is a bar area with a wine fridge for drinks and refreshments at intermission. The outdoor pool and spa area includes your own private cascading waterfall into the crystal clear blue waters of the swimming pool, as well as a jacuzzi, and plenty of beach loungers, tables and umbrellas to accommodate a large gathering.

The master bedroom comes equipped with a King bed, a television set, large personal lounge area with seating, spacious covered balcony with ample seating and an ocean view, and the master ensuite with grand dual vanities, soaking tub, large walk-in shower, and separate water closet with a toto toilet. Guest bedroom 2 comes with a Queen and 2 Double beds, a small lounge area, partial ocean view, and a private ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 3 includes 2 Queen beds, a television set, a garden view, and a private ensuite with dual vanities and a soaking tub. Guest bedroom 4 has 1 Queen bed, a television set, a garden view and private ensuite. Guest bedroom 5 has 1 Queen, a high-end Double Sleeper Sofa from Restoration Hardware, and a private ensuite with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms come with central air conditioning for optimal temperature control while sleeping.
