This pool is fed by a man-made lava rock waterfall and is adjacent to the manicured private garden space, which is adorned with a multitude of tropical plants. There are also 2 outdoor lanais (porches): the front entrance covered lanai comes with an assortment of lounge chairs and a small enclosed gate, and the backyard covered lanai comes with a table that seats 4, and views of the garden space. With a protected site just below, and agricultural land in the South, this semi-corner home offers a perfect balance between privacy and small town living.

The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, and comes with a raised countertop with 2 stools, and views out to the swimming pool and ocean. The kitchen then opens up to the main dining area with a table set for 4, and a large living room with couches and chairs that can accommodate large groups, boasting a large flatscreen television and immaculate views out to the ocean, perfect for gazing upon the famous Hawaiian sunset. The open air design as well as the wealth of natural light that enters the main room provides ample spaciousness for a relaxing vacation with friends or family.

The master bedroom comes with a King bed, flatscreen television set, small desk and counter area, views out to the ocean and the garden, access to the private lanai, and the master private ensuite which includes dual vanity sinks. The guest bedroom comes with a Kind bed, flatscreen television set, mountain views towards the Honua’Ula Forest Reserve, and access to the guest bathroom. The entire home comes with Air Conditioning as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom and the main room.

This rental home includes private washer, drier and ironing board, as well as an indoor garage with parking for 2 cars and ample covered storage space. Outside of the garage is a very large outdoor concrete driveway for ample parking fit for several cars in the instance of additional guests stopping by.

Malulani Haven is a short 4 minute drive to downtown Kailua Kona, the Big Island’s most popular hub for visitors to enjoy cuisine, shopping and entertainment.
