It's a nice and roomy but the thing that lack is AC. I would love to see AC and no carpet.

Excellent stay for our group of 8! The bnb was well supplied everywhere including beach items ie: boogie board, cart, ice chests and beach towels. Comfortable and clean, we would love to stay here again and highly recommend to others visiting! We had a great time and relaxing stay, thank you!

The place was lovely! Even better than expected, amenities were awesome, pool was nice to have in the evenings! Highly recommend staying here. We were a group of 7 and had more than enough room! Thanks for the awesome stay!

Really great location and very quite! One negative I found was the TV setup. There is one main TV in the main living room then the second TV is located on the second floor on the loft ceiling which is not ideal. The two TV's drown each other out so getting seperation from kids who want to watch something different from the adults is extremely difficult.

Spacious and had everything we needed!

This place was wonderful. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. We were here in Nov/Dec. Lovely cool breezes throughout our stay. Good kitchen space with great pots, pans, and dinnerware. Great to have the washer and dryer. Comfortable beds and furniture. Nice outdoor space. Beautifully landscaped little condo community. There is a pool and grill very close by. Little shopping center, resort, and Anini Beach within walking distance. We appreciated the beach towels, coolers, and beach gear. Other guests/residents-mostly families of all ages- were friendly. The neighborhood was quiet especially after 10 pm. Really enjoyed our stay and felt it was a great value.

We enjoyed our stay. The listing was exactly what we expected. Although there’s no AC, there’s fans throughout that kept us cool. It was nice to have all the amenities and a well stocked kitchen. All the little touches throughout were great. Parking and the location was easy to access. Upon checking in, there’s a check-in guidebook that fully outline directions, local suggestions, and housing instructions The area was quite quaint and lovely. Sophia was amazing with communication and any questions we had. She truly made sure our stay was smooth. Perfect location for a longer stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed with a group of 6 and absolutely loved this place! Location, value, and communication were all excellent. 10 minutes from the beach and a lot of great food nearby. There was plenty of space for everyone and then some. Lack of A/C was never a problem and we went in August when it can get very hot. The Airbnb supplied beach umbrella, four beach chairs, and a medium sized cooler which was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Princeville area!

Perfect condo for our family of 6. Very clean with perfect kitchen essentials. Nice lanai and beach supplies. Close to Anini beach and walk to Westin for our morning coffee and view of the bay. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay in northern Kauai. A walking distance (10-15 mins) to a beach or to a small supermarket and restaurants. Very clean, with a well supplied kitchen. Well placed fans keep the place comfortable.

This place was certainly sufficient for our needs. Well stocked. Close to Queen’s bath and Hanalei Bay activities as well as walking distance to Wylie Beach. Management was very responsive to all inquiries and quick to fix a shower issue.

Great spot in a great location! The condo was plenty big for our family of 5 and the kids loved the flex space. The manager was very communicative and check in/out was a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay the last week of June. The condo was in a quiet area, it was clean, well stocked with kitchen and beach equipment and the beds were comfortable and firm. We walked to Anini beach (good snorkeling and kid friendly swimming this time of year), the Queen's Bath, the grocery (and ice cream and shaved ice stores), and to watch sunrises and sunsets from the nearby Westin hotel. The lanai was comfortable and largely protected from morning rain squalls; perfect for drinking coffee and bird watching. The "kids" (17-25) enjoyed the ping pong table and pool. The pool is big and deep. The fans kept it cool, didn't need A/C. Sophia, our contact at Elite Pacific, was helpful and responded quickly to us. The whole north shore area is lovely to visit; be sure to jump off the pier at Hanalei Bay, drive the coast, get reservations 30 days ahead of your stay at Ha'ena for hiking and beach time, see the cave, and check out the many farmer's markets in the area.

Amazing place. Clean , modern, bright . We’ll set up for cooking . Comfortable beds . So close to a great beach , walkable and a few really get beaches a little harder hike away . Would stay again . Little issues with door being stuck but they addressed right away . Great pool , bean bag toss and ping pong in the common area. We sleep a group of 5 , 2/2/1 very comfortably. Would rent here again in a heartbeat !

We had a lovely stay! Plenty of room for 8 adults. Fully stocked house with everything we needed. Great location too! Beautiful beaches nearby. A short drive to Hanalei Bay. Grocery store nearby.

Overall the stay was amazing. The beds were comfy and the place was very spacious. The host was very quick to communicate with us when we couldn't find extra towels and when 1 of the toilets wasn't flushing (due to a broken chain). The toilet was fixed the same day while we were gone exploring Kauai. We would definitely stay again.

We were a family of 6 adults. House was more than adequate for our group. Kitchen supplies were sufficient even for more adventurous cooking. Living and dining room seating was good. Shopping close by. Does take a bit of driving to get to other towns and excursions.

The condo is great, and has everything you need to spend a great vacation. It’s in a good location, 10min from hanalei. I recommend it.

The condo was a very comfortable and lovely place! There is a pool nearby that was kept very clean, with a ping pong table nearby as well as a grill. The condo was neat and tidy, but there was a small, manageable ant infestation, but it's to be expected when staying on an island. There was a very lovely shopping center nearby, about a 10 minute walk from the condo. There were also some incredible restaurants in the same shopping center, as well as a FoodMart. The condo was about an hours drive from the airport, and the more touristy area. The beach nearby was our favorite beach on the island, Hanalei beach. The trail down to Anini beach was a bit rough, so beginner hikers beware. The southern beaches were good for surfing and snorkeling but are also one to two hours away. All in all, the condo was beautiful and comfortable, and there were plenty of additional sheets and bedding to change throughout the week. There was always plenty of parking, and there were plenty of chickens to eat the bigger bugs!

Our two families with three kids enjoyed this property. You need a car for beach time but some of our group also enjoyed hanging out at the pool or playing an evening game of ping pong. This property is a easy walk to the grocery store and a bit of a playground as well. They provided loads of beach gear.

This was a nice place. It is outdated, carpets are old and throughout house. You’re paying for location here. North side is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach items including four boogie boards and snorkel gear that are not specified in the listing. There could have been more towels and fans, the house was not hot but it wasn’t cool. The windows are always open, fyi, along with bedroom doors to keep air moving. The beds were comfortable. I’d recommend this to people who aren’t extra picky about where they stay.

We stayed here for 12 days on a family vacation and it was perfect! The condo was very roomy and cozy and clean. Sophia and Christine were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We have been to Kauai many, many times and this was definitely one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. Would recommend this great place to anybody.

We couldn’t have been happier with our (Email hidden by Airbnb) munication from Elite before booking, after booking and during our stay was perfect. The lockbox made entry upon arrival super easy. The condo was neat, clean and spacious. The pictures were nice but the condo is even nicer, in person. Plenty of room for the 7 of us, with room to spread out and not feel cramped. The condo is located in quiet area that has a safe, comfortable feel. Parking is close and there were always spaces available. The beach gear was great. The kitchen had everything needed, with modern appliances. One big trip to COSTCO I’m sure saved us $1,000 over the course of 8 days. In addition, a nice full size supermarket is located a half mile from the property. Several nice beaches nearby and we enjoyed zip lining, tubing, and the Smith Family Luau. All within a 45 minute drive or less and I highly recommend all 3. We were able to conveniently do everything we wanted to do from this great location. Thank you Sophia and Christine, we hope to be back next year!

Great Princeville spot. Cute, great size, and great location. Walking distance to beach, pool, paths, and Princeville Center for shopping and eating. Clean, comfortable, reasonable, and nice. Access to beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, coolers, wagon, snorkel gear. I would definitely stay again in the future.

This AirBnb is adorable and captures the Hawaii feel! We really enjoying sitting outside on the lanai. The beds were comfy, and we loved this place!

Very clean 2 story condo which served as a great home base for a week in Kauai. The condo had some fun gear like body boards and snorkel gear, and the kitchen was clean and well appointed. The property manager was easy to contact and helpful. We had a great stay.

We had a great time staying here. We loved all the space! There were plenty of beds and rooms for our family of 6. It's decorated very nicely. The property itself is a little older. The pool area is ok, but nothing fancy. It's a great location on the North Shore, though, close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! The kitchen was well stocked, but did not have a disposal. The fans kept the place relatively cool and pleasant, however, it was pretty hot in June. It was really nice having beach towels and boogie boards provided for beach fun. The property manager was very good to work with and always quickly responsive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The condo was just perfect!

Nice condo, airy, good space for our family, like that they have a room downstairs. Good location with a small hike (steep) to a beautiful beach. Some appliances need update like the dishwasher which doesn’t clean thoroughly. Condo Also provides us beach equipment and toys for kids which we used a lot. There was a little bit of check in communication issue as unit was 2 instead of what’s listed in airbnb as 3. But got sorted quickly with the manager. We had a great time in Kauai and thank you for hosting us and providing us a space for family get together!

This condo is great! Completely appointed and close to everything in Princeville. We loved the pool and the beach amenities were an unexpected touch.

This is a great value and huge townhome at 1,500 square feet makes for a spacious comfortable stay for our family of 4. The kids loved the loft area and was a great place to spread out their toys. Great location just a 10min walk to the beach and 20min walk to local grocery store and shopping center with Lapperts ice cream! You can also walk to the Westin for a drink or to enjoy the views.
