Extenuating Circumstances Policy
Cancellation Policy
If Cancellation notice is received more than 30 days (31+) prior to the check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the Reservation Grand Total will be forfeited and the balance will be refunded.
If Cancellation notice is received between 30-15 days prior to the check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the Reservation Grand Total will be forfeited and the balance will be refunded.
If Cancellation notice is received less than 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full booking amount of rent and taxes will be forfeited. The Security Deposit and any pre-collected cleaning fees will be refunded. As courtesy to our Guest, if Agent is able to rebook any portion of the canceled reservation, Guest will be refunded to the extent that Agent is able to re-book the Property.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days from receipt of written cancellation to the payment method used in the initial deposit. Credit card fees and travel insurance are non-refundable

Tranquility in Paradise
We had a wonderful stay in this condo. My husband and I and our 6 year old daughter enjoyed the beach club for swimming as well as the pool next to our condo. We were here for Christmas and New Years and cooked at home most evenings. We have had a great relaxing and fun vacation.

Awesome villas in a nice quiet resort are close to key activities
We booked this place for Thanksgiving weekend and to spend my 50th Birthday on the Big Island (Family of 3, inc a 9 yr old). Firstly, booking was easy and communication regarding instructions etc and some questions was extremely fast. It was weird to land and drive through lava rock and then enter a lush green area! Google driving instructions were a bit more accurate than what was sent but entering the resort area and the condo itself was easy. The property overall was excellent - really nice pool and good gym. The condo itself was awesome - comfortable, cozy with all needed amenities in the bathroom and kitchen, including a really nice grill! Great beach amenities in the garage as well which we used extensively. The Golf Club and the Mauna Lani Beach club are both 2-3 min drive away (20 min walk) and they were both really nice. Really enjoyed the beach at the Beach club and the restaurant there. Grocery shopping and some restaurants about 5 min drive away. Pool area was really nice and our son had a lot of fun at the pool meeting friends and also at the beach. Really had a great time and will definitely come back to this place! Thanks for a great time!

Anniversary trip
Driving directions into the Golf Villas could have been much clearer! We got lost several times. Road names were not as in directions. Got to our condo and walked in and was so amazed how pretty it was! Pool is beautiful, and the beach club and beach were great! Walking to the fish ponds and down beach was really nice as well! Amenities here were great with the grocery store down the road etc. within short distances to other great beaches and restaurant Lava Lava Beach Club (great place to watch the sunset and appetizers and drinks!) was super fun! Really lovely condo area and so quiet! Pool out our back door and across lawn maybe a 100” so very convenient. Loved our 4 night stay here and would love to come back!

Perfect for a gal pal get-away!
There's no place like the Mauna Lani! Our condo was the perfect size and met all our expectations. Very nice layout and had everything we needed for occasional cooking in. Very nicely furnished. The property manager was available whenever we had a question and was very accommodating. Lots of aloha... Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, generous household amenities, and nice location.
Excellent communication with property manager made checking in and out easy. The pool and condo look a lot larger than they are in reality. But overall, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Wonderful!
We stayed at the Golf Villas Q2. This unit was well equipped, very clean, conveniently located, and the pool was wonderful! Our property manager Eilis O’Connor was great! She handled all the arrangements and all of our questions very promptly and efficiently. I would definitely book another property with Eilis!!!

Wow factor!!
Not only was the condo immaculate, it was gorgeous! Access to an amazing pool and spa and beautiful grounds... you cannot get any better! It's a self contained vacation all on it's own, but it's also so close to some amazing spots on the island. We enjoyed our stay so much we are definitely coming back and staying here again! Thank you so much for having us!!

Aloha paradise
We spent two weeks at this beautiful condo with our son and daughter-in-law. We found it to be a perfect location for exploring the island. If you are a golfer, this condo is perfectly situated within a few miles of most of the Big Island’s golf courses. It is also less than 10 minutes to Hapuna Beach, our favorite boogie board beach. We loved that we were minutes away from the owners beach, which features I lovely white sand beach with excellent snorkeling, stand up paddleboard and kayak rentals and an open air restaurant for a snack and cocktail! The condo itself was beautifully decorated, with the well equipped kitchen and a lovely lanai! We loved that you could walk just steps to get to the pool across the grass. We hope to come back and enjoy this condo soon

Beautiful condo - fantastic location
My husband and I were looking to find a condo in the Waikoloa area, and I think we hit a home run with this one! The location was perfect. The pool/hot tub area was about 30 steps from the condo, so it was easy to run back and forth. The condo was spacious, well furnished, and very comfortable. It was a ground floor unit, so no stairs. We met a large family at the pool that was staying directly above us, but we had no idea that it was even occupied. I don't go on vacation to hear people clomping around above us. Loved the convenience to the Waikoloa shops, the beaches and the Lava-Lava club. We'll be back!

Mauna Lani Golf Villas
Great location , easy access to private beach as well as swimming pool and other amenities . The condo is excellently equipped with everything you could need . You can tell the owners take great pride in their unit amazingly clean and comfortable. Will stay here again if available.

Coming back!
The condo has everything. Very well furnished kitchen made meals easy. Clean and modern furnishings. We liked the privacy of having the two bedrooms on opposite sides.. Morning coffee on the porch with a collection of local song birds. Just steps from the lovely pool and hot tub. Had a great time on excursions to the nearby beaches- boogie boards and beach chair included. The golf course is beautiful. Stores and restaurants nearby. I wish I lived here!

Hawaiian dream!!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The space was perfect for my family including my two kids aged 4+6, who LOVED the pool and hot tub area! I enjoyed the proximity to the pool from the lanai off the condo which made it easy to come back for snacks and a cocktail! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The kitchen is big with lots of counter space and all the needed cooking equipment including a nice grill on the private lanai we used a lot. We loved the location with the proximity to the Kings and Queens Shops, but our favorite was the access to the owners beach which is perfect for snorkeling and sand castle making! I appreciated that the condo came with sand toys and nice beach chairs and boogie boards that we used lots! I can’t wait to return for another heavenly Hawaii family vacation and would 100% rent this condo again!
