This 3BD 3BA 1,650 sq. luxury condo truly is one of the most unique Beach Villas available in all of Ko'Olina! Only three other Villas are located right on the Koi ponds and water feature. The soothing white noise from the water feature is constant and relaxing. It washes out background noises and provides Guests with a very peaceful and therapeutic experience. Most other Villas will experience some noise from the pool, other Villas nearby, the beach, beach bar and other activities. This Villa is one of the more private and calming accommodations available in the entire Ko'Olina Resort!

Additionally, all bedrooms and living areas provide water/ocean-facing views. As the developer model Villa, this unit also includes quality furnishings that are in excellent condition. Be one of the first Guests to experience the Hale Ka Wailele Villa as the summer of 2016 is the first time this Villa has ever been made available for vacation rental Guests. It was only used occasionally by the Owners in the past.
BEDROOM DETAILS FOR THIS VILLA:
See the Floor Plan image for the Villa layout. The Master Suite with en suite bath provides beautiful ocean, garden, pool and koi pond views and convenient lanai access. King bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, dresser drawers, AC thermostat, separate deep soaking tub and shower, dual sinks and walk-in closet.
The 2nd/middle Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and also features lovely ocean, garden, pool and koi pond views, as well as convenient lanai access. Flat screen TV, ceiling fan, dresser drawers and closet space. A bathroom with glass/tile shower is in the hall a few steps from the bedroom.
The 3rd/last Guest bedroom also features scenic ocean, garden, pool and koi pond views. No direct lanai access from this room. This is like a 2nd master suite with a door that closes off both the bedroom and bathroom areas. The two Twin beds can be converted to a King upon request and with advance notice. Flat screen TV, ceiling fan, dresser drawers, closet space and a bathroom with a deep soaking tub and shower, all part of this 3rd bedroom suite.
For groups with more than six Guests, fold-out futon pads and/or self-inflating air mattresses and extra bedding can be provided upon request. Note that this Villa has beds for six and can sleep a maximum of eight Guests.

VIEWS AND ACCESSIBILITY:
This property features beautiful garden, pool, koi pond and ocean views from the large lanai and living areas. Walk to the pools, beaches or BBQ grills in minutes! Convenient parking is close to the Villa making it easy to come and go as you please. This Villa is reasonably accessible though it is not equipped with any ADA assist bars or roll-in showers.
All of the grounds at the Beach Villas can be navigated without needing to use any stairs. The common area doors throughout the resort property do not have automatic openers so Guests using a wheelchair may require assistance to open and close common area doors. We have accommodated many wheelchair users over the years and welcome your questions and inquiries.
Please note that this is a 100% Smoke free and Pet free Villa. Owners and Guests have sensitivities to cigarette smoke and pet dander and we appreciate your cooperation in this area. Groups with one or more smokers should inquire on other Beach Villas as there are many others that will allow for rentals from those who smoke. Mahalo for your understanding!

LAP POOL CLOSURE
START DATE: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2019
END DATE: FRIDAY, DEC 20, 2019
WORK HOURS: 7:30 AM TO 5:30 PM
WORK DAYS: MONDAY through SATURDAY
Lap Pool closure to repair the substrate deficiencies and resulting delaminating tiles. Project
will involve demolition of the lap pool tile bed and underlying mortar, and replace with new.
Every effort will be made to keep noise to a minimum and our goal is to complete the project
before Christmas. Actual demolition starts Sep 25.
