Paki Maui 313 is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom oceanfront resort located at the north end of Ka'anapali, Lahaina. Lush gardens with Koi ponds and an abundance of fragrant indigenous flowers create a dreamy setting and an ideal tropical getaway that you'll remember long after your vacation ends.
This lovely garden-view unit is the perfect blend of comfort and efficiency. The beautifully updated kitchen has been refreshed to include fresh white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances throughout. This lovely space has all of the culinary supplies needed to prepare your favorite meal.
There's plenty to do outdoors at Paki Maui. Go for a refreshing swim in the oceanfront pool or relax in the spa while enjoying views of Lanai and Molokai. Explore tidepools year-round at Honokowai Beach Park, just steps from Paki Maui, or walk to the Honokowai Farmers Market, only a two-minute walk from Paki Maui.
Venture into Lahaina (an easy five-minute drive), where you'll find endless opportunities for fun and adventure. Dine at one of the many restaurants on Front Street in Lahaina, wander through the shops or select a unique piece of jewelry or art from one of the local vendors. Whatever your interests, there's plenty to do and see. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy the beauty of Twin Falls, a natural wonder and must-see for all hikers.
Paki Maui is in proximity to numerous scenic points, including Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay, both of which are only about a five-minute drive away.
Paki Maui 313 is a lovely one-bedroom, one-bathroom oceanfront property with peaceful garden views. It's the perfect locale to stay while exploring the many natural wonders Maui has to offer. There is a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping space.

Great location! 10 minutes from Lahaina. Condo location has coffee, groceries and açaí bowls across the street and minutes from Napili beach which is great for snorkeling and swimming! Also rentals near.
Food carts are in walking distance which we also enjoyed. Room had boogie boards and snorkel masks which was also a nice touch. We enjoyed BBQ ing by the pool a couple of the nights. The beach in front of the resort has fun reefs that are safe for wading but not very accessible / you have to climb down where it is gated off but everyone does it and it is doable. Hopefully they will fix the beach access and orange gated off areas because they were the only eye sore. Also beware that there is no AC. Which I think is common but we are not used to. Overall nice spot to stay;)

We had a great time
by J.P. YMy wife and I booked with Elite Pacific for a one week stay while in Maui. The apartment was in a great location and exactly what we were hoping for. Parking was convenient, the apartment itself had a nice setup with a fridge, tv, oven, etc. we were right on the ocean with private beach and pool. Charles was great with communication and proactively reached out with helpful information. Great host! FYI… No A/C in the apartment but that’s not unusual down in Maui. We made it work and we had a great time.

Our stay and experience was extremely great
by Phillip MOur stay and experience was extremely great. No complaints whatsoever except that our stay end too fast. We thank ELITE PACIFIC for their dedication towards making our stay comfortable and easy as can be expected. Charles, MAHALO for being very attentive and always checking in on us. Paki Maui gave us exactly what we wanted, on the beach in a very nice location. We went up to get married so for us we wanted to be be in a nice quiet area to enjoy but also seek tranquility and ELITE PACIFIC provided that to with this specific location. We thank everyone behind ELITE PACIFIC. MAHALO and will definitely reach out to ELITE PACIFIC our next trip to MAUI in the near future as we intend to go back with our children.

Perfect place to stay in Maui

Perfect place to stay in Maui if you are looking for something affordable and with a kitchen. There was plenty of towels in the closet, a bunch of kitchen essentials and even beach chairs and boogie boards on the terrace. The location was great but you do need a car to get to the nearby tourist areas and other places on the island. There's easy access to the beach, but it's a bit rocky and we preferred the beach that was a 5 minute drive away in Kaanapali. Be aware there is no AC in this apartment (not sure if this is standard in Hawaii, but we were not expecting it). It was a bit humid but the fans helped and we were comfortable most of the time. Other than that we loved this apartment, including the decor!

We didn’t expect to be able to swim out front, but you definitely can. There were no issues with noise, and it never felt crowded there. The unit itself was very clean. It’s a little tight for a family of 4, but it worked out well for us. We’d definitely stay there again!
Place was perfect
by Justin DPlace was perfect and easy to get to/find parking-which is tough in hawaii. Location is right on the beach and has a nice pool/hottub area. Sunsets were amazing. The place is clean and has everything you need for your stay. As said in other comments there isn’t AC but we used the fans that are provided and slept great. Will definitely stay here again.

The property manager was incredibly responsive, which is always helpful. The parking arrangements are very easy. There are a couple of restaurants across the road that are options for lunch and dinner. The lawn area and water access are lovely, though not a true beach area.
