In addition to everything rated, the property exceeded our expectations. When the few issues arose, the host responded quickly and maintenance was prompt to arrive. The home had plenty of space for our needs. The kitchen was exceptionally appointed. Provided were beach chairs, a wagon, umbrella and plenty of towels, for both pool and beach use. The layout of the house was perfect for multiple couples, with the master suite on one end of the house and the pool house/suite on the other, allowing for near complete privacy for both areas. The center entertainment area is very spacious and the sliding doors open about 20' directly out to the patio walk at the poolside. The location in the Lanikai neighborhood is 'the place to be' in Kailua town and the location is very handy on the one-way loop (2.5 miles long - an excellent walk) that circles the neighborhood. Despite backing to the street, the home has a very private courtyard, with a stone wall and tall palm trees separating next door.
100% recommend & worth the splurge!
by IanDefinitely out of my usual price range but easily the most beautiful and comfortable place my family or I have ever stayed.
The pool was clean and warm and they installed a fence around it just for our peace of mind while staying with a toddler.
We stayed with three other couples and all had our own privacy along with great places to spend time together.
The kitchen was modern and a good size for shared meal prep and many drinks in the fridge. We noticed there was only one frying pan, messaged the host and the lovely owner who lived in the area dropped off some brand new ones. The ice machine was cliched when we got there and they sent a technician as well as a bag of ice. Everyone was available to help and responsive.
The area of course is incredible too, beaches nearby both amazing and walkable and the restaurants and groceries in Kailua are a short drive. We were able to have groceries delivered as well as pizza and açai bowls.

Happy holiday by the beach
by June W.House was just perfect for our multi- generational family holiday. Everyone had their own space for private time, communal areas were also very well planned with high spec equipment, even had a kettle which, for us, being English is essential for our regular pots of tea. The pool was great, perfect size and depth, we also all enjoyed the beach which was only 5 mins walk and all the beach toys and boards were well used. Would definitely recommend this home , thank you to all of you involved in the presentation, upkeep and management of Lanikai Breeze, a wonderful place with amazing energy. Wonderful Ten Days at Lanikai Breeze
by Jennifer T.Our group of seven loved our time at Lanikai Breeze. The house was fully equipped, comfortable and in excellent condition. We especially loved that the doors in the main room opened up the entire length, bringing the outside in. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable with great bedding and mattresses. The room layout gave everyone privacy and also room for family jigsaw puzzles, meals and games. The location was perfect, one block from the beach and very close to the beginning of the Pillbox hike. In the garage we found a complete set of beach supplies, including a wagon to bring to beach. We enjoyed coming back to the house for the beautiful pool. A short drive away was everything we needed in Kailua- some great restaurants and shopping. Even a Whole Foods. Don't miss the Thursday evening Farmer's Market. Elite Vacation Rentals was very easy to work with. They responded to questions immediately and were very accommodating.

Absolutely stunning!
by Misty K.From the moment we pulled into the driveway until we had to say goodbye, Lanikai Breeze was the home away from home that we were looking for! We loved the set up of the house opening onto the central courtyard with the pool. This allowed us to gather inside and out, or have a nap in our bedroom. The house was spotless and all the bedding, etc was perfectly clean. The location was great. Just a walk down to the beach and then back to the house to rinse off in the outdoor shower. It was so nice to have ample parking as well since parking in Lanikai can be difficult...but not at this house! Plenty of parking to go around! A quick drive into Kailua and you have all the shops and restaurants you need! We will be back!

I especially loved that all the bedrooms had AC. Lanikai Beach is just a 1-2 minute walk down the street. We are definitely coming back and I would highly recommend this home!
Location, location!
by Ann C.This property has such a comfortable layout - not too big, yet enough space for everyone to enjoy being on vacation together. The location was the biggest plus for me! Loved being able to walk a minute to Lanikai Beach and enjoy morning walks along the sand. It is a short 5 minute drive to Kailua Town where there are tons of shops, eateries, grocery stores and more. Very clean and you can tell everything is brand new. I highly recommend this home to stay at the next time you travel to Oahu!
