We had a wonderful time overall. We stayed for a month. The property across the street is under construction, but not very distracting. We utilized the outdoor space, pool, and hot tub daily soaking up the expansive views of the coast.
Well stocked for cooking and grilling.
Indoor space is open and bright.
Truly an Amazing Big Island Property

We stayed for a whole month and a few issues came up during the stay and we always received quick responses back from the property team to assist us in resolving things. We would stay here again for sure!
Wonderful retreat
by Beth DThis house in the hillside above Kona airport is wonderful. Massive house w 3 bedroom suites, large kitchen with many amenities and extras like wine fridge, coffee grinder and many tools for cooking. The lanai and pool area is perfect for watching the sunset and the coffee trees, landscaping and wildlife add to retreat of the house at the top of the hillside street. Beds were great, plenty of towels and pool toys. Pool was more decorative than functional as non-heated so got very cool in evenings, but spa worked well for us. Only complaint is the couch in living room and lanai furniture seating is below the level of luxury of the rest of the home. Property managers were very responsive and all needs were met.
Beautiful, spacious house with a great location and view. Having a private pool and hot tub was great. The house is located on a quiet hill overlooking the ocean yet is close to all the restaurants in downtown Kona.
Amazing view and the pool was clean and great to hang out in. The house came with a lot of stuff so no need to bring too much to the house. Overall a great choice for any family.
We enjoyed our stay at Piko Nani. The kitchen is beautiful and a joy to cook in, however it's not the most stocked of kitchens (pots/pans/etc) - though the basics were there. The bedrooms are huge, and having a bathroom for each bedroom, along with the powder room - was AWESOME. They also had snorkeling gear, etc. for us to use, and we were very grateful for that. Lots of tables to play games on inside and outside. Check in/out was very easy. The view (when you stand up outside or from inside the house) of the ocean is beautiful (note: you can't see the ocean from the pool). If you're looking to get away from the busier downtown area of Kona, then this would be a good option. You are up on a hill in a neighborhood, about 15 min drive from downtown. You're also about 15-20 from most food options. We didn't have the best rental car for the situation, it was a van and it didn't handle the hills + the rain very well. It rains up on those hills A LOT, so being there in June we weren't able to use the pool much, but the hot tub was great and heats up pretty quickly - loved that part!
A great house!

If you’re looking for (privacy) this is the house with a gorgeous VIEW everyday was a beautiful View, and pool was great especially the spa in the rain we loved it total fun! House was nice and quiet in a really lovely neighborhood and easy to find full kitchen plenty of bathroom spa in each room. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Awesome Property!
by Aimee DWe had an amazing stay fir 10 days in March. It was my family of four (two teenagers) and my parents who had just turned 70. Was absolutely perfect for our family. We had a few wuestions when we arrived and the property manager responded immediately. The house is large and all of the rooms are spacious. The master bathroom is incredible. The property is gorgeous and the outdoor area with the covers lanai, pool and hot tub were spectacular. We did not have any issues with the hot tub mentioned by some previous people. It heated fast and was perfect. We’ve already recommended this property to two other friends planning trips to the Big Island.

by Rosa GLocation was very good, nice privacy, excellent views, well maintained house. Only drawback was early morning roosters in area that will wake you up if you are a light sleeper. Pool and Hot tub were very nice. Waterfall feature shown on website was not available. Kitchen was great. Two Master bedroom were awesome with Fabulous showers.
Excellent stay
by Brandon MExcellent stay, a bit pricey but hawaii is primed to scoop your wallet so can’t say we didn’t have it coming. Location is gorgeous and only about 20 minutes from beach. Very nice secluded property, highest on the street and possibly the nicest house on the block. Breathtaking views especially during sunset.
