Both born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu, Jean and Natalie have a deep connection to the area, having managed a portfolio of 30 Ocean Villas for 23 years. They are known for their professionalism, dedication, and hard work, and make exceptional service a top priority.

Jean Sumait brings extensive expertise in condo management, long and short-term rentals, as well as a solid background in the hotel industry, dating back to 1991. She joined Villa Management in 2007 to oversee the Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay, which later became part of Elite Pacific Properties in 2018. Since then, Jean has continued to manage the Ocean Villas. Together with her colleague Natalie Kekahuna, they collaborate to provide seamless management for the Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay, implementing streamlined processes to ensure exceptional care for each unit.

Natalie Kekahuna's background in property management began in 2008 with Century 21, followed by Colliers International, where she managed a large portfolio of commercial properties. In 2014, she joined Villa Management and discovered her passion for vacation rentals. Together with Jean, she has dedicated herself to serving property owners in the Turtle Bay area.
