With deep Hawaii roots, Ikaika brings a strong spirit from within that is hard ignore. Born and raised on Oahu, he has been working in service to residents and visitors alike since 2006. Whether in the local restaurant chain where he started, the classroom where he worked with children who have special needs, or the luxury condo resort where he worked in sales and events, it is his passion for people that continues to shine through. Coming from a large family, Ikaika was taught that relationships, patience, compassion, and understanding mean everything and he carries that into every aspect of his life, helping to build lifelong bonds and trust with everyone that he encounters.

Ikaika lives by the motto “show up and show well, or don’t show up at all”, always putting his best foot forward. His authentic personality and strong work ethic earned him the Associate of the Month in December 2017 and 2018, the busiest month of the year at the luxury resort property he previously worked. It was there that Ikaika fine tuned his skills and genuine approach to helping others that earned him a reputation for someone his clients and colleagues speak very highly of. Hawaii, he believes, is one of the most special places in the world, and it has been his absolute privilege to help his clients to experience all of the magic and aloha that it has to offer.

In his spare time, you can catch him chasing the sun on a beach, sweating out in yoga, belting jams at a karaoke bar, or exploring mountain top hikes and cascading waterfalls.
