Latocha Smalls is a dedicated professional who brings years of experience in human resources management to the Gather team. She served honorably in the Navy for nine years before working as Accounts Payable and HR Assistant for a granite countertop fabrication company. During her 10-year tenure, Latocha earned her Bachelor's and MBA degrees in Business Administration and Human Resources Management and became the HR and Administration Manager.
In 2022, Latocha Smalls joined Gather and continues to be enthusiastic about her career in the vacation rental industry. Currently residing in Jacksonville, Florida, Latocha enjoys spending time at the beach and traveling with her family when she is not working. With her dedication and expertise in Human Resources, Latocha is committed to providing exceptional service to the team at Gather so they can best support our homeowners, property managers, and guests.
