Thirty minutes north of Kailua-Kona, amongst long stretches of white-sand beaches and terrain dotted with black lava, Fairways Villa 120C in the posh resort community of Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai provides the perfect getaway for both couples and families alike. This two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor unit boasts a sizable covered lanai and enticing golf course and peek-a-boo ocean views. Cruise the grounds of the resort in either of your two four-seater golf carts, and enjoy a wide array of resort amenities when you pay the daily resort fee, including the large lap pool, the seashell family pool, the adults-only pool and several others. The Big Island’s west side is known for its year-round sunshine, so the resort’s location is ideal for hitting the beach, hiking through lava fields, or soaring high above the treetops to experience the views Hawai’i is famous for.
Past the meticulously landscaped entry, through the front door, there’s a wet bar with a sink, wine fridge, and all the supplies you need to make your favorite drink directly across from the spacious kitchen. The sliding glass doors just beyond the dining room’s table for four offers stunning views of the fairway as the chef prepares meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The granite countertops, built-in electric range, and double ovens make this kitchen stand out, and the open floor plan allows the chef to interact with those seated at the breakfast bar, dining room table, or in the adjacent living room. A plush sectional and chic sitting chairs are situated around a large flatscreen TV, and also look out to the covered lanai. Watch the golfers attempt to conquer the course from the comfort of the newly purchased outdoor furniture as the palm trees sway in the gentle breeze, or fire up the grill and cook a delicious meal to enjoy al fresco as the sun sets, bringing another perfect Hawaiian day to a close.
The corner picture windows in the primary bedroom frame charming garden views visible from either the cozy seating area or the sumptuous king-size bed. Stay up late to watch TV on the flatscreen after a long soak in the ensuite’s large tub, surrounded by large glass windows through which you’ll enjoy views of the atrium’s greenery. The uber elegant primary bathroom also boasts dual vanities, a glass-enclosed shower, and a private water closet. The guest bedroom is appointed with 1 twin bed and 1 queen bed, along with a flatscreen TV and its own exterior entrance. It has easy access to the full guest bathroom, which includes a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
You can keep the packing to a minimum thanks to the washer and dryer provided in the laundry room, which also includes its own sink and counter space for folding. Nestled next to a window with a lovely garden view at the back of the kitchen you also have a built-in desk with a wireless printer, perfect for the occasions when an urgent work request can’t be put off. Central air conditioning with temperature controls in every room and ceiling fans installed throughout the unit keep you cool even in the height of summer.
Guests of the resort have the option to purchase access to its numerous amenities. Daily resort fees, which are not included in the rental rate, are paid directly to the resort and include:

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai's Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees paid directly to the resort are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Complimentary (ages 0-4), Children: $37-115 (ages 5-13), Adults: $75-$230 (Ages 14+). Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt in for resort access during their visit. The entire household (not to exceed maximum occupancy) is required to opt in for a minimum of 2 consecutive days with no breaks in between, the party must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt-in for one block of consecutive days (a minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired. During the Peak (1/6/25-1/18/25, 3/8/25-3/22/25, 6/13/25-8/31/25) and Peak of Peak season (2/14/25-2/22/25, 3/23/25-4/24/25, 11/21/25-11/29/25) rental guests will be eligible to submit their amenity access requests with Club Concierge 30 days prior to the start of their resort access date. Please inquire directly about the fees during your desired travel dates with the resort.

Resort amenities cannot be guaranteed and may be limited, without advance notice, during certain local events and peak holidays. No refunds or discounts will be given during these times. If that’s not enough to keep you occupied, there are a ton of other exciting activities on the island to satisfy even the most daring adventure seekers. Besides visiting the beaches at the resort, you’ll want to head 30 minutes north to award-winning Hapuna Beach, excellent for both sunbathing and swimming, with powdery white sand and crystal blue water (beach gear is provided in the unit). If you like your beaches with a side of hiking, meander along the rocky lava fields to Mahai’ula beach, or continue along the path to the usually secluded Makalawena beach, where if you’re lucky you might spot a turtle in the water or a monk seal sunning on the beach. Finally, adrenaline junkies will have the time of their life ziplining over the tops of the forest in Kohala, a truly one-of-a-kind way to experience the beauty of the Big Island.

The condo was exactly as expected. The pictures are a good representation and the unit was very clean. The only negative is that the living room sliding door does not lock however there is a stick in the door to keep it secure. The view is amazing!

This was everything we had hoped for in a luxurious and relaxing getaway to the Big Island. The property was just as advertised with a great location, stunning views, and well-appointed. Satisfied all of our expectations ... can't wait to return!!
The place was easy to find and get into, pretty self explanatory. Great amenities and easy to get to places. The bed we slept on was extremely squeaky any time we turned over or got in and out of it. We saw a roach in the kitchen one night but not after that. Great air conditioning and had plenty of gear to take to the beach, which was great!

However, it's important to note that bugs of various kinds are quite common in Hawaii, and they can occasionally find their way inside when doors are opened and closed during the normal course of entering and exiting the home. Despite our best efforts, it can be challenging to completely eliminate their presence in this tropical environment.

We would definitely consider returning to 2BD Fairways Villa (120C) at Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai. This unit is beautifully located along the fairway with a distant view of the ocean. Beyond what we were expecting from the website, we were pleasurably surprised with updated new furnishings, easy floorplan, and comfortable amenities. The unit was cleaned and well maintained. Its central location with included golf carts allowed us to easily roam the Hualalai property and reach various on-property spots and beach accesses while having a quiet evening away from the resort. Conveniently using the WiFi, streaming services can be broadcasted to an 85” smart TV in the great room and a 70” smart TV in the master bedroom. In all, staying at this unit gave us a much-needed relaxing and refreshing stay. We look forward to returning. Much thanks!!!

Good condo, great location.

A few annoying factors included: the only electrical outlet in the 2nd bedroom bath did not work; the garbage disposal sprung a leak under the sink; several patio furniture cushions were ripped and three chair cushions were missing. Maintenance responded promptly, replaced the GD and fixed the leak. Overall, we would book again and recommend to our friends.

The ground floor location was ideal for our little one, who loved running around the lawn and golf course at the end of the day. The home was quite spacious for the three of us, and we found the furnishings, décor and dishware/glassware to be exceptionally appointed. The condo's proximity to the resort's pools and restaurants was ideal, and the golf cart rides to and fro were so much fun! Communication with management was excellent. We can't wait to book this home again for our next stay. Thank you!
