This spacious, ocean-view villa enjoys the premier location within the Golf Villas at Hualalai Resort, affectionately known as the "front row". Situated in the heart of the resort community, 3101 Kumukehu Street features unobstructed ocean, golf course, and sunset views and quick access to the beach and all Hualalai Resort luxury amenities. This lower-level corner unit with no stairs, 3101 Kumukehu has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a total of more than 2,800 square feet of tranquil vacation living space with fine finishes such as koa cabinetry and stone flooring. Access to Resort amenities is available to our guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions. From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests can opt-in for Resort access for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from our company and does not control the administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations.
