• Hualalai Resort Access: Daily resort fees apply for guests who wish to access Hualalai Resort amenities. These are paid directly to the Resort and are not included in the rental rate.
• Through January 3, 2026: $75–$230 per person per day (plus tax), subject to seasonal variation.
• Beginning January 4, 2026, fees will be as follows (plus tax, per person, per day):
– Shoulder: $77 Adult | $38 Keiki (ages 5–13)
– Peak: $118 Adult | $59 Keiki
– Peak of Peak: $175 Adult | $87 Keiki
– Festive (Dec 20, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027): $237 Adult | $118 Keiki
Infants (4 and under) are complimentary.
Guests may opt in for Resort access for a minimum of two consecutive days, and the entire household must participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from the property management company and may adjust rates or policies without notice. After booking, the Resort team will reach out to coordinate access directly.
