The great room boasts vaulted ceilings, a breezy open floor plan, and floor to ceiling sliding glass pocket doors out to the main lanai. Abundant natural light and views along with the villa's serenely elegant design offer the best of island living. Soothing sounds of outdoor water features below can be heard from the lanai, a perfect setting for breakfast, cocktail hour, or dinner. Grill up your favorite fish on the Wolf BBQ and dine alfresco as you gaze out at the Pacific and the sunset lighting up the sky.
A spacious open floor plan allows you to flow from the lanai to the living area to dining area to kitchen. The living room features ample plush seating and large flat-screen TV. A basket full of games including chess, checkers, scrabble, backgammon, playing cards and tic tac toe promises hours of fun with family and friends. The stately dining set is a true gem and seats six very comfortably. Bar seating from the dining area to the gourmet kitchen encourage conversation and ease of movement as meals are prepared. The modern kitchen sparkles with beautiful granite and stainless steel and provides top of the line pristine appliances including a spacious Subzero fridge/freezer, Cuisinart coffee maker, 4-slice toaster and Wolf stovetop, oven and microwave. A built-in desk and shelving tucked behind the dining area offers a convenient and separate space to conduct any business that might arise during your stay.
The primary suite is decked out with a majestic wooden bed frame and matching dresser and side tables. The color choices, accent pieces and chic furnishings in the primary suite and throughout the villa invite an aesthetic experience that is both pleasant and peaceful. Indulge by finding some Zen time on the private ocean view deck with chaise loungers, taking a nap in the luxurious King sized bed or a bubble bath in the oversized soaking tub in the primary bath. Other primary suite perks include a large flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, dual vanity, a walk-in shower, and frosted privacy glass surrounding the commode.
The second bedroom features a king sized bed, window seat, large flat-screen TV, ample closet and lovely decor. The second bath, en-suite, offers attractive granite countertops, elegant fixtures and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is appointed with two full beds, a large flat-screen TV, sizable closet and inspired functional and decorative furnishings. The third bath is detached, just across the hall, with a graceful Kohler glass bowl sink, chic countertops and fixtures and a walk-in shower.
An oversized Fisher and Paykel washer and dryer are located in the villa for your convenience, along with detergent and fabric softener. Two 4-seater golf carts are included with your rental for laid back tropical transportation within the resort. Beach amenities are also included for fun in the surf, sun, and sand!

Daily resort fees, which are not included in the rental rate, are necessary to access Hualalai Resort amenities but are not required for booking this residential vacation rental. Access to Resort amenities is available to our guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions. From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests can opt-in for Resort access for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from our company and does not control the administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. After your reservation with our company is confirmed, we will provide the Resort with your contact information. Unit was clean and spacious. Everything worked properly and info notebook was very helpful. Two downsides were 1) the traffic noise when sitting on balcony which can be alleviate if you closed glass slider doors and 2) vertical stairs to unit (but you are greeted with fantastic ocean views). Golf carts and beach equipment was most helpful. Suggest you upgrade the beddings/pillows and beach towels have seen better days. Though the four seasons limited reservations to hotel guests, we had 3 meals at Beachtree and Ulu Ocean grill by arriving early (walk up) around 5 pm or late around 8pm. Ulu Ocean grill was fabulous spot for last night dinner...

Great stay on The Big Island

We absolutely loved our stay int his unit on The Big Island in Hualalai. The unit was clean, spacious and well stocked with all the essentials for a great week (or month) on the Big Island. My wife can't wait to come back and wouldn't hesitate to stay in the exact same unit. There really wasn't anything I could think of that the unit needed, except maybe a pitcher for the iced tea I made, couldn't find one, but I might of just needed to look a bit more. The only drawback was the actual proximity to the main road and Hualalai front gate. It could get noisy at times, but usually only during working hours during the day with construction traffic coming/going and the workers leaving at the end of their days. I would still stay here again though as having golf carts, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, and other stuff made this unit an easy place to stay.

Wonderful, clean property. The views are gorgeous. We were a family of five and had plenty of room. The kitchen is stocked with everything one needs to make a gourmet meal. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely book again with Elite Pacific properties.

What an amazing family vacation we enjoyed! We've rented villas through Elite in the past and are always very happy with their level of excellence and service. This home is spectacular, with an amazing view and every amenity. Very spacious, luxurious, and comfortable. We even found the binoculars hiding behind the big screen TV! Having access to the Four Seasons resort was a huge plus, and our son's favorite part of the vacation was zipping down the pathway in golf carts to begin our day at the pools and beach. The unit is at the end of a culdesac, which offers privacy and makes possible the lovely and broad view of the coastline. A small downside is that there is a bit of distant street noise from the main road. Thankfully, the lovely rustling of the palm leaves and sparkling bird calls were far more noticeable! We loved our stay and can hardly wait to return.

Can't stop thinking about the place

The pictures don't do it justice, it is beautiful, relaxing, luxurious and was fun for the whole family from grandparents to young toddlers. Everyone had such a good time and using the golf carts to get to the resort area was so much fun. Can't wait to come back. The place has wonderful finishes and everything you would need. If the price is ok, stop looking at other properties and just get this one. You won't be sorry.

Stayed at the villa in Jun 2018 and enjoyed it. The space is beautiful and sparkling clean. One thing to note is that the villa is a 10min cart ride from the resort—it’s one of the furthest villas away from the main resort amenities. That’s a small hassle, but makes it a bit quieter too.

We spent a glorious week at this condo, next year we will try to book 3 weeks. Nothing could be more beautiful! I spent every night sitting on the deck watching the sun set over the ocean. The view is just spectacular. I love the location away from all the clouds at the hotel. The kitchen is well appointed, we went to Kona and bought food we could cook. The furniture is beautiful and tasteful. My husband played golf and I went to the gym and lived the morning walks they offer at no charge. The hotel pools are incredible as is the service. We went to the volcano one day and zip lining another day, but far our favorite was just hanging out at this condo and the hotel. Such a magical place! Next year we are bringing our kids and grandkids. With 3 bedrooms this condo is spacious for everyone.

Absolutely AMAZING! incredible view/squeaky unit/

We had a perfect week and will definitely be back! Love the new decor in this place, modern but still feels like Hawaii! So fun driving the golf cart to the pools! Kings Pond snorkeling is a must do! This place has snorkel gear, ice chests, boogie boards, floaties, so great we didn't have to rent the stuff. We went to Costco and bought a lot of food (and drink) and packed the ice chests and went to 2 different beaches. Relaxing at the 4 seasons pools is just.......ahhh.......definitely would recommend this unit because it feels so new inside and is so clean (not old stuff) and the view is so great. We sat on the deck and watched the sun set.....great price considering how much the 4 seasons is a night and this is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms!

Amazing location, view and accomodations

We spent a week in this condo with our three small kids. We LOVED the golf cart, views and really, everything. Would be nice to have some binoculars as we did see some whales in the ocean but otherwise they thought of everything even games. Mark was super helpful too.
