Among the newest condo development additions to the exclusive Hualalai Resort, this luxurious, ocean-view villa provides the perfect setting for a family getaway or a relaxing retreat to paradise with friends. The villa boasts over 2,600 square feet of interior space, with impeccable décor by local interior designer Monica Ament. Our guest suites enjoy ocean views, spectacular sunsets, lush tropical gardens, and the melody of bird songs. The villa’s lower level includes a luxurious primary suite with a private ocean-view lanai, king-size bed, work space, a walk-in closet, and a tranquil en suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower, dual vanities, and access to a spectacular outdoor shower. A second stunning suite on the lower level, next to the primary suite, features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, modern decor, and a flat-screen television. Daily resort fees, which are not included in the rental rate, are necessary to access Hualalai Resort amenities but are not required for booking this residential vacation rental. Access to Resort amenities is available to our guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions. From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests can opt-in for Resort access for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from our company and does not control the administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. After your reservation with our company is confirmed, we will provide the Resort with your contact information. The Resort will then work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. For complete details, please reach out to us directly.
