The villa’s lower level includes a luxurious primary suite with a private ocean-view lanai, king-size bed, work space, a walk-in closet, and a tranquil en suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower, dual vanities, and access to a spectacular outdoor shower. A second stunning suite on the lower level, next to the primary suite, features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, modern decor, and a flat-screen television. A third suite, situated on the other side of the villa for maximum privacy, has its own private lanai, king-size bed, walk-in closet, and spa-like full bathroom, including another outdoor shower garden- a tropical delight!

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai's Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees paid directly to the resort are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Free (ages 0-4), Children: $36-112 (ages 5-13), Adults: $72-$224 (Ages 14+). All Residential Rental Guests in your party (not to exceed maximum occupancy) must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt-in for one block of consecutive days (a minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired. Resort services, amenities, and fees are subject to change at any time. Please inquire directly about the fees during your desired travel dates with the resort. Please be advised that Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai Management maintains absolute control of the establishment and administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations.
