The capacious living room, dining area, and kitchen occupy the upper level. Vaulted ceilings, upgraded bamboo flooring, sleek furnishings and natural light complement the villa's open layout. Bold and minimalist, warm and earthy, a contemporary Asian aesthetic is expertly woven into the art and design throughout the home. Large flat screen TV and ample plush seating, dining table for six, and bar stools facing into the gourmet kitchen make this area the inherent social hub of the home. Pocket doors open out to the large upstairs lanai with seating for eight. Unwind and gaze out over golf course grounds, lava rock, and colorful foliage to the Pacific Ocean and glorious sunsets beyond. Access to Resort amenities is available to our guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions. From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests can opt-in for Resort access for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from our company and does not control the administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations.
