From the excellent communications well before our trip, to the invisible but always available support during the stay, through to the check-out process, we have an absolutely amazing stay. The home is spectacular, well appointed, and provided plenty of room to feel relaxed and pampered. Everything was in working order, checkin and checkout procedures are simple and autonomous. The home is a very fast trip down to the resort, which we did multiple times a day thanks to the provided golf carts. Mahalo!!
From the initial planning stages to the sad day I left, everything was perfectly managed. Plenty of communications from the management team before, during, and after my stay helped to ensure no questions were left on the table. Checkin/checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow, absolutely no problems encountered. The properly itself is fantastic and exactly as promised from the provided details and pictures - plenty of room to spread out. A very short ride from the property to the resort on either of the 2 provided golf carts and you're at the General store or the beach in less than 5 minutes. Mahalo nui loa!!

As good as advertised! Only takes 3.5 mins in gold carts to get to hotel lobby. Well stocked with basics and such a lovely property. We had five adults and two toddlers and it was perfect!
We loved staying in this villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here-5 stars on all ratings says it all. Only problem is that time flew too quickly and we were sorry to leave but we are already thinking about when we can return!
This villa was great for our family of four and our nanny! We loved the layout and the villa was well kept and clean! We loved having two golf carts and the FS Hualalai is totally worth the optional resort fees you pay. We had a great stay overall here.
The property was perfect for our family vacation - everything was in great condition and the location could not have been better. We are already planning our return trip! The entire process was smooth and easy so that we could focus on enjoying our vacation.
