Set on a bluff in the newest residential community at the exclusive Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai, this luxury ocean-view estate home provides the ideal setting for a family or friends getaway to paradise. Private outdoor space includes a spacious covered lanai area, infinity pool, spa with waterfall overflow, barbecue area with mini fridge and abundant counter prep space, hammock, and professionally landscaped yard. Panoramic ocean, sunset and coastline views stretch as far as the eye can see, offering a rare combination of vistas including Mt. Hualalai, Mauna Kea, and the Kohala Mountains.
Soothing neutral tones, an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings with exposed mahogany trim and cove lighting offer guests a serene and opulent space to unwind. Sliding glass pocket doors, both in the front entryway and out to the lanai, provide an expansive and truly tropical indoor-outdoor living experience. A spacious dining area with seating for eight opens to a fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, custom African mahogany cabinetry, top tier appliances and a built-in work desk. The luxurious primary suite stretches out onto the covered lanai via two corner walls of sliding pocket doors, offering ocean, coastline, mountain and pool deck views. Also on offer are a California King bed, 50” smart flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with a soaking tub, separate shower, dual vanities, and a spectacular outdoor shower garden. Three other stunning bedroom suites all offer king-sized beds, flat screen TVs, en-suite full bathrooms and outdoor shower gardens. The fourth bedroom suite boasts built-in window seating and its own private entrance off the stunning courtyard entryway.
With Sonos audio system, central air conditioning plus ceiling fans throughout, a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer, sink, and prep space, and every other imaginable amenity, guests have all the comforts of home and then some. Paradise awaits! Residential rental guests have the opportunity to enjoy world class hotel services and amenities at Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai. Payment of daily resort fees, not included in the rental rate, is required to gain access to these amenities, but is not mandatory to book this residential vacation rental. Payment of resort fees is made directly to the resort, which is a separate entity from Elite Pacific Vacations powered by Gather. Hotel services and amenities include:

All other pool deck chaise lounges will become available after 3:00 PM daily. During Peak of Peak and Festive Season, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on the lawns and on the beaches only, as directed by pool staff.)

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai's Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees paid directly to the resort are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Complimentary (ages 0-4), Children: $37-115 (ages 5-13), Adults: $75-$230 (Ages 14+). Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt in for resort access during their visit. The entire household (not to exceed maximum occupancy) is required to opt in for a minimum of 2 consecutive days with no breaks in between, the party must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt-in for one block of consecutive days (a minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired. During the Peak (1/6/25-1/18/25, 3/8/25-3/22/25, 6/13/25-8/31/25) and Peak of Peak season (2/14/25-2/22/25, 3/23/25-4/24/25, 11/21/25-11/29/25) rental guests will be eligible to submit their amenity access requests with Club Concierge 30 days prior to the start of their resort access date. Please inquire directly about the fees during your desired travel dates with the resort.

by AnonymousWhat a wonderful stay in a fabulous home - everything was absolutely perfect - we didn’t want to leave! The jacuzzi jets were some of the most powerful we’d ever experienced, and the pool was simply divine. The kids had so much fun with the outdoor shower gardens in each bedroom, and my parents loved that their bedroom suite had a private entrance off the courtyard and no shared walls with the rest of the house. My husband and I especially enjoyed the corner pocket door into the master suite that opened to the pool deck - what a cool design feature! We can’t wait to come back and stay again.
