We had a great stay for a girls trip. The neighborhood was nice and convenient. The house was comfortable, well equipped and we all had our own king sized bed.
Island vibes from day one!

Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Princeville, close to the beach and several trails including Queen's Bath, the house is as described in the photos. It easily accommodates 10 people and has a beautiful backyard, barbecue grill, and a garage with lots of equipment such as bikes, beach shades, and beach seats. The house is well air-circulated, and three of the bedrooms have AC units. Hope to be back soon.
Roomy , great location, beautiful home and yard. Had everything we could need. Only blip was the internet was sketchy at times but other than we loved the island and would definitely recommend this house! A+++++++

by Karlee MThe home was more spacious than pictures do justice. If you’d like to spend most of your time in Princeville/Hanalei Bay this is perfect, about a 10 minute drive into Hanalei. This is an outsourced Airbnb so you do not talk to the owners. This ended up being a mix for me; when I asked if the beach gear in the garage is open to use, after looking through their extensive information, I got no response, I even tried more than one number they provided. But, when there was a power outage I got a response in a very timely manner from the same number I had texted days prior with the beach gear question. This was confusing but I’m glad we got a response when it mattered. Over all, we would stay again. The home was beautiful and comfortable for 3 couples and 1 more adult!

Great home to stay in Hawaii. Had group of 10 and it worked out perfectly. Instructions were clear. A lot of fans to keep living room and loft area cool. Would recommend staying here. Felt like a safe quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in and check-out instructions.
The house is absolutely beautiful, the neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood was lovely. It was easy to find, easy to get into and had everything you would need. Two things to note is the trash seems to always be backed up. I’m not sure this is something the property can fix, it seems like the neighborhood has a can limit per household… ? Also kitchen towels would be nice but we made due just fine! Over all great place! The company responsible for taking care of the property is really responsive and communication was on point! Very much enjoyed our time on Kauai and would rent again.

Fantastic house and would definitely recommend
by Melissa AFantastic house and would definitely recommend, especially if traveling with family or larger group. Very beautiful and spacious. The main areas of the house don’t have AC and it gets very warm during the day, but the rooms have AC units and we slept comfortably.
