It is a great condo with an even more incredible view of the ocean!  Kitchen was well furnished, bathrooms were clean and the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable.  We would be so happy to stay here again!

Great place at a great location

Great apartment with an ocean view. Very comfortable for two people. Friends stayed in a nearby condo and we both felt we had a better unit. We like the layout a lot. Recommend if you’re staying on the north shore.

There are adjustable shuttered windows to let in the island breezes and ceiling fans to control the temperature. There is no A/C but with the windows and fans, you can naturally adjust the temperature, so it feels pleasant and connected to outside. There are 2 bedrooms with wonderful ocean views, and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need along with a welcome treat of Hawaiian goodies. There is a parking lot next to the building, and access to a pool nearby. The area feels residential, which makes it perfect for peaceful walks enjoying the nene geese, the egrets, and the baby albatross in residents’ yards nearby. We were able to walk thru streets to a trail to Sea Lodge Beach, which is a fantastic hidden private beach, with natural shade. Queens Bath is also close by. The condo has a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats, and plenty of towels. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Mahalo.

Well-equipped, clean, spacious units in a beautiful setting and peaceful location. The balcony and view are amazing -- we watched whales every single day using the binoculars provided. Kitchen is very well equipped. It was handy having an in-unit washer and dryer. Beds and pillows are comfortable enough. The pool is nicer than it appears on an aerial and we largely had it to ourselves. They provided beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, tennis equip., etc., which was much appreciated. The host/property manager was super responsive and proactive. I received tons of messages. The lockbox code on the email was incorrect, but they'd send a text with another code that I had missed. Other reviews have commented on the heat -- for us it wasn't too bad. It was between 68 and 78 degrees everyday and we had all the windows open and fans on. There's also a quarter-mile trail down to Turtle Cave not far from the unit. It takes a bit of finding but it's worth the trek.

We had an excellent week. The condo was well equipped and had everything necessary for a wonderful stay on Kauai. Great location and the management company did an excellent job!!!

The description does not lie. There are ocean views from every bedroom and living room. Kitchen is nicely furnished. Has all the beach stuff you need. 10 minutes from Hanalie. You can hear the wave crash below you.

My husband and I went with our adult daughter in July. This condo met and exceeded all of our expectations. Perfect quiet location for us, loved the top, end unit location, INCREDIBLE view, and everything we needed. Full beautiful kitchen. Lovely lanai where I had my coffee with a book every morning. Views throughout condo. Beach towels, cooler, snorkel equipment, chairs included. Quiet locked pool that we usually had to ourselves. Restaurants and grocery store with ready to eat food close by. Would LOVE to return.

The owners have a lovely Condo. Ocean view and mountains too. Well equipped, we lacked for nothing. Just what we needed peace and ocean vibes. Could not have asked for a nicer place to relax and enjoy Kauai!

Amazing views from the Lanai and both the bedrooms. The house is updated with modern appliances and well decorated. This condo was one of the highlights of our trip.

This condo has great ocean views, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This condo could accommodate up to 6 people, as it has a sofa bed in the living room. This condo has had a recent update throughout. Awesome kitchen with hard surface countertops. As it was only my wife and I, we only slept in one bed that was very comfortable. The condo came stocked with beach chairs, snorkel gear as well. This condo is a definite 5* in our opinion!

My family of four enjoyed our stay at Alii Kai I. Everything in the description matched what we experienced. Coffee on the lanai watching the whales was unforgettable. I had a few questions and the host got back to me in a timely manner. We can't wait to come back.

This condo is extremely well appointed! Very very nicely updated unit! Washer and dryer in the unit, amazing ocean views, comfortable furniture, updated kitchen and bath. Such a lovely find! the nicest condo we've ever stayed in on Kauai. So conveniently located to Princeville, Hanalei, The Kalalau Trail, etc. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you Gina!
