Our stay was wonderful. The unit has been updated and looks great, it’s decorated very cute. They take amazing care of the landscaping, bbq area and pools. The unit had everything we needed to cook or go to the beach. The saltwater pool is wonderful! We were always able to find loungers. It’s private snd secluded, it’s behind a little strip mall. The only two exceptions were that there were no steak knives, and we grilled a lot. The other being was no cooler available, which I’ve always had in other condos, so we bought one. Those are small issues to deal with in paradise though. There’s limited parking within the gated condo but plenty outside the gate and we were fine parking there. I do wish they would add a few additional handicap parking spots though. It’s obvious the HOA cares a lot about the property, so clean, raked the sand every morning, cleaned the grills every morning. The unit was perfect for our stay and I would stay again.

Great ocean-front location. Quiet neighbors. Loved that the pool was literally steps away from the lanai. Also, enjoyed the ground-level location of the condo. We would certainly return here again.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles für einen unkomplizierten und angenehmen Aufenthalt in Kona. Dank der klaren Instruktionen sind der Check-In, der Aufenthalt und der Check-Out ganz einfach. Zur Verfügung stehen einem unter anderem Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel, Tupperware, Strandstühle, etc. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Bis auf eine Kleinigkeit war alles äußerst sauber. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

The place was very nice and accurate to what was described. There was a water emergency at the complex that left us without hot water, gather was able to find accommodations for showers that were close and walkable within the complex. I did have to ask for updates but was quickly responded to when I did. Gather went above and beyond to make things right with the water situation and I would gladly book again with this place thanks to Nick the property service manager. 5/5

Our stay was great. The area was very private and quiet. The view of the ocean and being able to sit and enjoy it was my favorite part. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Location was also great.

We had an amazing stay! We loved having a ground floor unit for easy access to the pool and bbq. The condo was nicely appointed with everything that we needed! It was fun getting to know the other guests and residents in the complex. I do want to note that it is definitely an older crowd but it was nice that it was quiet all of the time. We loved it!

The place was great and had everything you needed. You could’ve stayed there the whole time if you wanted. Salt water pool was great. Bed comfortable, had extra linens and towels. Nice to have washer/dryer in unit. The neighbors are friendly but also not intrusive. Parking is convenient. The host offers access to additional concierge services that are convenient if you need them. We’d definitely stay here again. Mahalo Gather! ?

We had a such a wonderful stay at Casa de Emdeko. The location is perfect and the property is beautiful, with lush grounds, 2 pools (one salt-water pool right at the edge of the ocean), and a fun lanai where guests hang out and bbq - a great vibe! Our favorite spot was the man-made beach area next to the salt-water pool and right at the edge of where the waves rolled in. And there were always enough lounge chairs there too. The condo is well-equipped, with a remodeled kitchen and a really comfortable king bed. The space is great for 2 people, with a nice, if a bit small, living area.The smart TVs work well (good to have one in the bedroom), and the outdoor eating area is lovely. WiFi worked well and we had no problems at all. Some other nice things to mention are that there’s a farmer’s market in walking distance, and town is a 5-10 minute drive. There is also a very well stocked convenience store right on the property – the very definition of convenience! We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning location! The property is beautifully manicured and well-maintained, with lush greenery and fragrant surroundings. The sunsets were amazing, and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The condo was equipped with all the necessary amenities, making the stay comfortable and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Very good place for our stay in Kona during Ironman. We were in Casa for the second time already. Good location, quiet resort, good swimming pools for kids.

We had a lovely stay, nice location, the bed was great. We especially enjoyed the saltwater pool and sandy beach area. Will definitely be back.

Location is superb. Right on the water with amazing ocean front bbq and eating area. 10/10 for amenities. Unit was upgraded really well. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook same unit. Bed was comfortable. In suite laundry was so nice. Kitchen was perfect.

It’s a very decent rental, clean, well equipped kitchen and close to downtown and shops. The entire facility is beautiful right next to the ocean and their own little beach, but you cannot get in the ocean there or swim.

This was the perfect spot to enjoy Kona! There are so many great beaches around, but my husband and I (almost equally!) enjoyed sitting on the beach at Casa de Emdeko and watching the waves, or swimming in the amazing saltwater pool at sunset. It was amazing to have a little private beach just shared with the the rest of the complex! Condo was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards that made our beach days easier, and found the bed to be so comfy! Kitchen had all the appliances and dishes we could need to cook in the unit, and shared bbq worked great. We rented a car because we weren’t sure what was reasonable walking distance for Kona, and that was the right choice to explore the Big Island. We did walk to the downtown Kona area from the condo one day and it took about 30 minutes but was certainly doable. Would highly recommend this unit!

Great condo! It's super clean, nicely decorated and has the best kitchen we have ever used in an Airbnb. A lot of thought went into the decor and we were definitely able to enjoy our vacation there. The ocean pool was amazing and we really enjoyed going out at sunset every night with everyone in the condo community to watch the sun go down. Communication was excellent and check in and check out were super easy!

If you haven’t stayed here…..you need to, it’s an amazing place. We loved the Condo, people and the salt water pool was like swimming in a warm bath on the ocean. Great view of amazing subsets and Conch blowing every night. We will be back!!!

Great location- not directly in Kona, but you could walk. the condo is lovely- great for a couple or small family. Beautiful area, market next door, and good amenities. Definitely an excellent value

My family and I had a great time staying at 104 Emeko dr! It was one of the cleanest Airbnbs we've ever stayed at and the location was great (only 10mins to downtown). In addition, the complex was gated and well maintained and featured two swimming pools that the kids loved. It was a blast taking a dip in the saltwater pool and watching the sunset everynight! Would recommend this place to anyone considering staying in Kona!

The remodeled Casa De Emdeko unit 104 was AWESOME. it was very very clean, spacious, and jus a great condo. check in and check out was super easy. The communication between us and the host was smooth and easy and they provided lots of detailed information days before our check in and check out so we could be prepared. and they also had a binder with valuable information in it for the unit. i love that we had a washer and dryer in the unit which made it so much easier for us to wash our clothes during our stay. the kitchen had everything we needed and there was lots of towels and extra linen for our children that slept on the sofa bed that was also very clean. the kitchen had everything we needed. we literally all we had to get was food for us, everything else was provided. they also had a little family area on the property that has grills and complimentary coffee for the guests. I love that it was close to the main attractions in Kona, literally like 5 minutes away. Overall i am VERY VERY pleased and happy with our stay here and will definitely refer my friends and family to stay here. we'll definitely stay here again next time we come to the Big Island. This place was beautiful! The property has a “quiet time” which my husband and I really appreciated. The condo was in perfect condition and very comfortable for 2 people! I would highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed! The check-in/out process was smooth. The bed and pillows were super comfy and they provided a ton of extra towels and linens. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and cookware you’ll need. There’s a small washer/dryer with laundry detergent provided. The 2 pools are very close to the unit which made it easy access. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back on our next stay in Kona!
