Condo was clean and adequately furnished. All appliances worked. AC kept condo comfortable. Third floor ocean view was ok. Located fairly close to a couple of small beaches and the core area of Kona. Check-in and out was seamless and easy. Host provided all access codes prior to arrival.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. The space itself was pristine, from the grounds to the bathrooms, to the linens. If you’re looking for a slow, relaxed place to enjoy Kona, this is it. The complex felt extremely safe. We loved the private beach and we even got to see whales passing by! We would absolutely book this place again!

We loved the condo. It was comfortable, clean and close to downtown.  The sea salt pool was very nice, a great place to watch the sunsets. We could hear the waves from our bedroom.  Truly a paradise.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful Kona condo! The space was spotless, well-appointed, and exactly as described, with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit to the Big Island. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. 

The location was ideal — close to downtown Kailua-Kona but still quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day. Morning coffee on the lanai with an ocean breeze and sunsets in the evening were definite highlights of the trip. The pool and BBQ area were clean and never too crowded, which made the property feel like a small, relaxed resort.

The host was wonderful: very responsive, friendly, and proactive with clear check-in instructions.  

Check-in and check-out were seamless, parking was easy, and the building felt safe and well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again.

This condo exceeded our expectations. I was initially worried about getting groceries nearby without having to drive, but that turned out to be a non-issue. There’s a deli market just a 2-minute walk from the condo with milk, eggs, cereal, Bisquick pancake mix, maple syrup —everything our kids love for breakfast. There’s also a great coffee shop called Berry Bird about a 5-minute walk southeast toward Ali’s Drive, offering an excellent selection of coffee drinks. Just two more minutes past that is a small farmers market next to Living Stone Church, with a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, freshly baked bread, cinnamon rolls (they sell out fast!), and cookies. Lastly, the condo is actually much closer to the ocean than it appears in the pictures, which was a wonderful surprise.

Ice cold bottled water upon arrival. Limited parking but you can park outside the gate.

The condo was just as describe, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and the host provided basic necessities such as soap, detergent and coffee. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The condo is excellent, great location, amazing views, and plenty of space for our family of four. I could honestly sit on the balcony all day just enjoying the view. The host was easy and quick to communicate with, which made everything smooth. We even tried to extend our stay for three more nights, but unfortunately it was already reserved. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

This place was right next to the ocean, 3rd floor, most beautiful views! We loved our stay here. Our kids really enjoyed the pool.

My husband found all the cool kitchen gadgets this place has, he kept saying someone has to live there to have all those supplies. 

I am not a fan of Airbnb’s that use a third party property manager, it takes longer to get a response and usually they aren’t as helpful. This place was okay in that regard.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property. The complex this unit is located in is beautiful and has two pools, a huge outdoor eating space, plenty of room to lounge by the pool or ocean, and 3 large grills available to use. Unit 336 was everything I was looking for in a trip to Hawaii. We had stunning views of the ocean from the living room and balcony, comfortable and clean bedrooms, and living area, a kitchen for making breakfast and dinner if you wanted, washing machine and dryer, and air conditioning. A lot of places in Kona didn't have A/C and I almost booked a place without it. If you're visiting in July or August, you definitely want a unit with A/C!.The host was responsive to all of our questions and there were tons of beach items available to use as well: beach chairs, pool noodles, cooler, snorkel gear, beach mats. We loved our time here and would love to stay again in the future.

Exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for a week. Great location in the building with an awesome view! Extremely helpful and proactive host! And an unexpected plus to experience the conch blowing at sunset! Highly recommend! 

The condo was beautiful and the views from the unit and lanai were incredible! We spent hours just listening to the waves and watching whales and spinner dolphins. The condo was spacious and well equipped. We used the BBQs a few times, they were always clean. We loved the 'beach". It was hard to leave after 10 wonderful days. The only negative was the king bed. it was hard as a rock. I highly recommend this beautiful place with the incredible views.

Beautiful view. Close drive to activities

 We loved the ocean views and both pools. My favorite part was sitting on the Lanai for the sunrise in the mornings. So quiet and peaceful. Nothing but the sound of the ocean. Easy to hop on Ali’i Drive and get to a store or restaurant. We have three kids and they slept comfortably on the twin beds and pullout couch. Our bedroom was nice and private. The kitchen is well stocked with basic amenities. Didn’t even need to buy coffee as it was provided.

Great place with terrific views!

This was our third stay in Unit 336. When we walk in, it feels like home. The owner has some beautiful artwork and the kitchen is well supplied. Even though there is a very nice dining room table, the outside lanai area is so spacious and inviting we chose to eat most of our meals out there! The master shower with multiple wall jets is not like any other condo we\'ve stayed in. We especially enjoy how well equipped this unit is for outdoor fun - and often guests will leave brand new gear they purchased during their stay for the next guests to use! There is a lovely abundance of books - I read three during the week we were here. Having stayed here before we appreciated the owner\'s upgrades like the new wall window coverings that slide easily back and when closed allow privacy but still lets the sunlight through. The beautifully carved coffee table was also new since our last stay. We are already looking forward to next year to seen what new things await!

We enjoyed our stay, the view was beautiful. The space is set up well for a family of 4 with plenty of room. The bed is comfortable. I would note that this unit has harder access for seniors or people with very young children. There are a lot of stairs that can’t be avoided and was glad my elderly parents chose something else. It was no problem for us though. A check out of 10am was so early. We’ve rented a lot of places over the years and all have typically been 11. It made a difference for us since our flight wasn’t until 4. We requested a later checkout and didn’t hear back until the morning of our departure that we definitely needed to be out at 10. There was one other hiccup when we really needed showers and the owners hadn’t been notified of a second water shut off that was a good chunk of the day. But they apologized and were kind. I wish the property had a hot tub, the location was beautiful.

Great location, beautiful place, clean and friendly!

The venue was beautiful. There is a secret public pool next door that we accidentally found. It is down the road to the left of the complex where it says Public Beach Access. Follow it to the ocean and there you will find an infinity pool that has crashing waves! It was me of my favorite places to visit!

Beautiful property and good location. Not much around for eating but closer to the Volcano Park than Hilo. Layout is quirky. Place could use a good dusting but overall clean where it needed to be. Place is older and shows wear, but everything was functional, and the appliances and AC looked new. Daughter loved hanging out on the porch with her "friends" the geckos, wish the hot tub was still functional.

Casa de Emdeko #336 is amazing! The listing photos don't do it justice. The lanai is huge, and has an incredible view of the salt-water pool and ocean. The property has a lovely little private beach, perfect for watching the sunset every evening. The condo's kitchen was well stocked with any cooking/dining item needed. Linen closet was packed full, including beach towels. There was also a boogie board, a couple of beach chairs, an umbrella and other beach items. We bought a 10x10 canopy while we were there, and donated it to the condo's beach supplies before we left so future guests can enjoy some shade on the beach! We have zero complaints, and all praise. We will be back for sure!

It was close enough to everything. Enough space for 5 of us and had A/C and washer and dryer. Plenty of towels, blankets, stuff for beach in the twin beds room closet, and everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. We had a beautiful view of the sunset.

What a wonderful stay! This condo is the perfect location, close enough to walk to town, away from the street noise and with an ocean view. We loved it. There is a pool right on the ocean and a sandy strip with chairs to enjoy the sunset. It is gorgeous. The complex is lovely, quiet, and nicely landscaped. Easy to park. The unit is fine. Beds are comfortable, everything was clean, plenty of fresh towels. There is beach gear, snorkels and towels and chairs which we used multiple times. There is a spice rack and a few odds and ends for cooking and well stocked with kitchen gear. The rental company also leaves fresh kona beans for your morning joe. We had an issue where the dryer wasn't working but Elite sent someone out that day to fix it. They are very responsive. We hope to someday return to the Big Island and this condo is a perfect place to stay.

Had a wonderful time staying here! Great location, perfect size for a family of five, and amazing views of the water. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a nice surprise that the lanai had additional seating, aside from the table and chairs! Would definitely come back and visit again. Service was great too, anytime we had to reach out regarding something we received responses back very quickly!

This is a wonderful combination of oceanfront living and tropical garden paradise! The service by Elite Pacific was excellent!

Clean, friendly neighbors, responsive management (although we had no real problems), great views. Upon arrival we were treated to two whales breaching within 400 yards of the shore (although we never saw any other whales nearly as close). The washer/dryer and ice maker were key. Only possible negative would be that it is over a mile into town and over a mile and a half to our favorite breakfast place (which I guess forced us to walk off our breakfast - a good thing). If you want to cook your own meals this place has everything you need.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Our host made sure that we had everything we needed to stay comfortably. The property was very nice and we loved the salt water pool.

Very nice, updated unit with great ocean views. The Casa complex is located close to town and has everything we needed. We used the BBQs, both pools and the beach area. We saw whales and dolphins from the Lanai and the sunsets from the seawall were memorable. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to update the key lockbox to a keycode entry handle. The present system is frustrating and sometimes took two people to accomplish. We would certainly book this unit again.

We were originally in another unit, which got sold and the new owners moved in. Elite Properties quickly offered us this new location and it was amazing! The condo is nicely situated on the 3rd floor, with great views, and enough amenities for us to enjoy our stay. We felt that the location was far enough out of the major congestion, yet close enough to get to things easily. We will definitely recommend, and will definitely be back!

This property is as presented in the photos: not the latest trend in home decor but extremely comfortable, very well equipped and with a killer view of the ocean and wonderfully comfortable beds. We were able to eat all of our meals on our balcony. Perfect location if you want to snorkel or swim.

Very nice unit. It is an older complex, but the unit has been nicely updated. The location is great, easy to access a lot of the local Kona shops and stores!

Lovely decorated apt. with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our breakfasts out on the balcony. Felt great to come “home” after an adventurous day! Only issue was expecting guests to wash the towels. We had to catch an early flight and couldn’t do it all. There is a cleaning fee so that should include laundering. Other than that it was perfect!

This condo was amazing and allowed us to relax. It’s situated perfectly so even if it’s raining, you can enjoy the lanai and ocean. The rooms stay very cool with the ceiling fans. Everything was clean. We will definitely stay here again!
