Work will occur Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will include pressure washing and painting, with ladders used near windows, lanais, and balconies, which may result in daytime noise. Guests will be required to remove all personal items from the lanai/balcony, keep windows and doors closed during scheduled work, and may need to temporarily relocate vehicles for the duration of pressure washing and painting.
• Minimum 29-night stay per Oahu ordinance
• Monthly rate applies in full regardless of nights occupied
• Electricity cap of $300 per month included; guest responsible for overages
• No grilling permitted on lanais per Oahu Fire Code
