Overall a very nice house. 5 bedrooms with possible one more if you use separate tv room. Beautiful ocean views. Even had beach towels. Centrally located. Overall very nice

The house was very nice - lots of room for our group of 10. Excellent view of the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed with all needed to prepare a meal. Short walk or drive to shops. Would definitely stay again.

We live in Utah, but we’re a family that’s in love with the ocean. This place was beautiful , located very very well with many great stores nearby, and you can never beat the breathtaking views of the ocean.

Beach view was top notch!

This view is gorgeous. The house was very comfortable for our multigenerational large group. We really enjoyed the open air ability to open the back wall and the pool was great to have! There was not an outdoor shower, but everything else was great. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. Being directly on the rocks was so cool. All in all amazing place to be right in the middle of Kona and 5 minutes to beaches and restaurants. The house is walkable, but easier with cars.

Great ocean front location! Large house with all amenities for a large group or two families.  We loved staying here.

This house was perfect for our extended family grouping of 9 andults and 2 toddlers. 2 dish washers, 2 refrigerators and two washer dryer sets was an appreciated  luxury and made life easy for us. The pool was ideal for the toddlers and they loved the sand toys and beach equipment ! Check out chores were easy. Thank you for a smooth vacation. Happy New Year.

Was the perfect place for our family of 13 to gather and celebrate my husband’s retirement. The sunsets, ocean views and spacious room within the house made for a most enjoyable stay. We really appreciated the AC in the bedrooms. Convenient location to nearby sites. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

This home was perfect for us-all 15 of us! The kitchen was well-equipped, the en-suite bedrooms were clean and spacious, and best of all the views were amazing. A perfect spot for a week in Hawaii!!

Dolphin Manor is a clean, well-equipped, spacious house. Each room was nicely decorated and very comfortable, and the backyard scenery is absolutely beautiful! We hope to return someday because it was perfect for us and our adult children.

The constant sound of ocean waves, spectacular sunsets, spinner dolphins swimming by, and humpback whales spouting, all from the comforts of your open air living room, made this the best rental ever! Accommodated our 17 guests in comfort.

This house was roomy enough to accommodate our large group. It is a lovely home with views to die for. The location has pros and cons - it is walkable to everything, but if you are like us, we had lots of big cars and the parking area was small and the road was very busy to get out of the driveway.

An absolutely stunning view in a beautiful, spacious home. Home is equipped with everything you could need. We loved our stay and would stay again!

This property was perfect for our family of 11. Most in Hawaii for the first time. It was worth every penny to stay in beautiful Dolphin Manor. We loved being all together enjoying the shared spaces, especially the lanai which was very safe for our youngest grandson of 19 months. Plenty of bedrooms, most with a view of the ocean and very nice spacious bathrooms. We made wonderful memories on this trip of a lifetime!

The pool is a bit small and it needed a cleaning when we got there but they handled it right away. The sounds of the ocean were worth the price. It was great for everyone room to have its own bathroom, kitchen was beautiful, double washer and dryers were awesome. The stay was perfect.

We found Elite Pacific Vacations very easy to work with from the booking process all the way through to checking out. The views from Dolphin Manor are spectacular, the sound of the surf is wonderful, beautiful sunsets. We could see dolphins and whales from the lanai There were ample beach supplies in the closet, boards, coolers and beach toys for the little ones. The location to Kona with shopping and restaurants is also excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect setup for two families with teens. Mornings on the porch sipping Kona coffee were priceless. We also loved the private snorkeling spot right in front of the house. Use the large flat rock for entry. We can’t wait to visit again!

This house was amazing! Beautiful Ocean views! Big bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Each room had its own AC - however the main living area/Kitchen area did not have AC. It was cool enough in the morning and evenings with the windows and doors open, but a little warm during the heat of the day. Location was great and easy to find. This place was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay. Also, thank you so much for letting us stay a couple extra hours so our baby could finish her morning nap! Really appreciate it.

We had a wonderful stay at Dolphin Manor, the views are amazing night and day. The outside living area is compact but adequate for the 12 of us. especially with the doors that open to the lanai from the living room. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance since parking is expensive and tight.

The property was so beautiful and just right for our extended family. Enjoyed the fabulous sunsets, the sound of the waves, and the proximity to restaurants, the farmers markets, and beaches. Hosts were super welcoming and helpful. Really appreciated their information.

Beautiful view from the place! Great location close to Kona downtown, very walkable. The pool is smaller in real life than on the picture, but overall matched the description. Overall would recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay, the view was incredible!!! It was so hard to leave. There were lots of places for our party of 9 to spread out around the house and patios. The pool is very small so we didn't use it much. We were able to get to our destinations easily. though we did need to drive to every place but the farmers market. I would love to go back and stay again some day.

Great location and amenities with well stocked full kitchen, laundry and full baths in each room. Communication with Elite Pacific was easy and they’re very responsive. Enjoyed the beautiful sunsets!

Ample space for adults, toddlers and teens. Clean. Great views right off the ocean. Kitchen had every appliance we needed with lots of frig. space. Double washer & dryer made it easy to keep beach towels and clothes clean. Easy access to trolley to tour downtown shops and access the beach. Ideal spot for large family gathering. Pool not as big as I thought but turned out ok since we had little ones.

We had a great time and we would rent the property again if visiting with family. The only thing to keep in mind with large groups is the shortage of hot water for showers. All else is top notch. You can get over the hot water shortage.

First let me start off by saying we have been to Kona many times and each time we rent a home so the whole family can enjoy and reunite. Typically when we do so a few of the family members draw the short straw with a tiny dated bedroom, not with this house! The bedrooms are spacious, well equipped and most of them feature an incredible ocean view! Not to mention that they all have independently controlled air conditioning and attached bathrooms! Our favorite part of the home was the location, it was close to everything we visited. Especially restaurants, we walked to Huggos on the Rocks and it was less than 10 minutes away! We especially loved the back "Lanai" to BBQ and watching the kids playing in the pool was amazing. The parents were able to take turns keeping an eye on the kids while the others enjoyed Moscow Mules with the provided copper cups! On the days we stayed home and prepared meals at the property we were happily surprised to find a very well stocked kitchen and ample space for 5 of us to participate in meal preparation. Lastly as I mentioned we've stayed in a number of places on the Island and found this home to be the cleanest of the lot which was greatly appreciated!

Beautiful home when traveling with a large family 12 guests perfectly laid out home , clean , near town and beaches . Parking tight especially with 4 vehicles .. pool small . Beach not accessible from home .. was perfect fit for our vacation

Our family came together here in Kona for our wedding. We highly revomment the night Manta Ray Snorkel Tour. The house was amazing, as were the views and the stargazing. Staying in this beautiful home just added to an incredible week here in Kona.
