Emmalani Court 414

We had a great stay at Emmalani Court.  The unit had everything we needed and there was enough to do both within walking distance and via car.

Everything was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, which was VERY nice. All appliances were clean and in great working order. The beds were comfy. We are not air-conditioning people, so it was great to have two fans supplied to keep the place at a good temp. We were here in the fall, so we only needed the air a couple of days. We requested a couple of extra hours before we checked out because we had a late flight, and we received a prompt response and the ability to stay a bit longer. The unit is directly across from the pool, which was nice, and we could walk to the sunset viewing place in 5 minutes. There is a walking path that goes everywhere—nice for morning and evening exercise. We would definitely come to this specific unit again.

We had a great time! The space was clean, bright, and the best location. Plenty of beds, bathroom space, and fully stocked kitchen. The free parking and  washer/ dryer is what did it for me. It made our stay so much more efficient. The location was right next to the golf course, and stroll to the cliff with an amazing view of the ocean. We were a short walk from the gorgeous 1 Hotel. I highly recommend their brunch, beach, and drinks at sunset! I would definitely stay here again!

Literally the best place to stay at in Princeville

Absolutely amazing! Last year we stayed at a resort but were on a tighter budget this year. I was hoping we would enjoy the location and amenities this place offers as much as we enjoyed the resort last year and it was over and above our expectations! Incredibly clean place and the open concept with garden view through the big windows made it gorgeous! So many perks with the fully stocked kitchen to cook any type of meal and the beach chairs, snorkel gear, lunch bags, beach mats...saved us a lot of money not having to rent that stuff! We could walk to Queen's Bath and Hideaway Beach which was awesome! Host was super friendly and accommodating and responded immediately to any question. We for sure are coming back to 414 Emmalani Court next year!

This space is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, and perfectly situated to enjoy everything the North Shore offers. I appreciated the kitchen supplies and beach gear especially. Thank you for hosting us and enabling us to enjoy all that Kauai offers!

By far one of the best airbnb's we have stayed at. We had everything we could need with two children and felt right at home. The one window AC in the room with twin beds did a good job with keeping the entire home comfortable. The drive into Hanalei everyday was nothing short of beautiful and being able to catch the sunsets off the golf course every night was incredibly special. Our 4 year old had the best time golf ball hunting right off of our porch and all of the neighbors were so kind and would even hide some for him. Easily our most memorable family vacation and this airbnb played a huge part in it!

Such a great stay! We traveled from the Napoli Coast down to Poipu and this location was great for us with little kids. Would 100% stay here again, my only complaint is that the only air conditioning unit is in the bedroom with the twin beds and it did get a little stuffy inside, but that aside, I would definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay on Kauai! 

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Really clean and open space. It is located directly across from the pool and hot tub, which is also very clean. It was great having a pool on days when beach weather wasn't as good of an option. The kitchen had all the items needed and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all included. The host also had beach towels, chairs, etc. in the closet of the spare room. We enjoyed going a few times to hideaway beach which is in walking distance from the condo (the trail is a steep hike down.) Communication was great with the manager and we have no complaints.

First time to the island, and happy to have chosen to stay in Princeville! The two bathrooms were very handy for our family of five. The air conditioner was also handy to help us Alaskans get acclimated to the Hawaii temps. Gorgeous grounds. Would recommend leaving the front screen door closed at all times, as we had a few unwanted visitors join us through the gap under the front door.

This condo was AMAZING. So relaxing, such a stunning view, great amenities and great location. The kitchen is fully stocked including so many takeout containers, ice packs, and a cooler to take on your adventures with you. Loved it!!

I came to run the Kauai marathon and Sophia’s property was great to recover at! Rental was clean and check in easy. I had an issue and had to cut my stay short with little notice, but Sophia handled the situation with professionalism and understanding and accommodated me quickly with no hassle. I highly recommend her. I would definitely rent again!

This condo was exactly as it was described in the listing. Clean, easily accessible, nice furnishings and well appointed household items. If you walk down the golf course towards the ocean, you will overlook Queen’s Bath- this is the 4th best place to watch a Kauai sunset and it did not disappoint!!

This condo was amazing!! The views, location, comfy beds, quality furniture and excellent communication with property manager made our stay exceptional! Great breezes as well and we especially loved the location across from the pool and bbq! The beach gear was a wonderful and welcome Suprise!

My husband and I have visited Kauai once before, but this was our first time in Princeville and our first time traveling with our toddler. This was the perfect property for our stay! The property manager, Sophia, was so incredibly helpful and kind during our stay. This condo is very spacious, clean, and in a beautiful location. We were so excited to find the wagon, beach umbrella, towels, etc. in the closet. It really helped for our beach trips with a toddler. One thing to note is that it gets pretty warm in the condo. Unless we completely missed it, I don’t think there is AC. But we just wore light clothing and kept the fans on. We felt right at home, and definitely weren’t ready to leave! Beautiful open floor plan looking out onto a garden and golf course. Very relaxing space. Enjoyed the close proximity to the grill and pool area. Would rent again!

Great little spot to beat resort crowds with fairly secluded location. Close to the beach and right in the golf course. Would recommend.

A perfect place for a calm vacation! A freshly remodeled apartment located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood of Princeville, in the middle of a vast golf course. Plenty of walkways with gorgeous views (just avoid wandering through golf fields for your safety, you'll be quickly reminded of that by the players). Walking distance to Hideaways Beach if you don't mind climbing. Quick drive to a few nearby beaches (Ha'ena Beach!), trails (Limahuli Garden!), and to the town of Hanalei with several tasty food options (Hanalei Poke, Pink's Creamery, The Dolphin), a grocery store, boat and snorkeling tours (Na Pali Catamaran), and more. Would visit again for sure.

My fiancee and I stayed here for our Kauai trip and absolutely loved it. The condo was just recently renovated so everything felt and smelled new! It is equipped with everything you need from beach equipment to coffee filters so we were pleasantly surprised. You can sit out on the Lanai and listen to the birds or see the ocean which was a morning ritual. You can walk right out your front door and your by the pool (not noisy at all) and grill or just lounge. The condo complex is small so you dont feel like your in the mix with hundreds of people on top of each other which other places in Princeville or condo complexes can feel like. Lots of privacy with the convenient location! The property manager (Sophia at Elite Pacific) was super communicative and made sure we had everything we needed and there was no issue with our stay. She was as available as we wanted. We will absolutely use Elite for other trips in the future. We will be coming back!

We had an awesome stay in this condo. Parking was easy, the unit was just a very short walk to the pool. The unit had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Each bedroom has a TV.. the living room had a very nice couch. Kitchen and dining areas are comfortable and have a lot of space. It\'s remodeled and I love the flooring they put in! A nice little lanai off of the master and the living room with a couple of outdoor chairs. Kitchen was well stocked as well! All brand new linens and towels! Very clean unit! We had fun here and didn\'t want to leave! Thank you to the manager, Sophia. She was amazing!
