Experience the breathtakingly unique beauty of the Big Island in our updated, newly decorated and furnished 2-bedroom with a loft, 2-bathroom, 1,233 square foot 3rd floor corner penthouse with sweeping 180-degree golf course, volcano and island views located in Hawaii's popular Waikoloa Resort.
Located just 15 minutes north of Kona Airport on the sun-drenched Kohala Coast, Fairway Villas at Waikoloa, enjoy sunny days with less than 10 inches of annual rainfall. Vacation at a lovely quiet and private location, E-34, at a reasonable rate for a luxury condo along the beautiful Kohala Coast.
Enjoy this top-floor, central air-conditioned corner penthouse vacation home which includes a spacious open great room with vaulted ceiling, (living, dining and kitchen overlooking the golf course), washer and dryer, and a covered lanai. You can easily access the unit by elevator or stairs.
Sleeping accommodations include a king-sized primary suite with golf course and mountain views, a smart TV, and en-suite primary bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a Queen bed with a smart TV. The upper loft bedroom is set up with 2 twin beds that can be configured as a King bed and is very spacious with a lot of light and pitched ceiling. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Guests at Fairway Villas enjoy access to a saline heated, view worthy, infinity-edge tiled pool with a lava rock elevated jacuzzi which overlooks the golf course, Kings Lake and Kings Shops. The picturesque sunsets are amazing from here as you end your day with a cool dip in the pool or a warm and relaxing rest in the jacuzzi after an adventurous day of exploring the sites.
If you chose to work out during your stay, the complex has a well-equipped work out facility next to the pool area. There are also BBQ stations to cook up your favorite meal and on-site manager.
Waikoloa Resort hosts Hawaii’s premiere 27-hole golf experience. Comprised of 3 nine-hole courses, the Beach, Lakes and Kings course offer golfers to design their own golf experience. The Kohala Coast also offers a wide variety of other world class golf courses nearby.
You’re steps away from the Kings’ and Queens’ Shops, with upscale stores, high-end local boutiques, entertainment and a luxury Cinema. There’s also dining including Roy’s, A-Bays, Fosters Kitchen, Macaroni Grill, Sansei Sushi, Kuleana Rum Shack, Starbucks and a food court , gourmet grocery store, as well as other delicious options.

Our family could have not asked for a more perfect place for our vacation! This home looks beautiful just like the pictures. The room upstairs was perfect for my 6 and 13 year old. It was so nice to have laundry, a kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and all the beach supplies helped us to have a daily trip to different beaches. We would definitely stay here again. This is close to so many places and beaches to swim, snorkel and boogie board. We definitely fell in love with Waikoloa Village. The lanai was wonderful with amazing views. The pool wasn’t far away and is gorgeous. We couldn’t be more happy that we found this as our home. We definitely felt the aloha. Mahalo for providing an amazing place that felt like home on vacation.

The property was everything we needed it to be...close to the beach, restaurants, the pool was great and it had a designated parking space. The loft was helpful in giving everyone room to spread out. There are a few things that could be fixed up...the blinds don't work in the living room and the screen door was loud (making it difficult to be quiet with your coffee in the morning) but those are minor. Booking was easy and there were no issues that would keep me from booking the property again.

We enjoyed our stay at Elite Pacific
by Greg HWe enjoyed our stay at Elite Pacific. They have a comfortable, clean and modern unit, with a pleasant golf course view. We found a nice welcome basket, plenty of towels and a parking pass waiting for us. The unit is about 10-15 min walk down to the beach, and has many convenient shops and restaurants nearby in the Waikoloa Village. Reservations are highly encouraged for dining as waits can be long. In terms of location, the airport and downtown Kona are 30 min+ to the south, while nice beaches to the north are about 15+ min away. All-in-all, a great location. The only issue was the A/C went out with 1.5 days left in our stay and based on timing of notification, there was nothing that could be done to resolve. The management at Elite was considerate in issuing a credit and very communicative throughout. I would highly recommend this unit when visiting Kona. As a general note, Kona is expensive and warm, with great beaches and lots of dining options, while the HIlo-side is lush, often rainy, with great waterfalls, black sand beaches and the amazing Volcano Nat'l Park to visit.
We loved everything about this place, it truly made our vacation amazing!

We also had a nice time going to the swimming pool area, it was not too crowded. Victoria responded quick to questions & concerns we had and tried to accommodate us as best as she could. Thanks for everything and looking forward to coming back to this beautiful Island.
