Holua Moana Hale

We had an incredible time staying at Holua Moana Hale. The home was clean, bright, stocked with all the kitchen and coffee amenities. It has beautiful spacious bedrooms, gorgeous bathrooms, a huge soaker tub with a view, a quiet and private backyard with a putting green that kept our kids occupied for hours each day! We also had access to beach chairs, towels and an umbrella for our beach outings. The location is close to some great local coffee shops, farms and restaurants. We also loved watching sunsets over the ocean each evening right from the pool and spa, the view truly cannot get any better! It’s our favorite place to stay on the Big Island, we can’t wait to return.

Our family and my sister's family recently stayed at Holua Moana Hale and had an incredible experience. First of all, this home is stunning. From the high-end finishes to the accordion doors opening to a beautiful pool with an ocean view and a primary ensuite with a balcony and amazing bathroom, this spacious home exudes luxury. It\'s situated at the end of a street that feels secluded and private with only one neighboring home. Being in the backyard feels tropical and quiet, with great views of the lush landscape, golf course (and wild goats - so fun!) and ocean. Inside the floor plan was ideal for our two families - the four kids slept in the two bedrooms downstairs and each of us couples had our own rooms and bathrooms on the second floor (with a den!). Having a large kitchen with an open floor plan made making meals at home easy. There\'s plenty of seating in the living room to hang out, though we wanted to spend most of our time outside. The home is fully equipped with everything you can think of, beds were comfortable and it felt so easy to be there - which is a high priority while on vacation. I feel like my family had to push me out on the last day, I would have stayed forever and will definitely book this home again.

This house was a wonderful tranquil oasis for our family with some of the most serene views with the ocean, golf course, pool, and mountains all in view. My highlight of the 4 bedroom house was the huge doors that open to the pool and ocean. Watching the sunset was spectacular in the evenings, it never got old. The outdoor shower was great getting back from the ocean. The appliances were all top notch, and the kitchen is a chefs dream! The store is super close and the ocean is only a 10 minute drive. The house is super safe in a secluded neighborhood that is gated. Would highly recommend this house to anyone, especially those with a family. Host was amazing, and very prompt!

My family stayed for a week and wish we could\'ve stayed longer. Legitimate single-family home experience with 2 bedrooms on each level, upstairs lounge with TV, indoor / outdoor dining tables, executive kitchen, spacious living room, etc. I assume the home was recently built because it essentially looked brand new and all the appliances were top of the line. Quiet/ gated community so kids could explore the area without any concerns. Unique ocean views and amazing sunsets. Great location near: downtown Kona, shopping, restaurants, beaches and where they launch boats for scuba diving and the Manta ray experience (definitely recommend). 20+ pickleball courts are next door if you\'re into that. The Kona Country Club is 1/2 mile away and is open to the public. We\'ll stay here again on our next trip to the big island.

This is the perfect Hawaiian getaway! This house was exquisite and made our vacation so restful and enjoyable. It has a gorgeous view of the golf course and the ocean. Having a corner location is one of a kind. The house itself was spacious and ornate with brand new countertops. The beds and sheets were so comfortable. Every detail was taken into consideration to make it great for guests. In the master, there’s a walk-in shower and a stand-alone tub. There’s even a deck with two chairs that we enjoyed for sunset views. Our kids enjoyed playing in the pool and using the jacuzzi. The spa was easy to operate and heated up fast. It was really convenient to have two tables outside for dining and hanging out. There was even a mini putt putt course. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was an extra large pantry so it made prepping meals at home and storing food so easy and accessible. The air conditioning works great and we were always comfortable. It was so nice to be in a gated community and it’s so quiet and peaceful there. Also, there is beautiful landscaping, geckos, birds, and wild goats. The location is great and it’s centrally located with so many things to do within 30 minutes. This house is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone.

Our family of four spent over a week here, and it truly became our home away from home. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the home is immaculate. It is both incredibly comfortable and exceptionally clean. The house’s location is the best in the area and you feel really secluded and private. We practically lived on the outdoor deck, with the full-length windows open to the kitchen and living room. The kids were in the pool nonstop, and we all loved the mini putt golf area. The views and sunsets are absolutely breathtaking, no photo can do them justice. The location is ideal, with great shops and a grocery store just down the road. We even swam with manta rays in a spot just around the corner! It was the perfect home base to explore everything we wanted to see in Kona. The kitchen is fully stocked and a dream to cook in, and every bed was incredibly comfortable. Not a detail was missed in everything we needed for our stay which really helped us feel like it was home from day 1. We already can’t wait to rebook.

Perched above the Pacific with sweeping, unobstructed views of the ocean and the lush fairways of the Kona Country Club golf course, this stunning home in Kona, Hawaii, feels like a private retreat carved out of paradise. Ideal for families, the home’s private pool became the heartbeat of our mornings—allowing for slow, joy-filled breakfasts in the lanai’s open-air dining area, while the kids played in the pool just steps away. Evening melted into playful rounds on our own putting green, sizzling meals prepared on the BBQ, and fun and games at the outdoor table as the sun dipped into the ocean. Every corner of the home is thoughtfully designed and generously stocked, making it effortless to prepare meals, spread out, and settle in. This house HAS IT ALL! Waking up to the view and jumping in the pool, was spectacular. Fully equipped house with all the amenities. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and view. Easy drive to Kona, where we enjoyed shaved ice and a local market. My three kids loved all the outdoor space, goats, geckos and golf area. Cannot wait to come back here!

Staying at the “Holua Moana Hale” vacation home was a magical experience! The home is comfortable and luxurious, with a stunning view. The large windows offer breathtaking views of the lush golf course and the expansive ocean beyond. The pool and jacuzzi are perfectly set to enjoy the view and time in the water while at home. The putting green provides hours of entertainment for the kids or hours of practice for your short game, whatever you need most! The home carried the “aloha” spirit and we automatically felt relaxed and welcomed. There was a full coffee bar, delicious reverse osmosis filtered water, and fast WiFi. The location was convenient with an easy drive to get to town, restaurants, the farmer’s market, Long’s drugs, shave ice, etc. It easily fit 7 of us (4 adults, 3 kids) with 4 bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the upstairs loft. Watching the sunset from the patio, drink in hand, was an experience I will never forget. As the day gently folded into night, the stars emerged as if on cue, painting a mesmerizing starscape that served as a perfect backdrop for moments of reflection and serenity. I recommend this rental option for anyone wanting to experience Hawaii at its finest!

We loved our family vacation here. The house was nice and roomy.....the pool was warm and kid-friendly + awesome ocean view. TV offered free movies....even found a crib for the baby, so we didn't have to rent one. Loved the kitchen, loved the shower, loved the A/C! Great rental!!

This was the most beautiful property I have ever rented on AirBnb. Great value for the time of year and location. Beautiful, updated and clean. Perfectly functional and nice open concept layout. We stayed with colleagues and it was comfortable. Everyone had their own space. The agency handling the property is super professional, very responsive, helpful and genuinely nice peopleWould absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone traveling with family, friends or colleagues.

We absolutely loved staying at this location. A group of us gathered to celebrate our birthdays and the accommodations were perfect. From the bedrooms to kitchen to the lanai, to the pool and the incredible view, this place was perfect! We did venture out and enjoy the farmer's market, snorkeling, national parks, Kona Inn at sunset, and other random adventures; however, most of our time was spent enjoying each other's company, the breathtaking location, and the comfort of the home. Mahalo.

If you are planning a vacation to Kona, stop now and just book this home. We are seasoned VRBO renters and this place is beautiful and very well stocked! Our group enjoyed the stay and enjoyed the home. Wether you want to stay in and swim all day and BBQ or sleep well and hit the tourist attractions you will not be disappointed!

Awesome home for our family of 8. The amenities were abundant! The view was to die for especially on the upper deck. Having the twin beds close to the bedroom downstairs made my grands feel close and safe to their parents. The pool and hot tub were great for our times when when were not at the beach. The park by the boat ramp was super close and rarely anyone there. Perfect for the grands and fun for adults to join in on sand volleyball. We enjoyed your beautiful and immaculate Golf Green home. The sunset views were amazing. The kids loved the pool and cooking was easy with all the new appliances. It was close to all our favorite places and our O’hana. We didn’t have enough bath towels for all of us but one phone call to Elite and they were delivered. Should be advertised as a four bedroom instead of a three bedroom. There was plenty of space for all of us!

The view from the home is stunning especially during sunset. The kitchen gadgets, dishes, pots & pans were plentiful and more than we could have asked for. The amenities were thoughtful and appreciated.

This home was amazing!!! It had everything we needed and more. The views are incredible. Waking up and walking out to the balcony drinking our coffee and watching the boats go by was a great start to the day. Our family (7 adults) made breakfast in the huge kitchen. This home had it all and is nestled in a private area. The Elite Pacific team was quick to respond to questions. We look forward to staying here again.
