Lovely beach front property with plenty of privacy for larger groups. The kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms are stocked with the necessities.

We loved our stay here. Two of the rooms were private suites with their own entrance which was perfect for our group. The other three bedrooms each had their own bathroom and felt plenty private. The setting was beautiful and just what we were looking for. Price was very reasonable compared to the similar options. Thank you.

Great Beach front house surrounded by nature. Spacious home with plenty of common area space for everyone to gather. The views are breath taking. The house came fully stocked with spices, kitchen ware and appliances. Highly recommend for people wanting to stay in a more remote area.

We absolutely loved staying at this home! The host was very responsive and helpful. The location was every bit as beautiful as the photos and the location was perfect. 10/10 recommend!!!! It was perfect for our extended family to make memories of a lifetime. Hope to come back in the near future. ?

The home was absolutely beautiful with a constant ocean breeze. We loved our stay and were very grateful to the hosts. They were communicative and flexible when we had issues on our end that required rescheduling.

This home, and the property management people, made our vacation a dream. The ocean is 75 feet from the deck. The kitchen is comfortable and well-equipped. The breeze from the ocean keeps the living and bedrooms cool. The proximity of Hanalei and Princeville makes shopping for fresh fish and vegetables very easy. I would HIGHLY recommend this home.

Magical, all that we imagined. No house location like it. Plenty of rooms and options, multiple lanai’s-impeccably furnished. We’ll be back. Remember-it’s not a swimming beach right there, but sun rises, digging crabs, surf, rainbows and sand are just fine!

First impressions of this special place when you unlock the front door and walk straight into a picture straight out of heaven. The wall to wall picture windows were sparkling clear and the sound of the ocean was all around you! It’s hard to express just how close you are to a beautiful beach and it’s very secluded feeling even though you are just off the main highway. We enjoyed incredible sunrises every morning and just a short walk down what feels like your private beach and you can see the sunset too! The house itself has everything you need, very accessible and you really feel at home here. We cherished every moment of our week there and can’t wait to get back there!

My family and I were looking for a place to get away from everything, and Haena Beach House was perfect! The remote location is not for everyone, but having checked out the area before, it was ideal for a long peaceful vacation family stay, with a gorgeous beachfront property and a wonderful beach home that provided most everything you could want! We had a toddler with us, so we cooked most of our meals in the lovely kitchen, with daily fun and playing on the mostly private beach and evening cocktails before our family meal. It was everything we hoped for and more! Just come prepared and stop at the Costco or other big stores in Lihue before you make the long drive to Haena/Hanalei, because Princeville will be your next best option. Food options are limited, but the beaches and views are unbelievable! Well worth the drive!!! We will be back!

Great place to relax, surf right in your back yard provided soothing sleep environment. Very private and peaceful.

The house is literally on the beach. Waves crashing outside the windows, layout was comfortable and our party of 10 were all comfortable. Would highly recommend this lodging for anyone interested in hosting multiple people.

Great house, and location and host.

Wow, this property is private, lovely and perfect. Lots of room for different groups to have their own space. You actually feel like you are on your own private island with the waves rolling in just outside your window - really ideal! The home is beautifully done, in good shape, clean and has everything you need. The house manager is excellent and wants to make your stay perfect! We had a fridge issue and she couldn't have taken it more seriously. Honestly she was awesome and the problem was handled immediately. Impressive. With a main master ocean suite on the first floor, there are 2 lovely ocean suites on the second floor as well (one with twins that can be pushed together). Then add to that, 2 lovely suites with their own entrances off the front deck and you can easily house 5 couples with plenty of area to retreat. While the 2 extra suites don't necessarily have waves crashing outside the window, they get a lovely ocean breeze. Long story short, everyone can have lovely accommodations! We had a private chef, Tony Braida, arranged by the management company and he was wonderful and accommodating to very specific and severe allergy issues. Not only was the food excellent, he was a kind, loving guy. The best! The house has great access to beaches, hikes and local restaurants. Distance to the airport and things like Costco are a bit unpredictable as there is only one main road but the privacy you gain by heading north is well worth what you give up to be in the heartbeat of the island. FYI, we didn't swim at the house due to a pretty rough ocean but with more protected beaches so close it was unnecessary. Big thumbs up on this one! .

Our family loved staying at Haena! The views, especially the sunrises, were amazing; location was great; and loved being directly on the beach. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Sophia was extremely helpful and put us at ease by making everything go smoothly. We’d definitely stay at Haena again!

First off, we have stayed in lots of airbnbs and (Hidden by Airbnb) homes in our travels and this one is at the top of our list now!! It’s modern, very accommodating with everything you could need for your stay, and the most perfect location!! Communication was top notch and we will definitely be back, hopefully soon!! This is a truly amazing property in an amazing location. The house is spacious and provides everything guests would need to enjoy their stay. The beachfront location cannot be beat, and this quiet little section of the north side of Kauai is a hidden gem!

The property exceeded our expectations. The pictures shown on VRBO do not do it justice. It was immaculate, well stocked, and those views of the beach were amazing! We loved the hot tub... weather was very windy and waves pretty rough, but some ventured into the surf. We enjoyed opening the window louvres throughout the house and listening to the sound of the surf, wind and rain. It is over an hour drive from Lihue airport, so plan accordingly. Our property manager, Sophia was extremely helpful with a couple of small issues we had. One constructive suggestion... please consider investing in some higher quality pans for cooking. I think these were Kirkland brand, and we had some issues with scorched food. Overall this was a wonderful vacation in paradise!

Excellent for adults, questionable for small children.

Fantastic home in a spectacular location. Everything you need is here: five great bedrooms, all the beach gear you’d need (boogie boards, towels, toys, etc); nice grill, hot tub, etc. Several large TV’s with numerous content options, an incredible hot tub over looking the surf, fantastic Wi-Fi. You name it, this home has it. We’ll be back!

We renewed our vows at a private ceremony in Hanalei with our immediate family there. We stayed at this beautiful, stunning scenery home during this celebration time. Double rainbows almost every day. Everyone had plenty of space and we were all very comfortable. There is everything you will need just bring your food. We had a private chef come to the house to prepare our celebration dinner. Thanks to Sofie! We have been to Kauai 5 times and this home was by far the very best accommodation.

Stunning location and lots of privacy. It was, however, difficult to deal with the road closures and hopefully that will be fixed soon.

The house is ideally situated if you want to hear the waves crashing on the beach throughout your stay. The house is comfortably furnished and the tropical breeze flows nicely through the common spaces when the doors and windows are open. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and found the house and adjacent beach very relaxing. The bathroom floor tiles need a deep cleaning as they are stained, but the house was otherwise spotless upon our arrival. We had a great experience!

The north shore of Kauai is one of our favorite places in the world and this was a great place for a home base. With proximity to Wainiha General Store (delish shaved ice, and a great selection for when you don’t want to drive into Hanalei) and the Hanalei Colony Resort (with a fun coffee/art cafe) We had a wonderful time at Haena house. The views were outstanding and we even saw a full double rainbow over the water. The waves lulled you to sleep at night and the Sonos sound system was great for extra ambiance. With 7 adults and 1 kindergartener, we had more than enough space. The hot tub was an extra treat after hiking part of the Kalalau trail. It’s also great to be on the other side of the convoy, especially for morning snorkeling at Tunnels (we noticed things pick up there around 7:15 am). Highly recommend this house and appreciate the attentiveness and responsiveness of Elite and the property manager Sophie.

Amazing home that is very well stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, beach toys, etc. The views are amazing and we enjoyed the small towns near the home. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The interior of house was beautifully decorated and nestled on a private stunning and picturesque beach in Haena. The views from the three main bedrooms and living room were unreal - the sound of the ocean at night while sleeping was magical, I can still hear it in my head even though it’s been weeks since we’ve returned. Every hour of the day was the perfect photo opportunity. It was the perfect house for our family trip, and we would return to this house again. One small thing we didn’t realize is that two of the bedrooms were on the side of the house and didn’t have the same water views that you see in the photos that the three main bedrooms have. Not a big deal but good to know going into the trip so expectations are set. Also the beach at the house was not swimmable because waters were too rough in May with riptides. It wasn’t a big deal because tunnels beach is very close by with very calm waters which you can swim in. And this beach had these beautiful waves that were mesmerizing to watch and lull you into a tranquil state. Would recommend this house without hesitation.

It was amazing to be able to just step out and be in the ocean or eat food on the upper deck looking out. Near a lot of cool beaches and other spots around the North shore.
