Hale Alaula - Ocean View

We enjoyed our stay at Hale Alaula (Ocean View)! The house was fully equipped plus had extras that we did not anticipate, like boogie boards, masks, beach chairs & umbrellas, etc.. The full kitchen was just what we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. And don't forget the hot tub with the ocean and stars view! Will definitely look to stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! We were contacted by the property manager on our first day that we had the opportunity to check in early, which was very convenient. We had a little hiccup halfway through our stay with the water heater going out, but the response was rapid and there was another water heater installed within hours of us sending a message. The home was perfect for our group of 5, we’d definitely utilize this property again!

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean. The outside shower was great after a day at the beach. We had plenty of room to spread out and it was great to have a washer and dryer. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler to use. It made our trips to the beach easy. Our hosts were very responsive and easy to deal with. They were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely look to stay here again. We felt very safe in the community.

This place was everything we could have hoped for and more! My friends and I were traveling for a group vacation with a few couples and a baby and this home was absolutely perfect! The home was well cared for, super clean, and very well stocked. They had everything we needed for dinners at home, trips to the beach, snorkeling, and more! And the backyard was stunning! We’ll definitely want to use this place again for our next visit to Kona! The management company was also super responsive whenever we had any questions or needed anything.

The house is well laid out and very comfortable. The appliances are all high quality. The weather control was very good, quiet, and effective. The outdoor eating space had a nice view, including the ocean. The location was convenient for visiting the west side beaches and restaurants in the town. Altogether I recommend this house highly.

Property managers were really nice to work with. The area is neighborhoody-only houses. but its nice. view is really nice, clean and safe. there is some area to walk around, but you have to leave the gated community to get a real walk in. close enough to stores that you can get whatever you need. the washer and dryer are good and fairly large capacity

This was the most organized and well maintained property we have stayed at! The property manager was super responsive. For example, we told her we were missing beach umbrellas, she promptly came and brought us new ones. The AC was perfect and was much needed as well! The dvds were great for the kids and adults alike.

Clean, spacious property with ample room for everyone. Convenient to everything airport, Kailua-Kona, Costco, Walmart and several L&L drive inns.

Wow! What a great place! It had all the little touches that made it feel like home. It was clean and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing family vacation! We all really enjoyed our stay!

Very pleased with the property, clean and updated. The view and peaceful location was enjoyed by all of our family. The amenities offered at the house made our stay easy and enjoyable. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the world just a short distance from this residence. 5 star property!

My family (3 kids 6, 10, 13) all had a great time. Nice place, good location. I was an idiot and misread the gate code instructions, and the property manager kindly facetimed me to show me how to open it. (My mistake, not theirs).

Great property to stay with breath taking views and excellent amenities! Sunsets were a cherry on the cake from the Lanai. Would highly recommend this property to everyone! Elite Pacific was prompt in responding amd were helpful in accomodating any requests we had.

We brought our entire family along. The house was simply PERFECT. Enough space to have privacy but cozy enough for family bonding. The teens loved the hot tub after a great day of surfing. And the whole gang played board games on the lanai until the wee hours. We loved being able to grill or cook a family dinner in the well equipped kitchen. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING!!! They even had coolers, sun hats, beach towels and bath robes. The location is awesome too. Close to shopping, walkable to town and the beach bur removed from the hassle bustle and peaceful for early morning coffee or watching the sunset. We were only a 10 minute drive to my sisters house and close to all the attractions we wanted. We usually like to find new places when we travel but,... We will definitely rebook our little slice of heaven in Kona.

This was a great place! We enjoyed the cool mornings sitting watching the sunrise and the ocean. The evenings were just as relaxing watching the ocean and the sunset. Listening to the birds and watching the palm trees sway. The spa was great for a relaxing time at night. It was well stocked with all necessary utensils, etc. It was close to everything in Kona and not a far drive to the beach. We loved it!

Superb place to stay at. We arrived from Hilo to this wonderful gated community free of Coqui frogs - if you're a light sleeper, you'll deeply appreciate the quiet time that these pests disrupt. The place itself is gorgeous - bedrooms were comfortable, the decor beautiful, and the home was well maintained. The amenities provided in the garage made our stay even better - beach umbrella, beach mats, beach towels, camping chairs, and tent were perfect for our coastal excursions. The hot tub was clean and the outdoor shower was fun. The sunset view from the backyard is gorgeous. I worked from the backyard during the day enjoying the ocean breeze, and loved the tea-time over sunset with family. There are mosquitoes everywhere, so please ensure you bring insect sprays. The place is conveniently located - 5 mins from the farmer's market, downtown, and 10 mins drive to numerous beach parks. The property manager is responsive, and will help you with the check-in over text. I appreciated direct texting as AirBnB messaging can be flaky. Highly recommend.

This was a lovely place to stay. Many amenities and close to town. Beautiful view.

We loved the house. First, the location was great. Right in Kona, but the neighborhood was quiet and serene. Second, the view was amazing. We looked forward to sunrise and sunset. Third, the house had everything we could possibly need. The host supplied a lot of things for us to use. Very thoughtful. The house was open and airy, and met all of our needs.

House has everything one needs to enjoy the Kona Coast, many amenities and extras. The kitchen is well equipped. The ocean view is very nice. Could see the sun's green flash from the property. House location in Kailua-Kona is excellent. The property manager a joy to work with.
