Upon entering, you’ll find an airy open-plan living area adorned with high ceilings that enhance the sense of space and openness. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow seamlessly together, creating a welcoming environment for gathering and entertaining.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for culinary exploration, opening up to the dining area where memories are waiting to be made. The adjacent living space, with its comfortable seating and serene views, is perfect for relaxation and family time. Please note: This home has a single split system air conditioning unit that covers the living room only. All 3 bedrooms have split type air conditioning.

Hale Cassia features three well-appointed bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. The primary bedroom offers lanai access, allowing you to start each day with the beauty of Kauai's natural surroundings. Two additional bedrooms provide cozy retreats for family or friends, with a shared bathroom offering a bathtub for ultimate relaxation. For added flexibility, the twin beds in the second bedroom can be converted into a king-sized bed upon request. An additional $50 one-time bed conversion fee will be required.

We want to ensure guests are aware that during the winter months in Hawaii, gnats are naturally more prevalent due to the tropical climate. These tiny insects are attracted to light and are especially common in lush, green areas like ours. While we take every measure to maintain the property, their presence is a natural part of the environment and beyond our control.

To minimize their impact during your stay:

Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
Ensure screens are securely in place. Please note, however, that some gnats are so small they may get through even the finest mesh screens.
