Downstairs, the living floor opens onto a lanai accompanied by red foliage and palms, and the shops and restaurants of Princeville Center are within walking distance.

One open room runs from the cream sectional to the kitchen under a tray ceiling, with the dining table set just behind the sectional. Plantation shutters filter the afternoon light over dark hardwood, and the smart TV faces the sectional from a wood console. A powder room is off this floor.

The Kitchen
Cherry-toned cabinets and granite counters run the length of the kitchen, with the cooktop under a stainless hood and a wall oven beneath the built-in microwave. At the far end the counter gives way to a bay of windows and a bar-height table.

Stairs rise from the front entry to both bedrooms.
