Hale Kai O'Kona #7

#7 was simply wonderful! The home is close to all shops and beaches and the access in and out is seamless. We loved the privacy and the quiet mornings and evenings. The fact that it was right on the ocean and waking up to watch the tide go out was a spectacular picture unto itself. The beds were very comfy and plenty of pillows and towels. The beach towels were top notch and having ample dishwasher soap and laundry soap helped keep everything clean and tidy. When the occasion arose, the host was so quick to respond and gracious. We would definitely stay there again without any hesitation. 110% rating—our vacation was magical. Thank you for being the best vacation house ever!

Great experience, place was exceptionally clean. Only very minor complaint (emphasize minor), the patios could use more comfortable furniture.

We had an excellent stay at this condo the last weekend of our trip. Great location! Listening to the waves crash day and night was really spectacular and a wonderful experience. The condo was in pristine condition when we arrived and check in was easy. It's in a very walkable part of Kona and we enjoyed how quickly we could walk to several beaches. I'd absolutely come back and stay at this listing!

This was for our family vacation of 6, there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and the ocean views from the balconies simply cannot be beat!

The property was as wonderfully maintained and communication was seamless throughout. Ocean crashing just a few feet from the lanai; doesn't get any better than that.

We loved it so much !! We will be back!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home with the most gorgeous setting. The home had everything our family needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. Any questions we had were promptly answered. The location was excellent as well. The only mild criticism I have is that beach chairs were not included in this beautiful beach home. There were 2 chairs so we had to rent 3 for our group of 5. Not a big deal though. We had a wonderful time!

The place was in a great spot. Felt private, but close to things. Very clean and inviting! Beautiful property!

We were on a family vacation with our adult children. This house was perfect for us. Nice amenties including beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. Only draw back was the grill. We love grilling out, but the grill was a small electric grill.

Absolutely oceanfront! You will not find a better location if you want to be right on the ocean. The condo was perfect and very clean. We ended each day on lanai watching the beautiful Kona sunsets!

What a wonderful experience to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday! The accommodations were perfect for all of us - 3 couples and my mom. The location couldn't have been better to sit on the lanai and listen to the crashing waves on the lava rock. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house was beautiful and even better than the pictures show. The view from the balcony was amazing. We ate all of our meals out there. We loved listening to the waves crash. There were several shallow pools in the rocks close to the house that were perfect for our kids to splash in. The house was the perfect size for our family of 8. Highly recommend!

Our family chose this property based on location, view, and its ability to house 8 people (the 4 separate bedrooms were perfect!), and it did not disappoint! Also, watching the sunset every evening was a bonus that we did not expect. Here are some highlights of the property. - 5-min drive to Magic Sands beach which was great for snorkeling and boogie boarding (or a 25-min walk if you’re up for it!) - easy access to the highway for all of our additional adventures - parking on property - easy to communicate with the property owners - full kitchen with every cooking utensil we needed - deck with table seating for 8 people (right on the ocean) All-in-all, we are looking forward to visiting again one day!

Amazing views in a comfortable, beautiful home. Our group of six had plenty of room and we would absolutely return to this place on a future trip. Watching the whales frolic from the lanai was one of our favorite activities! The communication was clear and accurate and fully met our expectations. We appreciated the beach equipment (chairs, snorkels, umbrella) in the closet. Wonderful experience all around!

This property surpassed our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having the washer and dryer was awesome. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of crashing waves and walking around on the beach area in front of the house. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the house!

Spectacular view from the balcony and patio. The perfect stay at the beach house that includes cleanliness, amenities and the breathtaking ocean that we can see as soon as we wake up! Sound of the waves hitting the rocks could be heard from inside the house. All in all perfect place for a beach vacation.

Stunning views. Big place, plenty of room. Easy check in and out. I wish they were a little more flexible with the check out time. 10 AM is way too early and having to pay 50% of daily rate for an extension is just crazy.

Hawaii is very expensive and the condo was not cheap but I really felt it was a fair if not very good deal for what it offered my family. There were 7 of us and we were extremely comfortable for the week. I would definitely rent it again and highly recommend it to others

The location of this property is excellent! A beautiful view with a nice little beach right around the corner. Sunsets were amazing! Beach gear, including plenty of beach towels, was also available at the property which we used everyday. The property could use a few updates- we had an issue with a leaky shower and inadequate window coverings but overall a very comfortable stay. We would definitely use this property again!

I can't say enough on how wonderful this rental was. Everything was as good as, if not better than described in the listing. There were a couple minor issues and the Host responded promptly and resolved any issues. I would seek out this rental every time I return to the Big Island.

The house was immaculate upon arrival! It's definitely up there on the list of cleanest AirBnBs I've ever stayed at. The location was more than perfect. Seeing the beach first thing in the morning when waking up and the last thing before going to bed was probably the best part of our stay. Private, safe parking for two vehicles is provided. Self check-in was a breeze. 10/10 would definitely stay here again if I come to Kona with a bigger group again.

This Elite pacific home was super nice and peaceful. Very clean and well stalked. It was such a pleasure staying here with all the amenities they have to offer. They really go out of there way to help you find things to do and are there for your undecided needs
