The home is brand-new, finished and furnished in comfortable elegance with natural tones for a peaceful escape to paradise. Complete with ocean and golf course views, it features a pool, hot tub, and air conditioning throughout.
Step through the dramatic glass front door to find an open-concept common area, perfect for enjoying vacation time together. A beautifully equipped, modern kitchen with a sizable island/breakfast bar and top-quality appliances opens into spacious living and dining areas with high ceilings. On one wall, sliding glass doors disappear for a completely open flow to a covered outdoor seating area and an additional dining space for eight.
Three of the home’s bedrooms have king-size beds, and a bunk room provides the added flexibility of two full beds and two twins. Each bedroom comes outfitted with a television, and two have direct access to the pool deck. To ensure total guest comfort, there are 4.5 baths with luxurious details like stand-alone tubs, large walk-in showers, and outdoor lava rock showers.
From families to groups of friends, guests will find this stylish and welcoming home ideal for experiencing the best of Kauai. Spend quiet days lounging in indoor-outdoor serenity, playing in the pool, preparing fresh meals on the barbecue grill, and taking a dip in the hot tub.
On days when you feel like exploring, this south Kauai vacation home allows convenient access to sunny, stunning beaches like Poipu, Kiahuna, Shipwreck, and Baby Beach. Casual and fine dining, a gourmet farmers’ market, upscale shopping, art galleries, and live music and hula shows are within walking distance, at the Shops at Kukui`ula. First-class golf is also nearby, along with opportunities for stand-up paddling, surfing, whale watching (in season), hiking, and horseback riding. A short car ride leads to attractions such as historic Old Koloa Town, the Spouting Horn blowhole, and coffee farm tours, while slightly longer drives lead to other Kauai highlights like Waimea Canyon and the lush north shore

Beautiful home with beautiful view!
by Greg SWe absolutely loved our stay in this home! The open concept that opens to the outside created an absolute dream space for a dream Hawaiian vacation. We sat outside every night and at least a small part of every day. We cooked on the grill, enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and mostly dreamed about staying longer. The team at Elite Pacific was super helpful and attentive and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was everything it could be. Wish we were still there, we'll be back! Mahalo!

by Suzanne LWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house, pool, views and location were amazing. We had a hard time getting the kids to want to go places, because the pool and hot tub were so much fun. Loved the floor plan of the house and exterior spaces, perfect for extended family to be together yet have separate spaces. Kitchen was very well stocked, home was impeccably decorated. We hope to return! 5 stars!
