Amazing stay. Great location. I would definitely recommend if privacy is a priority.
Great hidden house right on the water and very close to downtown Kona. It was a great base for our Big Island adventures. Pool was clean but cooler than the ocean so we only went in at the warmest part of the day. Dishwasher was broken when we first arrived but they replaced it with a new one the next day and we arranged for them to take care of it while we were out for the afternoon. Seamless stay with amazing views!
Beautiful home at a beautiful spot. Enjoyed watching and listening to the waves hit the rocks.

Kitchen was well stocked, lots of beach extras (cooler, chairs, etc). Views were amazing, we got to see whales and dolphins from the deck, amazing sunsets, and the pool was awesome.
Gorgeous house, beautiful setting and sunsets. Better than the pictures. My family made good use of the well appointed kitchen and spent most time on the comfortable deck, clean and cool pool when we weren’t off adventuring. Waking to the peaceful sound of ocean waves was a highlight. Everything was clean and comfortable, made use of beach towels and chairs. Instructions for getting in were straightforward, even down to the location of where to pull in to the tucked away driveway. Driveway was a tight fit with our large rented Wagoneer, but neighbors were nice and parked in a spot that allowed us to turn around in to pull out of the main driveway and wasn’t an issue. Easy walking distance for us to the tourist shops and restaurants and morning coffee. I would highly recommend to everyone considering this property and will look for it again if I’m fortunate enough to go to Kona again!
The view was absolutely stunning! We felt like we were almost living in the ocean. The pool was right on the edge of the surf and the patio living was fabulous. Beautiful, comfortable furniture on the patio and throughout the house. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and the common living space and kitchen was spacious and well appointed. We found absolutely no negatives about this place. We found nearby snorkeling and fabulous food at the Taco storage container truck! We loved the location.
This place is every bit as gorgeous as the photos show it to be, and the host is extremely responsive if you need anything. Highly recommend it if you are staying on this side of the island!!

Wonderful place right on the ocean. Roomy and clean, it was the perfect place to relax for a few days. Near stores and restaurants but secluded. If you’re looking to spend time on the beach or in the ocean, you’ll need to drive to one of the beaches. It’s just what we were looking for.

Tv service and Wi-Fi worked good for our needs .It’s also within walking distance to downtown Kona.The best part was watching the whales breach and the spinner dolphins play.

by Daniel W.this home is incredible. beautiful one of a kind setting right on the shore with a large deck overlooking the ocean. you can relax all day listening to the waves crash against the lava rocks. the view is amazing. sunsets are unobstructed and magnificent. there is a private use plunge pool right against the retaining wall and you can enjoy the sunsets while sipping some wine or a frozen cocktail wading in the pool. the house has everything you need and is well maintained and immaculate. there are two bedrooms downstairs with private keyed entrances and en suite baths so it’s great for couples sharing the property or teens that want to have their own space. the place is kinda hard to find the first time, but once you know your way the location is excellent. a short walk into the little town with multiple casual and tasty open air restaurants. property management was responsive and very friendly. highly recommend this property for a super stay in kona!
It was an incredible view and very peaceful. Was extremely disappointed in the pool situation, we spent the extra to be able to utilize a pool and this one was extremely chlorinated and cloudy to the point of us not being able to swim . But all in all a beautiful home and everything was easy to walk to.

Nice place. Master suite is nice, west facing w/o blackout curtains. Comfortable bed. Beautiful sunsets. Nice back deck and grill. Workspace functioned as 2nd bed for kiddo, but has opening in wall into stairwell and does not have AC in room, so not ideal for light or hot sleepers. Pool was very dirty on arrival, lots of leaves and bugs on surface of water. Contacted host and they do not have a bug net at location so unfortunately we were unable to use the pool which was a huge selling point for the location. No pack n play, crib, high chair or any kids equipment. Otherwise, place was great! Good location, comfortable stay, would consider going back but not at the price we paid since pool was dirty and host was unwilling to address this during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay for the week. Property was located close to town and yet felt secluded and open to the sights and sounds of ocean. It also served as a good home base as we explored the island. Early morning coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean and a glass of wine with the beautiful sunsets made the trip extra special

Great location! It was stunning. Whether looking at the ocean Or viewing the gardens it was spectacular.
Terrific property management team, only surpassed by an incredible property, which is tucked away, quiet, isolated, with waterfront views, and yet located within walking and biking distance of the ventral Kona downtown area. Highly recommended to traveling executives, couples, young families, and old flames celebrating a momentous anniversary. 5-star gem with great views and staff. Highly recommended!
