Pictures don't do it justice, this place is spectacular inside and out. Great location, quiet and accommodating.
Great place for a large group, great ocean view (even saw a whale jump), walkable to Queens Bath and Golf club. I felt like beaches were easier to get to in car. U can walk to 1 hotel, but decent walk 20 -25 min. Peaceful and beautiful location and close to market. Hanalei bay is a 15 min drive. - In terms of responsiveness, the management was very responsive and on top of everything. Also nice having access to beach chairs, coolers and pool. Great place.

AMAZING

There were plenty of pool / beach toys and chairs to use, which was very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking dinners. The house was great, the location was great, the views AMAZING.
We had a great experience. The house was very accommodating for a larger group and management was responsive and helpful.
The house was lovely, very comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was the fact that this is a 5 bedroom house NOT 6 bedrooms as there is a door missing between two bedrooms, making it only 1 room. Apart from that, it was great.

The place is ideally located for access to the north shore activities in Kauai. The home is roomy, allowing for big families to have room to spread out. It was wonderful to have multiple hangout locations in and around the home. It was great to have all the beach toys and accoutrements right on sight, which made family beach days easy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet - except for the roosters the start their mornings at around 3:30AM, which is pretty much everywhere on the island : D I would definitely bring my family back for a stay at this home! We had a wonderful time…all 12 of us!

by Raymond GThe home was clean, had a nice pool, all the amenities, washer dryer, beach towels, the Golf course was incredible, a must if your a golfer, there were boogie boards, ice chests for the beach which is very close by as is the town. Televisions, games etc. We had a great time.

No AC, as stated in the listing, but it cools off well at night if you have the windows open (just be ready for daytime, which is best spent outside anyway). Plenty of TVs and board games if you have a rainy day and need to stay inside for a while. Kitchen well stocked with both small and large appliances, cooking tools and pots, etc. Easy, easy check in and out, great communication. House has some rough edges due to its age (eg: kitchen drawers are a challenge), but really one of our better stays nonetheless. GREAT deck space that is always cool and with a fantastic view of the ocean in the distance. Barely a block away from the Queen's Bath trailhead.
This home was awesome.. most definitely be back next time we visit Princeville
