Two primary suites with king beds are located on the first level. They are both air conditioned. You also have a daybed with two twins in case you have little ones. On the second level you have an open design with vaulted ceiling and lots of windows. The kitchen is open to the living room and you even have a punee for lounging indoors. Through the glass sliders you will find your covered outdoor dining room. Enjoy the scent of Hawaiian flowers on the breeze as you dine outdoors. There is a single car garage for your use and indoor laundry room.
Paddle surf, kayak, bike, relax in the sun...get a massage, go to yoga, fuel up at the health food store, then burn the candle at both ends with music and nightlife in Hanalei! The famous Napali Coast is just up the road. Princeville is a 10-15 minute drive away, offering golf, spas, more shopping and restaurants, beaches and more. The Princeville Airport offers scenic helicopter tours. Or, stay inside and enjoy the newer construction, king size beds, sea breezes, lanai, wood floors, granite countertops, high speed internet: the amenities of this peaceful and quiet retreat give you no reason to leave.
There are outdoor markets to enjoy, Hawaiian Slack Key Guitar....the possibilities are endless.

Great place steps from beach!!

This place is a gem!! Great house with nice finishes, well furnished and a closet full of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, buckets & bogey boards!!). You can easily walk to the beach (3 min) and downtown Hanalei (8 min). Upstairs day bed provides a great place to hang out and watch the ocean/sunset.

Excellent location & property...

We stayed for a week in February and were very happy with the property. short walk to the beach for amazing surfing and body surfing; and furniture/fixtures in very good shape. house included: everything needed to prepare great meals; beach towels and chairs; comfortable beds ; glimpses of the bay; even soap and shampoo. despite being on road parallel to beach, street noise is minimal and almost non existent after sunset. would definitely return!

Beautiful home...

Everything you need just bring your clothes and groceries. Wonderful location, park your rental in garage and walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Beds comfy and air conditioners in bedrooms a plus. Ceiling fans too. Lanai perfect spot for coffee or cocktails watching and stoning to the rain and peak of ocean. Furniture was nice, a large area rug under couches and tables in living room would be nice and keep the beautiful floors safe. We hated to leave. Overall a very special place and would definitely stay again,

Steps to the Beach and Close to Town, Luxury Townhome with Views

Aloha! Everything about this property was absolutely perfect. Joanne, the Property Manager from KIV made everything so easy and fun too. We found ourselves spending most of our time on the outdoor lanai. From sipping Kauai coffee and listening to the sounds of the birds in the morning, to enjoying a chilled glass of chardonnay while enjoying the trade winds and ocean waves in the evening - this the best place in the house! The bedrooms with A/C topped it all off (slept amazing)!. Not only did this house gave us a true old world Hawaii feeling in the heart of Hanalei, we simply felt like locals for a week! Mahalo!

Beautiful townhouse in a great location!

We loved this townhouse. It was the perfect size for our family of four. The house was well-maintained, and the kitchen was especially well-appointed - they provided everything we needed to cook, clean, store food, etc. The location in Hanalei was very close to a lovely part of the beach and downtown. The managers were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book this property again!

This was our families first experience staying at a VRBO and we had a fantastic experience! The home is gorgeous with a spectacular view of the mountain. The accommodations were more than comfortable for our family of five. The house is extremely well equipped for cooking and had beach chairs & boogie boards to use which our kids loved. It is a short walk to the beach and the house is located close to many of the sights and the town of Hanalei Bay. We had a few issues pop up and Joanne had them taken care of that day. She also booked an amazing helicopter tour for us. She was awesome! All in all our trip to Hanalei was a trip to remember. We highly recommend staying here.”
