Easy check in/out processes, clean house & comfortable beds & good size house for a family; beautiful setting on the golf course, except that not able to walk along the golf course/paths to enjoy the ocean view.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is peaceful, private, and very well maintained. It was the perfect place to unwind, and we loved every moment here. Would definitely stay again!

Wow great place,  was looking to stay somewhere quiet and peaceful.  House is located in a sleepy community close to the beach and right on the golf course.  Played the Makai course a few times and was great to stop run in and grab some snacks!    House is spacious, loved the jacuzzi tub and kitchen.  Make a quick trip to Foodland and you're good for the duration of your stay.  I would definitely go back next time I'm in Princevile

1000% would rent this place again when we come back to Kauai. Had everything we needed and more. Loved the availability of beach goods and even scooters for kids for the neighborhood. House was in the perfect area and was so peaceful with the best views. Perfect for my husband who golfed too on the course. We loved Princeville and how close it was to every gorgeous beach and right next to Hanalei for lots of yummy eats. The shopping center right outside the neighborhood made it so convenient for food, groceries, etc.

Spent 10 days here and was absolutely amazing from day one. Got married on day 3 at Hanalei bay beach which was super close. This home was a great meet up spot and was perfect for cooking, hanging out etc. Great amenities like beach toys, umbrellas, etc. Close to beaches, restaurants,stores and amazing sunsets. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.

Second time we stayed and really enjoyed our time at the home. Definitely will book again when given the chance!

During our stay at Gather's house in Princeville, we appreciated several amenities that enhanced our experience. The property provided beach towels and beach chairs, which were particularly useful for our trips to the nearby beach. The home itself is beautifully decorated in a Hawaiian style and offers stunning views overlooking the golf course, contributing to a serene and picturesque environment. We found the beds to be comfortable and spacious, accommodating all of our needs. Additionally, the large game table in the center of the house served as a wonderful gathering spot for family game nights. Overall, our visit was enjoyable, and we look forward to the possibility of returning in the future.

Kauai is our happy place for my wife and I. We visit at least once a year. This house was the best place we have ever stayed. Clean, comfortable and beautiful. We spent a great deal of time on the lanai relaxing. It is really hard to find a place that has such stunning mountain views as well as ocean views. The sunsets from the lanai are stunning. The bed was comfortable and cozy. The TV was very nice and BIG. It was easy to work. The garage is well stocked with beach gear. I especially enjoyed the bikes they had. everything was just amazing. 

The house was very well kept and it was a delight to stay there!

Great home for a family of 6 with a garage stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. kitchen also had all that we needed and the AC helped keep the home cool during the hot days. Definitely plan to stay again in the future. Host is also super responsive and easy to work with.

This property was vey well kept and in an excellent location. My family and I enjoyed watching the sunsets and all the golfers. We also liked how close the house was to the beach and hiking trails.

Our stay at Gather's Place exceeded our expectations in relations to the home and location. We were able to wake up each morning, walk the paths along the golf course and catch the sunrise while taking in the majestic backgrounds that only Kauai offers. This was our first time to Kauai to celebrate my friend's 50th birthday and it will go down as a unforgettable experience due to our stay in Princeville.

Great house and location, amazing sunset 2min walking to coast overlooking Hanalei bay. We had an issue with refrigerator which got promptly addressed with spare unit. House was very well stocked. We had a great time and created amazing memories with the family.

The pictures represent the property well. Great lanai set up with views and the open space the golf course provides. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking family meals. There are plenty of beach chairs and decent snorkel equipment. The only negative is the A/C situation. The ceilings are high, and the master bedroom never cools down to a comfortable level.

We had a lovely stay at the property and would recommend the accommodation & location without reservation. Hope to be back very soon!

Half Moon Hana is a luxurious home and was very comfortable for our family. Great location with awesome golf course and ocean views and easy access to the beautiful North Shore beaches and sites. The Elite Pacific staff were always responsive and accommodating.

We loved this place. The location is awesome. Right in the heart of Princeville. Backyard looks onto the 6th hole of the Princeville Makai golf course. It has peekaboo views of the ocean. You can walk to Queen's Bath and Hideaway Beach. Sealodge Beach is little farther but still walkable. The house is very spacious and roomy. Has a little patio where you can grill and watch the sunset. Lot of brids chirping happily in the morning. It is fully furnished with beach towels, water shoes, snorkel masks, sand toys, beach chairs, boogie board, pop up tent, beach umbrellas, sun block, bug spray, lots of spices and cooking oils. Also has 2 adult bikes to use. A/C works. Large TV in all the rooms. Perfect for a family getaway. Plenty of parking in the driveway. We loved our stay here and hopefully will be back in the future.

We loved this Airbnb! Pictures don’t do it justice. Perfect spot in Princeville, quiet neighborhood and perfect spot to walk to see the sunset and queens bath. The house comfortably fit 8 of us plus a little one. The house is immaculate and was fully Equipped with everything you can possibly need, including things for the beach and there were even two bicycles. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again. A true gem!

It was the perfect choice for our group of six adults. The house was very clean and had everything we could want ! Lovely setting, quite neighborhood, easy access to charming Hanalei. Our host responded quickly to any inquiries we had. They were a pleasure to work with.

Our stay here at Half Moon Hana was incredible. Close to stores, food etc.. in Princeville and Hanalei! The home had every amenity of our own homes! The only thing we didn’t use was the bbq, because the local food was so good, we ate out most if not all the time. All in all, I would give it a 10/10! Thank you for letting us bet a part of your Ohana and sharing your Island with us! Absolutely beautiful!!!!!

The house was exactly as pictured, but still exceeded our expectations. Perfect Princeville location, beautiful ocean views, super clean, great friendly property management. We loved our stay here.

Perfect spot in Princeville for our Kauai get-away. 5 mins from grocery store and shops. 10 mins from the very cool town of Hanalei. Beaches are all up and down the coast-Take your pick. The team at Elite Pacific was very responsive. The home was large and very comfortable with water views directly on the golf course. We walked each morning on the golf course. Overall great experience.

After staying at this place I can see why it has five out of five reviews. This place is Perfect, this is probably one of the best if not the best smaller house Airbnb’s have stayed at. And I’ve stayed at at least 40 to 50 different Airbnb places. Will not disappoint.

Beautiful location on golf course with short walk to cliffs overlooking the shore. A bird lovers paradise!

We booked the place through Elite Pacific directly. It was exactly as advertised, super clean and its many amenities (bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels etc.) made our stay much more enjoyable.

The property managers were very responsive. Due to changing travel requirements to Kauai, we've had a few questions before booking that were answered promptly. They also took care of couple issues that came up during our stay.
