Located in one of the premier resort communities in the world, this charming, newly-remodeled home provides gorgeous ocean, mountain, and golf course views. Half Moon Hana sits close to the sixth tee of the renowned Makai Golf Course and features living spaces with high ceilings and large windows that bring the incredible views indoors.

This bright and airy single-level home offers an elegant living room with welcoming seating, a comfortable dining space for six, a well-equipped kitchen with bar seating and stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar with a wine cooler. The sumptuous primary suite boasts lanai access, a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The beautiful second and third bedrooms come furnished with a king-size bed and queen-size bed, respectively. Each has access to its own full bath, and like the primary suite, each has a smart television.

Absorb stunning views from the spacious covered lanai as you sip your morning coffee. Nap in the shade or soak up the sun in one of the lounge chairs. Enjoy a perfect open-air meal in the outdoor dining space.

Guests will find that this Princeville home in north Kauai allows for convenient access to attractions such as Hanalei Bay and the renowned Queen's Bath. The pictures represent the property well. Great lanai set up with views and the open space the golf course provides. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking family meals. There are plenty of beach chairs and decent snorkel equipment. The only negative is the A/C situation. The ceilings are high, and the master bedroom never cools down to a comfortable level.

Lovely house!

Fantastic experience - one of the nicest, most well-appointed rental homes we’ve ever stayed in. Specifically the kitchen had everything you could possibly want or need and we had a professional chef in our group. We loved this place. The location is awesome. Right in the heart of Princeville. Backyard looks onto the 6th hole of the Princeville Makai golf course. It has peekaboo views of the ocean. You can walk to Queen's Bath and Hideaway Beach. Sealodge Beach is little farther but still walkable. The house is very spacious and roomy. Has a little patio where you can grill and watch the sunset. Lot of brids chirping happily in the morning. It is fully furnished with beach towels, water shoes, snorkel masks, sand toys, beach chairs, boogie board, pop up tent, beach umbrellas, sun block, bug spray, lots of spices and cooking oils. Also has 2 adult bikes to use. A/C works. Large TV in all the rooms. Perfect for a family getaway. Plenty of parking in the driveway. We loved our stay here and hopefully will be back in the future.

Our stay here at Half Moon Hana was incredible. Close to stores, food etc.. in Princeville and Hanalei! The home had every amenity of our own homes! The only thing we didn’t use was the bbq, because the local food was so good, we ate out most if not all the time. All in all, I would give it a 10/10! Communication was easy and they provided us with recommendations for baby gear rentals since we had a tot and infant with us. Definitely recommend this house in Kauai’s beautiful north shore! Waking up to the view of the golf course and a peek at the ocean is a huge plus!

Awesome Vacation in Princeville

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The house was very clean and in a gorgeous location on Kauai. It felt like a home away from home with its lovely kitchen and relaxing family room and patio. The owner provides many household amenities and items for fun beach outings. Having a washer and dryer was a definite plus. It is situated on a resort style golf course and within close proximity to the ocean and mountains. The views are spectacular. The area offers scenic drives, beaches and small towns along the northern coast. Heading to other areas on the island to see waterfalls, small towns and the awe inspiring Waimea Canyon were within reasonable day trip driving distance. I recommend stopping for groceries while in the south end of the island as stores in the north are limited and expensive. Our stay at this home was like experiencing a bit of paradise. We hope to return in the future!

We really enjoyed Half Moon Hana. We absolutely had no issues with the house or getting things to work. The home is a dream home for us. Layout is great for families and the views and nature surrounding the home is the best we ever experienced. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The only confusion I found was the point of contacts before we got to Kauai would change just about everytime. I am not sure what that was about. The onsite/local contact person helped us set up a late checkout which really helped. We stayed till 6 pm due to a 10 pm flight. You have to pay half a day stay but it was totally worth it vrs having to get a hotel. I wish I was sitting on the Lanai drinking my coffee watching all the beautiful birds. It will always be a pleasant memory for me.

Princeville Paradise!!

We absolutely loved the property and where it was located. Princeville is in my opinion the best place to stay on the island. You are away from the busy areas which allows you to truly relax. We were able to walk to Queen’s Bath multiple times and experience turtles sleeping in a cave at dawn. All just minutes from this property. We loved this home because we were able to cook each night in a fully functioning kitchen with everything you would need to cook with. We would eat outside and watch the sunset on the ocean. My kids loved being on the golf course and running around to chase the roosters. They were entertained the entire time. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Unbelievable property with an ocean view!

Property was very well maintained and appeared to have had a lot of custom work done on the home. Slept our group of 9 with absolute ease and was a perfect place to bring our two children ages 5 and 3. We were nervous about bringing our two small children but the property had many amenities for them. Each room had a beautiful large flat screen TV equipped with all streaming services and cable shows. They also loved the chickens, roosters, and nene ducks that would walk around the outside of the property. It kept them very entertained. The location of the property is next level as well. Situated right on the premier Makai golf course, the views are tremendously stunning. We were a 10 minute walk from “Queen’s Bath” and 10 minutes away from a cave filled with turtles at sunrise. Being on the north shore offers a quiet setting for relaxation that many of the other islands and city’s can’t compete with. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Kauai. It truly is paradise and and this property is right in the middle of it all. -Scott

A beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the grocery store, gas, etc. and a 2 minute walk to the cliffs overlooking Queen’s Bath. The home was prepped with essential toiletries and kitchen needs which were helpful in the first couple days before we had to head to the store. The property management team was also very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay on the North Shore.

Incredible Island Paradise!

My family and friends all had the most amazing time at Half Moon Hana. It is classy, open, and clean layout made it the perfect place for all of us to stay in. With the golf course and ocean views you can’t help but feel at ease. Perfectly located (close to Hanalei bay, Kapaa, Anini Beach, etc), you’ll never be more than 15 mins to where you want to go on the North Shore. It was always great to get the kids ready, get to the beach for the morning, come back to eat lunch and relax, and then right back to the beach. With big bedrooms, big bathrooms, and comfortable living spaces, not to mention the high speed internet and amenities, you feel like you’re getting a high end villa for a steal of a price! My family and I will definitely be back. We plan on making our trips to Half Moon Hana an annual tradition!

Half Moon Hana exceeded every expectation when my wife and I relaxed in Kauai for five days beginning November 11. The home is beautiful and clean, the inside renovations giving it a brand-new, modern feel. Picture windows open to a comfortable breakfast patio adjoining the lush Makai Golf Course, the blue Pacific in view beyond the green. Talk about bang for the buck: We are already planning our return, when the ample rooms will allow us to bring the whole family.

We loved the open concept. Great Master bedroom with walk in shower and a Jacuzzi spa. Spectacular views, both mountain and ocean. House is on the 6th fairway of the incredible Makai Golf Course. A short walk to see incredible sun sets over Bali Hai and Hanalei Bay. House sits just above the famous Queen's Bath. It takes only 15 minutes to walk to this beautiful swimming hole. Central air conditioning was a nice thing to come home to after a day on the beach. Most days we were able to open all the windows and get an incredible cross breeze thru the house.

I’ve never felt more RELAXED!

My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon! It was the PERFECT place for us. The house is a great size, very roomy! Although it was just the two of us, there could have been a lot more people there to stay! The decor makes the feel of the house very calming and relaxing, perfect after days at the beach (which you can see out of the window from the backside of the house) hikes, excursions and other fun activities! Not to mention it’s on a golf course, looking at the mountains to the left and the ocean to the right. I feel the location was beautiful and a great stomping ground! The location is right on Makai Golf Course for easy access to picturesque links and we loved having drinks on the lanai overlooking the course with the Pacific Ocean in the background. A magnificent home right on the beach in paradise

We stayed at Half Moon Hana for our 10 year anniversary. My wife and I have never stayed in a vacation destination this incredible. The home was extremely spacious and right on the ocean with vistas of the sunset on the water as well as the lush mountain bluffs. All the amenities and furnishings were updated and modern, including the home having central air conditioning, a luxurious jacuzzi tub in the master bath, and large walk-in showers. Literally every room has a massive flat screen TV with cable, Netflix, and the home also has a Blu-ray player. You’re minutes from secluded white sand beaches and you’re right on the golf course. Renewing our vows couldn’t have been more magnificent or romantic.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location of this home with views of the ocean and mountain waterfalls and sunset. It is a short walk right off the patio, down the fairway to see Hanalei Bay, Bali Hai and Queens Bath. This home also has been recently updated throughout and boasts gorgeous marble floors and artisan glass tile work. We also were very secure with this home because it has central air conditioning— not many rental homes have central air. We booked the place through Elite Pacific directly. It was exactly as advertised, super clean and its many amenities (bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels etc.) made our stay much more enjoyable.

The property managers were very responsive. Due to changing travel requirements to Kauai, we've had a few questions before booking that were answered promptly. They also took care of couple issues that came up during our stay.
