This unit is absolutely perfect! Amazing views and plenty of space for our family of 6, 2 teenagers and 4 adults including the grandparents. The ground floor location was very convenient and the kitchen and BBQ well appointed for cooking in the unit. We loved the amenities of the property, including the pool and the restaurant, which are easy to access from the unit. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Absolutely amazing stay. Beautiful setting on the golf course by the ocean and very close to the pool, gym and beach bar. Staff were amazing, the nightly sundown rituals watched with a Mai Tai in hand were incredible and made the whole experience. The location is perfect for exploring the island and I he condo is perfect. Spacious, with all the mod cons and beautifully presented. Would highly recommend this place, we were very sad to leave and return to the Uk. We hope to be back again

The location was great and we loved how close the unit is to the pool. It backs up to a big lawn which was great for kids to play on. The property manager was really responsive.

Perfect place for a family gathering of all ages. We all loved the condo and the Ocean Club. Only 20min from the best snorkeling/swimming beach! Victoria was very helpful before, during and after the trip. Thank you!

So nice to rent someplace and have it actually look exactly like the pictures. This is a very comfortable and well appointed condo. We did have only one little issue which kept coming and going so it never seemed necessary to have someone come look but the hot water in the master shower had a mind of its own. The property manager was very responsive and I know would have had it taken care of early on but it was so sketchy that typically I was the only one who never got the hot water. It would be coming out of the sink in the master but never out of the shower for me. The clubhouse and pool with the restaurant right there is such a great convenience to have in a condominium setting. And everyone at the pool and restaurant was very nice. Only suggestion for that area would be that they get some umbrellas to provide shade in the pool area. A suggestion would also be to get a fan on the patio of the condominium unit. Definitely hope to stay there again.

It was a great week at this beautiful unit! It is a wonderful location and loved being so close to the pool and golf course for sunset views! Definitely recommend this unit!

This condo is in a great location - between Kona and the north-western beaches and sites. Within the complex it is close to the pool/restaurant area, and with a great view of the golf course and the ocean. The condo was very clean, with great amenities. The back patio was lovely, and the rear doors open fully to get the indoor / outdoor feel. The kitchen is pretty well equipped for cooking. The walls must be well insulated because we didn't hear any of our neighbors. The pool area is nice but there are a lot of rules (can't even bring in a plastic water bottle). The tennis court was also handy for a game. There are beach chairs, towels and a beach umbrella that came in handy. Our family of 6 (4 teenagers) really enjoyed our week-long stay.

Serene ocean views and ample spacing for family. This unit is the closest building to the pool and open air gym, the views are outstanding and there was ample space for our family of 6. The included beach toys were a plus and made our visits to the nearby beaches top notch. The walking trail leads to the Hilton property completely along the ocean where you can see spinner dolphins, turtles, and whales during the right season. The kitchen is well appointed. Indoor and outdoor living with the lanai and accordion window/doors with screens on front and back entry to allow for the wonderful ocean breeze. This unit will not dissapoint!

The unit was clean and well stocked. The unit is in a great location near the pool and fitness center. The management company was very responsive to our needs. I would recommend!

Property was as described in description and photos. Property Manager communicated well and was responsive to my two texts, incorrect gate code and check-out notification. We, a family of four, thoroughly enjoyed 12e. Everything that we needed or wanted for the condo was available. Looking forward to visiting again!!! Mahalo!

We rented two condos in Hali’i Kai. This is our second time staying in this complex. We love the location, the views and the pool and restaurant. Not as hustle and bustle as your typical hotel stay. Victoria was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, providing recommendations and even dropping off a new coffee maker when the current one gave up. Can’t wait to get back to the island!

Awesome location, corner unit in the gated community, well-landscaped and peaceful. Close to the ocean and pool. walking distance and open access to the beautiful Hilton grounds ! BUT-- the pool access is a MANDATORY additional fee per day , plus taxes and fees, due at checkin (not included in the airbnb price). We were not aware of this and thought it was optional. The pool area was beautiful and peaceful but water was cold for kids so they only swam twice ($200 for that!) also deepest area is 4 feet so not as fun for older kids. Otherwise, house was great with accordion patio doors, top of the line Wolf kitchen appliances and outdoor kitchen. All essentials provided. We had to wash the master suite sheets because they seemed stained upon our arrival. Host was friendly and came buy brought a bunch of excellent Hawaiian cookies and macadamia nut treats.

We really enjoyed this house. The pool the hot tub the putting green. Good location. In a very good property management team.

Really great place! Communicate early to host if it feels too hot at night. The thermostat was set a little too high for comfort at night. Everything else was amazing!

Unit is very nice and comfortable. Building blocks some of the ocean view from the lanai, but otherwise very nice.

My family had a great week staying at this condo at Hali'i Kai. We enjoyed the view from the lanai and the table and chairs were perfect for the five of us. Also loved how close this condominium is to the resort pool and spa. The three bedrooms were enough for the five in our family, and the condo seemed spacious for everyone. Good communication with the property management company also.

Six family members (teens through seniors) stayed here 6 nights and found it to be very comfortable & spacious. The kitchen was well equipped; the lanai provided a wonderful space for morning coffee; the club house restaurant was surprisingly good; our teens enjoyed spending time at the pool reading; and morning walks along the coast were beautiful. If we could change one thing, it would be nice to have a beach within walking distance but that is minor. This was a wonderful place to stay!

This is a great place in a very central location, close to Hapuna and Waimea, 30 minutes away from Kona. Very quiet and great to relax. It has everything you need to rest. Great kitchen, the outdoor grill could be better, great bedrooms and one minute away from a trail that borders the ocean. We had many adventures, swimming with dolphins, turtles, snorkeling, visiting volcanos, ziplining, sunset in Mauna Kea, days at the beach, a lot of memories to share with the kids for a lifetime.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The unit was beautiful, and the location was great (right next to the clubhouse). The only thing that didn't work was the BBQ, but that didn't hinder our trip or experience.

Stayed here with my family of 5 and loved staying on the property. It was just steps away from the ocean and the pool. The pool is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and had great food too! There is a rocky hiking trail right along the coast that is a little more than a mile hike to a beach. Sitting on the lanai each morning was perfect. Loved the fact that this was a ground floor unit. The house is exactly as described and Victoria was great to work with.

Everything was great. Loved the being on the first floor and in the building next to the private club. Can’t beat the views morning - sunset.

Kona coffee on the patio watching the whales every morning... Best vacation! This unit is quiet and peaceful and a short walk to the pool and delicious on site restaurant and bar. The pool has a lot of rules, no ball throwing or play, which was annoying for teens and tweens. We bought day passes at the resorts near by. This location is an easy drive to all the resorts and Hapuna beach. Going to miss the warm breeze...
