A beautiful view from the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee from, or any meal or reason for that matter! Clean property, beach equipment to use, comfy beds, and all home appliances worked well.
This condo is in a resort with all the amenities—not only is it fully stocked but you can order a groceries, a message, etc. Such a beautiful spot. However, the location and the view of Hanelei were the star attraction! A really lovely and unforgettable location. (Has been updated since some of the pics were taken)
I have stayed in Hanalei Bay Resort a number of times, but 7307 probably is the best furnished and equipped condo we have stayed in. Great furnishings and appliances and the amenities in the kitchen were ideal. A high quality condo, not to mention the views.
This is a beautiful place to stay.

The kitchen was also well stocked. I would absolutely stay here again. The only negative I have is that there is a bit of a walk to parking and the beach but it was worth it.

Wonderful condo at a beautiful resort. The location could not be better for exploring Kauai and having an excellent vacation. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our trip. We'd love to come back. The on-site restaurant and bar both have decent food and drink options and it's very convenient to have these options available.
We got in really late, so the checkin process was a little harder. Mainly because the contact info on my account hadn’t updated. No fault of the property’s. They were very understanding and prompt with a response. The condo was so cute! The view was spectacular. We watched sea turtles every morning right below us. The pool was used by only a handful of people at a time, so never any over-the-top noise. There were lots of places to eat and shop just minutes drive away or a short walk along the shore road. Plenty of beach gear included. A very nice little welcome snack basket. Parking was a little tight in the complex but not far from the door at its most distant. We messed up thinking checkout was at 11, so I think housekeeping was as shocked as we were when they knocked on the door. Luckily we were pretty much packed up and got out as quickly as possible. Would definitely stay here again! The only real recommendation I could make would be a shelf or shelves in the bathroom for guests to spread out a little. One of the dispensers in the shower had a slow leak. One screen door was warped and wouldn’t stay on track. Other than that, zero complaints.

Beautiful resort and unit. check in was easy. Unit is really nice, well appointed and very comfortable. My only complaint which is minimal is that there could have been more toiletries provided. One hotel-size shampoo and soap for 4 people for 5 days just doesn't cover it. Front desk said that it's a private unit so I couldn't get any more without another charge. Other than that, everything was great.

Beautiful View and Updated Unit
by Shane PThe view from the unit was absolutely gorgeous and the unit itself was clean. The property manager communication was detailed and made the visit very easy. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, spacious place. A few suggestions. The pools are very cold. Hard to even swim in them. We only used them once...something needs to be done as we stayed at this resort last year and it was the same situation. Also, while it's nice to provide beach chairs and a cooler they're extremely outdated. Rust, Tearing in the chairs, etc. Other units provide new chairs from Costco...definitely recommend doing so. Also, very low amount of towels provided in the unit. We were washing our towels regularly to keep up...no reason you can't put more than six towels in the unit. Finally (and not related to the unit) but Happy Talk Lounge (resort restaurant) has bad hours as they're not open for lunch, not friendly, no pool bar service, etc. Definitely think the association should work a better relationship with the restaurants. All of these wouldn't deter us booking this unit again (we gave a 5 rating) but they seem like easy fixes that should be communicated. Thanks again for a great stay.

We split our time on the island and wished we would have spent all 8 days here. The views are amazing and the beach was perfect. Our 9 year old was able to snorkel with turtles every day. Thanks for sharing your space with us!
