The house was wonderful and the team at Elite were great to work with. They were immediately responsive when we had questions and had one concern addressed within a couple hours. I would highly recommend them!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was clean, well-stocked, the location was awesome. Walking-distance to Happy Talk Lounge, the perfect launch pad for all of our adventures. The available bikes, paddle boards, beach chairs/umbrellas and ping pong table were so wonderful to have. The upstairs bedroom/den/bathroom, however, are NOT private, which took some getting used to. Neither the bedroom nor the den had doors. While the bathroom had two barn doors, one of them didn't slide (wasn't sure if that was intentional.) When you closed the one slider, it left a big gap on the side, giving anyone walking past a full view of my bathroom activities. Thankfully, we found a tri-fold screen to block it off visually, but it wasn't perfect. Giving it 4 stars because the listing does not really make this clear. It all worked out, but definitely took a little getting used to. That said, I would definitely stay here again because everything else made up for it.

The location was spectacular, and the house was pristine. We had single family with 3 children, so the house had more than enough space - would be ideal for 2 families with kids. The main attraction was the private outdoor pool and gorgeous backyard garden, which is rare in Kauai. Location inside high-end Princeville community with golf course, mountain, and ocean views from the 2nd floor. Easy walking paths too Neighbors in Hotel 1 (must try their Dawn Patrol açaí bowl), Pu'u Pua beach, and golf/tennis. The house itself was extremely well-stocked. Kitchen had all amenities, huge freezer, and cooking supplies. Linen closet was full of extras and several towels for different uses, clean bathrooms, and excellent laundry supplies. Backyard felt very private and safe for young kids, easy to supervise from kitchen/dining. AC and fans worked well, fast wifi, and garage included beach supplies/snorkel gear/water toys/bikes/ping-pong table/surfboards/boogie boards. Well worth it!

One of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever booked! The communication and the flexibility and response time was amazing. Yen was so friendly and accommodating, the house was in perfect condition. The amenities and little touches throughout the home made us feel like we were at a resort. Loved it so much! Highly highly recommend, we will definitely be back. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer!

We absolutely LOVED this incredible house!! The location is perfect, the garage had a ping pong table, lots of snorkeling and pool gear, body boards, bikes, coolers, chairs, beach towels, laundry, (Website hidden by Airbnb) was the perfect home for our family. Even better, was the customer service from Elite, especially Yen. Yen was quick to respond, just lovely to work with and I cannot give enough praise as to how excellent she is as a liaison. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for really being there for us. Everything in the house was sparkly clean and the attention to detail showed. There was extra sunscreen in the laundry room...the little details that show that the entire Elite team takes pride in their homes. If you are lucky enough to rent this (Website hidden by Airbnb) it!! You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend. One of our best experiences ever!!

Highly recommend this property! The property management team was great from beginning to end. Their communication was great and timely. The pool was a fantastic amenity to finish out long days hiking the beautiful trails of Kauai.

Beautiful place in the most jaw-dropping location! We appreciated being able to stay at this house with our family. Prepare your camera and go on a sunset walk around the golf course towards the water - the waves crushing on the cliffs, the well-maintained tropical foliage, the birds chirping - it felt like paradise! This house is large and has everything you may need and so much more. However, this is probably not the best place to stay in if you have little kids. The minuses included insufficient window coverings (too much light permeates into the house at night from passing cars and from the neighbors' house), cooling was not efficient and the floors were not as clean as we would have liked. If you are staying for a short period of time, the pluses definitely outweigh any minuses. This truly feels like a paradise location, and the neighborhood is just amazing.

We had a great time and I would recommend this property to anyone, I’ll be returning next year.

Gorgeous property on the golf course with a view of the ocean and Bali Hai. Modern kitchen with all the amenities. Quiet and beautiful community with plenty of nearby restaurants. You can easily spend the whole vacation within a few miles of the house. Should be noted that the room with two twins is connected to the master by a hallway with the bathroom between the rooms. The two bedrooms do not have doors. Did not bother us but it was a surprise. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the most beautiful house with fantastic views in a great location. It's right on the golf course and within walking distance to three different restaurants. We loved and it would definitely make a return trip.

Wonderful 10 nights in this beautiful home. Very well equipped and everything it promised it would be. Host was very responsive and the location in Princeville is perfect. Would definitely return.

This is a very attractive and well maintained property at a beautiful location in Princeville near Hanalei Bay. While not on the ocean, the ocean can be glimpsed from the home. There were many amenities which made it a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Highly recommend.

This place looks just like the pictures. They had beach chairs, fins, boogie boards, beach towels, table tennis, grill, washer and dryer with soap for it, spices for cooking, 5 beach cruiser bikes and razor scooters. The only thing to be aware of is that the king suite with the den is not private, so if you are a party of only adults and couples the master bed with the twin beds aren’t ideal, BUT that was the least of our worries. The sunsets where great, grocery store is close by too. The management company was always available when needed I would definitely stay again for sure! The place doesn’t disappoint!

We had a great stay. The location is great with beautiful views. The house is spacious, clean, and has everything you need and more.

This home was a fabulous retreat for our family of 2 couples and one teenager! It was spotless and had everything we needed and so much more we didn't even have the chance to use. We enjoyed the small pool and the golfers passing by everyday. Just be aware there is not a door between the twin bed room and the master upstairs. It was fine for us but I'm not sure that I saw that in the description. Restaurants are very full and we were fortunate to go to get into Happy Talk twice during our stay. The hospitality was as wonderful as the views. Our group would definitely book this house again!

This place is so perfect! They have everything you'll need for the beach (towels, snorkels, boogie boards, fins, wagon, etc...) it was so nice to not have to worry about any of that stuff. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had a huge fridge for food. Plus it's in princeville which became our favorite part of the island. We will definitely be staying here again.

This home exceeded our expectations for a staycation! Immaculately clean and plenty of space for our kids and 2 couples. The pool was awesome for the kids. Location is perfect, overlooking the golf course and distant ocean views! The beds were super comfortable with a huge kitchen for prepping meals. Would definitely book again!

We had an awesome time at this residence. The place is awesome. Well laid out. Great kitchen (we never left for dinner, always ate in) Well stocked (pool toys, beach equipment, Coolers, bikes, rackets, and gear, all the things we would need for a perfect time in Kauai) Location in prince like is great. Easy ride to the grocery store, beaches and nearby attractions Communication with yan our host contact was always prompt and attentive We were a family of four and we could’ve easily had an additional couple with their family in the place. There were two rooms that we never really used Laundry is on site and super helpful, air-conditioning is included which in a previous stay nearby of ours it was for an additional fee. We use the pool every day and has an automatic cover which is great for young kids. After hours, the kids ran on the golf course and had an awesome time, throwing the frisbee and just generally taking in the sights and sounds. The view is nice. It is not a straight shot into the sunset but it is pleasant especially from the top balcony and from the kitchen sink We’d highly recommend!

Great house and location with pretty view only a 10 min bike ride to beach. We loved having a private pool and bikes available for our use. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and the house also has beach chairs and toys available for guest use. It was all very nice. We had a wonderful stay.

The house is beautiful and in a wonderful location. We were able to walk or ride bikes to some of our favorite beaches. We could also watch the sunset from the balcony. The bikes, snorkeling equipment and beach chairs/toys were awesome to have and made it easy to just go and relax at the beach. The back patio and pool were awesome and we enjoyed being able to eat meals together in the privacy provided by all the plants, flowers and trees as well as swim with a beautiful view! The perfect home for a perfect vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time renting a home and just loved the house and location! It’s a must stay!
