Such a beautiful place to stay. The sunsets were great to see from the back lanai. Very nice home with everything we needed to make this stay comfortable for everyone.

Beautiful house, pool, and view. House was well-stocked and easy to access. The kids enjoyed our time there. Location was great to do things south of the big island but an hour drive to get to the resorts and shops of Waikoloa Beach, which, didn’t bother us at all.

Our stay was wonderful! The location was perfect: close enough to town for convenience, yet far enough away to feel peaceful and private. The gated community felt very safe and quiet, and the surroundings were gorgeous. 

The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked. Every room was large, bright, and well maintained, and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The pool was fantastic and became our favorite spot to unwind after a day of exploring. 

Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for comfort, space, and tranquility!

Holua Kai #27 exceeded our expectations. Comfortable and clean. Great location. Not far from town but far enough to be away from the crowds. Plenty of room. Pool was fantastic. Sunset view was amazing. There wasn’t anything we needed and couldn’t find. Convenient to groceries and restaurants, beaches and harbor. The manta night snorkel was a must do.

We had an incredible stay at this property! The house was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We loved having our morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean. The bedrooms were spacious and private, each with its own bathroom, which was perfect for our group. The pool and hot tub were great after long days exploring the island. And the location is perfect as it is close to beaches, shops, and restaurants, but tucked away in a peaceful gated community. Definitely one of the best properties we've stayed in. Would 100% come back with our family again!

Our recent stay at this property was an absolute delight. The place was beautifully designed, providing a calming atmosphere that made our vacation truly relaxing. We particularly loved the pool and hot tub, which offered stunning views that were simply breathtaking. The kitchen was perfectly outfitted for us to cook almost all our meals at home, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and decadent experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. What a wonderful property. Great clean home, all the amenities you could ask for in the kitchen, bath, and laundry room. Grill was wonderful and the pool was an absolute hit. Would make this a repeat place to stay no questions asked.

We had our family of 6 (including adult children) stay here and we had a lovely time. Home is well-equipped and view is spectacular as is the lanai. Note the yard is very small and there is music at night from nearby Outrigger Resort restaurant. Also there could be a few more beach towels, nicer beach chairs, a boogie board and a few snorkel masks. We'd definitely stay here again!

wonderful place

I have stayed in so many airbnb and vacation homes- this was by FAR the nicest. Not just the house, it was gorgeous, but the house was so well stocked and so comfortable. My kids wanted to stay behind to “thank the owners”!

This house may be the nicest house we have ever rented. It is so nice and new and the views/sunsets are UNREAL! The house has everything you will need - except a cocktail shaker ?. Be sure to look for the goats on the golf course in the morning and around 5pm. They are so cute. We used the KTA grocery store a few miles away. There is a harbor less than a mile from there and you can go snorkeling right from there. Be sure to walk to the Outrigger and get a drink and watch the manta rays swim. Other things are close by too. We found it to be a perfect place to launch our Hawaiian adventures. We hope to return to the Hawaii and the house again soon!

We had a wonderful time at this rental. High end furniture, appliances, and well stocked. It was far away enough from the crowds and activities but close enough to good food and shopping. The only thing we did not like was the shower pressure - it was weak especially in the other bedrooms. Pool was nice and warm and the view was excellent. The noise from the 5am lawnmower on the golf course was a bit bothersome but we got over it. The noise from the nearby hotel was loud but it was over with by 9pm. Communication from the office was adequate. Overall, we had a fabulous time here.

The property was exactly what we were hoping for and the pictures and description in VRBO very accurately represented the accommodations. It is in a nice gated community with a great view of the golf course and the ocean. We could see the sunset each night this time of year. The house was spacious, well appointed and well stocked. The property owner and managers were extraordinarily helpful. We can’t think of anything we would change.

This was a great home for our week long stay on the big island. Our kids (9 and 12) loved the pool and we loved the location and view. The house itself was very clean and all of the furnishings were new and well maintained. It was a quiet neighborhood and a great base for all of our adventures. Overall, it was the best rental house we have stayed at in Hawaii.

This airbnb is PERFECT for a group of 6 who want to enjoy the sunshine in the backyard. They have excellent cooking wear (think plastic tumblers, blender, steak knives, etc) and we made countless blended drinks. We had such a great time. Hot tub got super hot and pool was the perfect temp.

We had an amazing stay at Holua Kai #27. Everything in the house worked perfectly and met or exceeded expectations. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils, spices, etc... The hot tub and pool were great. During our stay the hot tub stopped working and it was fixed the next morning. We used it every night. The giant screens on the porch are amazing and allow you to open the patio doors fully and eat outside with no bugs. The grill worked well and had an extra propane tank. The master bedroom was very large and comfortable with a ceiling fan. The property was very quiet, sounds like a rainforest with all the birds. Only thing to note is that the maintenance on the golf course starts really early some days so bring earplugs for the master bedroom. This is a non-issue in the other bedrooms. Overall we all loved the house.

We stayed here for 3 nights with my husband + 3 kids, plus my parents. Everything was as in the photos, very nice and clean. The 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom, plus and additional guest bathroom! There were some extra bedding so we made up a bed on the sofa as well. The spa heats up within 30 min, and there was a cooler and beach chairs that were handy to have for a day trip to the beach. Less than 10 min away there is a strip mall with a KTA grocery store and some restaurants. One restaurant called the View has an awesome view of the coastline. The only downside was the cost, with the VRBO fees this place was bit out of budget but was definitely the best option for the area. If you want to do a snorkel tour by Captain Cook Bay, Fairwind cruises is only a 5 min drive to park and do a catamaran day snorkel cruise!

We rented two properties from Elite Pacific in this neighborhood and both were outstanding. Pictures don’t do the home justice. Perfect layout with a ton of room for a large family. Everything is top quality and comfortable. Location is great is you want to be near Kailua-Kona but not in it. We will definitely look at Elite Properties for future trips.

The house is incredibly well kept. They have thought of everything you might need. Super organized and clean. Loved the high tech features— the Toto Washlet, (Hidden by Airbnb) Home, and the small details like chargers and usb outlets that go a long way. Hot tub was a hit. We may have to come back!

What a great house for our multi-generational family to get together in and spend a week! Gorgeous house, perfect location, stunning ocean views... just perfect. The photos definitely do this place justice (i.e. it's not just photographed to make it look better than it really is; the photos are truly accurate representations of how nice this place is). The owners have thought of everything in order to make this a pleasant rental experience -- from a fully-equipped/well-stocked kitchen, to bedrooms that all have plenty of closet/storage space (and their own bathrooms, which was fantastic!), to a outdoor lanai/pool area that had everything you need to relax and spend time together outside. There were thoughtful little touches all over the house to make our rental stay more pleasant (earplugs/sleeping masks in bedrooms... spare toiletries, robes, slippers in bathrooms... extra towels/sheets/etc... laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, empty hangers, laundry baskets... notepads and pens and a very complete/helpful information binder and tour brochures in the mail sorter in the entry... you name it, this place thought of it). We had a spectacular time and will totally be coming back. The only reason I could ever think to give this place a negative review would be to try to keep other people away so it's not booked up next time we want to come (just kidding!). It was a bit pricey, but... very hard to complain after having stayed there. What a fantastic week.

What an amazing place, the views of the golf course and ocean are top notch. Was lovely having a pool and spa. The interior was lovely. Chefs kitchen which my hubby loved. Nice that there are spices and general cooking items, oils, vinegar etc… Would definitely return and probably will.

I can’t wait to come back! The location is central to everything in Kona so it was a great home base for us during our trip.

This home is just as beautiful as advertised it was plenty of room for my family of 6 and a baby. the pool was nice and clean and the outdoor patio net cover was the best thing because we could just hang out side or in the lining room with the doors open without being attacked by any bugs. the kitchen is amazing we had so much fun making meals in their. the beds were very comfortable in the master bedroom and single bed room.

This house appears to be either brand new or newly renovated. Everything is top quality, and all amenities we could want were there. Highly recommended as a beautiful medium sized house.

The property overlooks a putting green and the Ocean! Beautiful sunsets. Plenty of room. 2 kings and 2 twins. Lots of towels and chairs/umbrella for the beach( short drive). Gated community. We stayed with our 22 yo son and 19 yo daughter. The pool was small but perfect! Would love to come back.

This place is just simply spectacular ..the house is newly remodeled with every detail taken care of ..it felt staying at a great 5 star resort place. Unprecedented sunset views ..don’t need to go anywhere to watch the glorious Kona sunsets. The kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the outdoor shower ..well I was just in heaven! I could write an essay here on how good the amenities were ..from cooking spices to beach chairs ..this is one of my best Airbnb experiences and all I can say I will be back!
