The dining area seats six and provides a welcoming space for slow breakfasts, fresh Kona coffee, or relaxed dinners after a day exploring the Big Island.

We loved our weeklong stay at Holua Kai! The pool and backyard were perfect for our family, and the house itself was also in immaculate shape and very well decorated. Thank you Gather Vacations for an amazing stay!
Absolutely loved this house for our week in Kona. It had the perfect amount of space, lovely design to make you feel at home, and the pool plus backyard was an amazing addition for continuing to enjoy the Hawaiian sun shine after coming home from the beach and adventuring arounf the island. Would stay here over and over again.
