Fantastic home and experience!

We were 4 couples and we all enjoyed our stay at Honu Awa.

This house is as pretty in person as in the pictures. The views are amazing and 3 of the 4 rooms have amazing ocean views and you can listen to the waves at night. Yen the local property manager is also amazing. She was super responsive and made a special trip to the house to help us one night. Highly recommend this property for an amazing time in Princeville!

This house is unbelievably awesome. We spent a week here and were so sad to leave. The views and location were as good as anywhere on the planet. The house is very nice, high quality everything. Cannot say enough things about this. I would not go to Kauai again and stay anywhere except here.

The Princeville area is spectacular and Honu Awa’s location is superb. The views of the Pacific Ocean from every window on the back of the house are just breathtaking. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with high end cooking gear and appliances. Each of the 4 bedrooms had a bathroom. Plenty of space for all! Common living area with large screen TV was also a hit. Fantastic walking paths in neighborhood. Access to tremendous beaches nearby. Helpful and friendly property manager (Yen)! Highly recommend this property!

This fabulous home was perfect in every way for my husband and I along with our family to celebrate our son’s wedding. Yen, the property manager was very responsive to any questions I had.

Our group of 8 (my husband and I, our four adult children, one son's girlfriend and one daughter´s boyfriend) spent ten nights at Honu Awa. This was our third visit to Kauai and Honu Awa was by far the most beautiful house we ever rented on the island. The views are spectacular and we loved the modern interior. Everything was spotless clean! The house has a great size for a group of 8 and is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. Yen was by far the best host we ever had - and we have rented plenty of houses before. She would respond to my questions within minutes. One night we feared that we would run out of propane for the barbecue, so I texted Yen and asked if there was a spare propane bottle on the property. There wasn't - BUT - within MINUTES Yen had organized that Steve (her maintenance man) brought a spare one. There is absolutely NOTHING to complain about Honu Awa or Yen. We had the greatest vacation and would love to come back.

Yen greeted us warmly when we arrived, walking us through the gorgeous house. There is a view from every room, even when you are doing the dishes. We loved our stay in this home. Our best vacation home experience yet.

Our family of 7 spent our best vacation ever in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. The views for amazing & the pool was an added bonus for when we came home at night. Yen was super sweet & informative with everything we needed to know about our stay. We are a family of 6. The property is spacious, well decorated and appointed. It is well stocked. The kitchen has high end appliances and was a pleasure to prepare our meals there. The views are amazing. It is a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Many nice shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes drive. We paid the daily fee to have the pool heated. It wasn’t working and on the 3rd full day of our stay the pool man came by and fixed it. Thereafter we enjoyed the pool immensely. My family enjoyed our time in Kauai and the property was certainly a factor.

We had a family vacation with our three married children and picked this house based on the 4 bedrooms and the pool and balcony views. The house did not disappoint. The house is well stocked with all of the appliances and things you need. We appreciated all of the beach towels and the quality of the bathroom towels. If you plan on staying in the Princeville area, this house is perfect. We had access to a beach which was a short hike down the hill plus all of the great beaches on the north side of the island. Also, the Food Land grocery store is very close. Finally, Yen with the management company was very available although we did not need her very often. I highly recommend this house for your Kauai vacation.

This beautiful home has been renovated with very modern and top-of-the-line equipment throughout the house including furniture and appliances. With a pool on one side of the house and a Cliffside with ocean on the other side, there really isn’t reason to leave this house. However the location is so central to the beautiful mountains and beaches and food trucks, that everything including groceries is right by. Yen was such a gracious host and made us feel like we were home! Just needed more time is my only regret! This rental home was all that we expected and more for our first post-COVID family vacation! The pictures truly do not do it justice. Yen was the most gracious property manager/hostess. We arrived to find a lovely fruit and snack basket waiting with a delicious bottle of Hawaiian rum included. Set in a quiet Princeville neighborhood above Sea Lodge Beach with AC in every room, the views are stunning, each morning and evening providing a more spectacular sunrise and sunset than the day before. Four large bedrooms, all with comfortable King sized beds and ensuite bathrooms, plus another half bath off of kitchen/dining area, made this the perfect spot to spread out and relax - waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the crashing surf below. Yen and her team arranged an in-home massage appointment and offered recommendations and concierge service for other local activities. The pool was great for the kids and adults alike. Plenty of pool and beach toys and towels were available for our use. We will be forever spoiled by this amazing Kauai experience and while a bit pricey, it was worth the splurge. Mahalo Yen!

This property was absolutely amazing and was perfect for our family of six on our first vacation since before Covid! Yen, our host, was incredibly helpful and Shante, our conceirge, was just fantastic! I cannot say enough about this home other than we will be back!
