We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect, just a quick drive into town for restaurants, shopping, and anything else we needed. It still felt peaceful and private, with beautiful views all around.The home was super clean and really well taken care of. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, which made things easy and enjoyable. The layout is a bit unique, and getting to the backyard and pool means walking through a bedroom or going around the outside of the house, but it wasn’t a big deal for our family.The pool is a little older, but it was still a great feature and the kids absolutely loved it. They spent hours swimming and playing.Overall, the house was super comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a fantastic stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

Perfect for our family of 7 and well above our expectations. Fabulous views with different sunsets every night. Great location to activities in the Kona area. We cannot wait to stay here again!!!

We arrived an hour early and cleaners were still there so went to Safeway for groceries. The access code is timed precisely, it did not work at 3 pm, was fine at 4 pm. Beds were good, kitchen well-equipped with good selection of appliances, dishes and utensils. We were happy to use coolers, freezer packs, and beach chairs in garage. Ceiling fans were adequate and did not need AC, although they also had numerous fans and a dehumidifier, so maybe more of an issue in summer. Roku TV in living room was available. Easy access to marina, shopping, and roads.

All 7 enjoy the location, the deck, everything couldn’t have worked out better.

This property is bigger and better than the pictures. Not having A/C was never an issue for us, as the ventilation was great in the house. Incredible views, comfortable beds and a beautifully stocked kitchen. Thank you!!!

The place was great. One of the best I have ever stayed in.

As you walk in, the view is breathtaking..The house was perfect. You can be sitting on the couch or lounging by the pool and always have a beautiful panoramic view. This house also was probably one of the cleanest homes I have ever vacationed in. Plenty of privacy, almost feels like your own oasis in paradise.

I found Elite Pacific Vacations by chance and was so happy that I did. They offered a beautiful property that was exactly as described with all the things that made Hawaii special. Private pool that was very clean, bright open home that was also clean. Home even had things that make a first night stay easy like Kona coffee, beach towels and coolers. The check in and departure process was very easy. I will use Elite Pacific Vacations for all my future travels to Hawaii from Alaska!

This home was excellent, great view convenient location. We really enjoyed our time here.

We loved our stay at this house. The house was clean, spacious, and just as advertised. The kitchen was well-equipped with complimentary water and coffee. The beds and furniture were comfortable. There were beach supplies available for a day at the beach. The outdoor deck and unobstructed views of the water were made for morning coffee and meals. We were concerned about there not being air conditioning, but it was not needed even on warm days. We were sad to leave and definitely would come back.

This house was big enough for my whole family. It was so relaxing and a great home while we were in Hawaii.

The kids love the pool and the mango tree very spacious and clean and comfortable. Easy access to downtown, grocery shopping and local restaurants.

This property did not disappoint. We had plenty of room. Everything we could have needed was located at the property. We ate most of our meals in. Kitchen was a great place to cook and be together as family. The view was amazing. You can't just get that view anywhere. The Lani is very large, and the ocean view is in breath taking. The pool was a bit chilly, but we still used it. Amazing home. Stacey

We booked this house for Thanksgiving week to spend with family since we all live far apart. The house was big enough for all 8 of us with plenty of extra room. Overall great house.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The view was gorgeous and the home was spacious, comfortable, clean and overall lovely. The communication through Elite Pacific to help guide us on our visit was clear and very helpful. It made getting to Hawaii stress free knowing all the details of what to expect and how to make sure we can enter the state! Post stay communication was also helpful. We would stay here again in the future.

We had a great visit to Holualoa! The property was just as described in the listing and previous reviews. Check in was easy with a code on the door, and we found the house to be comfortable and well-appointed. PROS: * The view - as pictured, sweeping ocean views from the decks, the pool, and several rooms inside the house * The location - easy to get to downtown Kailua, with lots of restaurants & grocery stores and fairly central to all the other places we wanted to visit on the island. * The space - plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out * The beds - we all slept very comfortably. The master bedroom mattress was maybe the most comfortable I’ve had at a rental home! * The garage - full use of the garage and garage door opener was a huge plus THE CONS * No air conditioning - this is as advertised, and we were comfortable most of the time, but did have a couple of days and nights that were warm and humid. The many fans were a big help, though. * Master bath layout - The master bath is large with a big shower, two sinks, and a separate toilet area with a door, but privacy is lacking. The space is wide open to the master bedroom, and there’s a window into another room. That window has a shade, but it isn’t a blackout shade, so privacy is limited. * Other layout issues - the lower level bedrooms are the main path to the pool area, one lower level bathroom has a bath but now shower, and the light switches are low and can be difficult to find Overall, a very nice place to stay. We would absolutely go back!

Nice house, nice neighborhood. Pool doesn’t get quite enough sun to warm up but it’s nice nonetheless. Quiet hours from 8pm to 8am. Beautiful views from the lanai!

The view is beautiful and the place is very spacious just as in the photos. it wasn't perfect, but was a nice stay.
